Disgraceful service and the company should be ashamed.

After numerous calls with horrific customer service reps that talked over me and became combative at every step in the process, we finally got someone to come out. We got the half hour notification they would be here... then they were late.

We just purchased a home and they serviced the house - in less than 4 months the problem returned but the company told me repeatedly that because we are new owners, they did not have to honor their old work because we aren t the customer and there s nothing they could do for us.
The plumber finally gets here, and plays around for an hour, basically just to bill us. He never looked at the issue and just looked at the shower fixture cartidge and said it needed to be replaced bc it was wet... for $400! He claimed to do it, nothing was done. As soon as he left, we tested the shower (which he did not do) and sure enough it leaked through and cracked our ceiling.

A new plumber came today and found the issue within 5 minutes and showed us how Aiello never even looked where they said (it s impossible bc he would have had to open the wall to do so) and never even replaced anything.

The dishonesty and disrespect we received is appalling and the company should be ashamed by how they treat customers.
