Stephen is awesome! He also came out with Mike, and the pair made a great team to solve my problem!

Tom S arrived during the scheduled time frame. I had received a phone call from the home office prior to Tom arriving saying that he was on his way.
Tom looked at both my heater and AC units. He was frank with his assessments and provided me with several option. As a service tech he made me aware of what I could do to help make my units work efficiently and last longer with some simple routine practices.

Sump pump was acting wonky. Called Aiello Friday mid morning to discuss replacement cost and installation. An appointment was made for sometime after 2:00pm the same day. Bob the service technician was at my door by 2:05 and provided me with several options. In less than an hours time he had removed old pump and replaced and installed a new pump. Very professional.

I'm a very fussy person and don't often give 5 star reviews. Over the years we have used Aiello Home Services for a number of major (and some smaller) projects, including the purchase and installation of a new home heating system, replacement of our 34 year old central air conditioning system and most recently to come right out to resolve a major plumbing issue. We can't say enough about the professionalism and extensive "know how" that has always been demonstrated by any Aiello professional that has come to our door. If you want cheap find some fly by night company but if you want the job done timely and professionally and with the and with the reliability and backing of a solid company, give Aiello a call. I've never said this about any other vendor I've done business with but I can honestly say that I have no suggestions as to how they can improve their operation.

Aiello rep (Tim) was courteous and understood our requirements for replacing our central AC unit. Gave us all the options and was up front on the service delivery and set expectations. Look forward their installation.

Called Aeillo for an emergency water leak from my water tank. The final repair turned out very well and the repairman really knew what he was doing. My reason for 3 stars is because it took an unreasonable amount of time for anyone to get to me and this was an emergency. I called around 5AM when I noticed the leak, and was told the first repairman could be there between 7 and 8. He arrived at 8:30 only to tell me he had to call his boss because he wasn't equipped for this repair. His boss didn't show up until about 11 (6 hours after my call!), meanwhile my water tank slowly emptied all over my basement, spilling into my garage. Good news was they took so long there wasn't much left in the tank so it made very little mess coming out. But I think next time I'll try someone else when my house is slowly flooding.

The gentleman was friendly and very professional. He had what I needed, and did what was needed... plus a little extra! I rely on Aiello for all my electrical and plumbing needs.

Bob was pleasant, efficient and neat. Thank you for fixing my leaky faucet!

Overall a great experience. The gentlemen that came were very friendly and respectful. They were on time and they worked fast.

Experience was good and very professional. Services are on the pricey side but as someone who has no ability to do these things it's fine.

Cindy was actually the nicer of the 3 agents we dealt with.

We needed a plumber to do a targeted inspection after our home inspection turned up red flags. The 1st agent interrupted me midsentence to tell me I could not book the estimate/inspection because I did not own the home yet. Ok

2nd agent (Cindy), after clarifying we only wanted inspection and estimate, tried to get us set up for an inspection and estimate.

We were called back by the 3rd agent (Britney) to be cancelled on and told we needed the owner to set up the appt. ok. We gave the owner's number with the explicit instructions that he was to be told that WE were paying, he just needed to give us access and set up the appt. instead he was told that he had to pay, of course he said no and is now potentially annoyed with us (I would be) which might create issues going forward

I'm furious with Aiello. Have left a Yelp review and will be posting to social media as well. Avoid!

The Salesman Michael A Came and Gave us Quote. They had to Locate The Furnace and A.C. unite we Needed. They had it shipped in and Installed it On Time . The Electrician and Mechanic that did the Installation Were On Time and Very Polite. SO FAR EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT. Also the Office Staff was very Helpful when I Called With a Question Thank You Aiello.

The technician was polite and friendly and knew what he was doing.
He was effective in fixing the problem.

SERVICES ARE TOO EXPENSIVE! The cost of repairing a plugged drain was as much as buying a new vanity , toilet and have them installed.

Were very helpful when I called, and then when the technician came and gave me a quote he mis-measured, and WAY over priced the job, and then wouldn't negotiate one penny. I got the exact same job done for a third the price from different company. Will never call them again, all because of the inability to honest and fair.

Stay away from this company. Had them come to home to quote a simple ductless split install. First thing they do is look at my existing equipment and tell me that it's all old an inefficient and will fail at any moment and needs to be replaced. They gave me an instant on the spot quote for the work I did want done and it was 35% higher than anyone else's price. They will try to sell you on their "gold warranty' which is really just passing on the manufactures warranty. Your money is best spent else-ware unless you feel like over paying and replacing equipment that works just fine.

I called Aiello for some work on my heating system. I was originally scheduled for a noon to 4PM service window but got a call they could be there sooner, which was great. Stephen showed up and was professional and courteous and completed all the work in what seemed like no time. He explained what the problem and the solution was clearly to someone who does not have any technical knowledge about the issue so everything was easy to follow. When he was finished went over the information for their service program that they offered along with information of the states home energy audits. I would definitely use them again.

John is a very knowledgeable and kind furnace tech. He took the time to fully explain everything that was going on until I understood it. No question was left unanswered and he double checked everything gave plenty of straight forward options and put a smile on my face in a time of no heat! I recommend John for your furnace needs! I WISH THERE WAS 6 STARS!!

I also want to add Matt R is very knowledgeable as well and also explained everything that needed to be explained. Prompt and reliable. He is currently working on an electric issue for us as well. Way to go Matt!! I highly recommend him as well. And thank you Aiello for sending out 2 techs within 24 hours for this emergency. We have lights and power and heat with a work in progress!

Bill Lusty was fantastic. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he broke everything down for me in a way I, someone with next to no knowledge regarding your industry, could understand. He was transparent, efficient, and honestly a real pleasure to have! He definitely made a long time customer out of a first time client. Aiello is lucky to have him on their team and he certainly will come highly recommended!

Earlier this month, Aiello Home Services installed a standby generator for my home. They did an outstanding job start to finish. They stepped me through the entire process and did exactly what they committed to do. Additionally, the electricians that they sent to do the install were first class. They arrived on time, went right to work and left both my home and yard as clean as when they arrived. Even the town building inspector commented on the good quality of their work. This was far and away the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

Very good experience overall. I actually called & made the arrangements for work at my elderly Mother's house. They did cancel the first appointment because the electrician called out sick, but rescheduled promptly & efficiently for the next day. Electrician showed up on time & did the work quickly. The job was a little pricey, but I appreciate that they could be trusted not to try & take advantage of a senior citizen. He even gave an accurate estimate before starting the work.

Tom did an awesome job diagnosing the issue, repairing it, and setting expectations. The service was fantastic .

There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with the service I received today!
It was an emergent call after a bad storm with only half the power in my house working. He was here within an hour and it was determined that there were wires that were burned coming into my house and my breaker box. He was fast, efficient and professional. And the price was great! I will definitely recommend him and Aiello to my family and friends. Thank you for helping me out in a horrible situation, it is appreciated!

The service from AIELLO Home Services was excellent. I needed an electrician on short notice and they came through for a customer who had not used them before. Very courteous and pleasant from the original call to dispatch to the techs sent out. Robert Heim was the tech and he had another gentleman with him. They could not have been nicer and very thorough. It's nice to have one number to call for many needs. Thanks for the fast response.

Couldn't tell you what their service is like as I have called 3 separate times for different reasons and always had a lady with terrible phone manners hang up on me because she apparently can't hear me.

I needed a new water heater so I called up Aiello as I see their trucks in my area almost daily. The woman on the phone was super nice and helpful and I was able to set up an appointment for later in the day. I was told there would be a $49 dispatch fee - no big deal. The tech was scheduled to arrive at 3pm and would call 30min before he arrived. I left work early to make sure I was there when he arrived... 3, 3:30, 4, 4:15 - nothing. So I called Aiello and was told he was stuck at another job and would be calling soon. Long story short, I finally received a call and he arrived around 5:15. When the tech arrived, he was very nice and professional. I took him down to the water heater and discussed what was going on. He recommended I install a new one as mine is 10yrs old and he didn't recommend spending $$$ to maybe have it last another year or two. I agreed (my original intention anyway) as peace of mind is worth the money in my opinion. So he whips up a quote to install a replacement water heater to the tune of $2700 plus the recommended automatic shutoff in the event of a leak for an additional $725. I was flabbergasted. I paid him the $49 for the 10 minutes of his time and he was on his way. I immediately went to Home Depot, bought the same water heater for $869, scheduled an installation for $600 (including permit), and bought the shutoff on Amazon for $125. Same job done for $1800+ cheaper. I'm sure they do great work and I understand there is overhead that needs to be accounted for, but it was just too expensive for a new water heater.

The Electrician Robert was prompt, professional, fixed the problem we were having, very informative, genuine, felt like I knew him for years.

We had a tough job to conquer!! John was always professional. He was timely. And , overall he made our experience a decent one.

I called Aiello Home Services to have two bathroom toilets fixed in our business, Mariella Creations. First they answered immediately, the person on the line was friendly and dispatched for someone to come out the same day. With in hours I received a call that a servicemen was on his way. The gentlemen that came in Steve Fecteau was very nice, clean a and friendly. He explained what needed to be fixed and quoted a price. I gave him the ok to start the job and off he went to work. Within hours the two bathrooms were ready for my customers to use. Now that's what I call customer service! Fast, friendly and accurately. A job well done!

Thanks Aiello, for a job well done. Your technicians were great and very detailed with me. I scheduled an appointment to take advantage of your $93 main line cleaning offer. I definitely got my money's worth. Both technicians were thorough and I felt they were there to help me. I was happily surprised to see the $93 offer really was a $93 offer and that's all I ended up having to pay. Of course, as with any older home, there are things that should be done or need to be upgraded, but that's for another day.

Jesse and Joe were professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, took the time to advise me on what they were doing and the benefits of doing it. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond when I asked. I was quite pleased by the end result.

Pete came to diagnose the problem and explained to me in a great amount of detail what he was diagnosing and what was being fixed.
The service was prompt and my well water pump was replaced the same day.

Clay was pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. He serviced my furnace, fixed the problem we were having, explained how/why it was happening, and gave me some price quotes and advice on how to prevent it from occurring again...all in under 2 hours! I continue to be very happy with Aiello's service.

Chrystal did everything right. But I spoke with her for less than a minute, not enough for form a strong opinion. Ken B. on the other hand, spent well over an hour working on the yearly maintenance of the oil furnance - and - I was impressed - and Aiello can be proud. Ken is a good man and truly a professional.
3 years ago when I had the furnace replaced, Aiello gave me a quote. The salesman was very good and inspired confidence, but I went with a considerably lower bid - BUT - it wasn't worth the saving. The guys that installed the high tech furnace/heat pump and the owner of the company were nice people, but didn't know what they were doing (including sending fumes inside the house). I'm just a homeowner, but from research I had done I told them that they were making some mistakes. They insisted they weren't.
Even before I said a word, Ken B. of Aiello noticed those mistakes, and suggested that Aiello could have come back and fixed them, then proceed to expertly complete the job. Ken also said that Aiello can deliver heating oil, and I intend to call them for the next delivery.
I asked Ken for his business card, because next time I call for service I will ask for him.

No issue with technician as he knew what he was doing more around very high cost for 30 minutes of work. Needed the diverter changed as well as hot and cold seat as well as spindal so bought tall the parts and changed the seats as well as spindle on my own. You require a special tool from the manufacturer to replace the diverter however so called Aiello to get it done as was running out of time. The labor for a 440 min (tops) job was over $350 (steep) but what really killed me is the charge for a diverter from them was just shy of $100! I had the part already and I had paid under $10 at the Home Depot. I can understand a markup but come on 10x the cost. Won t be calling them again. Do yourselves a favor if you do use them get the parts yourself.

Bob Nadile was prompt and polite. Bob explained in detail how he would lengthen the extension tube on the water heater so it is now within code. It took him just a few minutes and he was on his way. I would definitely hire this company again and Bob is an asset to Aiello Home Services.

Robert Helm, an electrician for Aiello came out to see if my electric was the cause of a problem at the house. He was very helpful, professional and even checked the circuit in my outside well. He really went the extra mile to check everything. 5 stars!

I always enjoy speaking to Lindsay when I need to schedule a service call, because i know she will take care of everything ... cheerfully and efficiently. Carmelo arrived right on time and did an excellent job. The lighting I had ordered posed some challenges during installation, but Carmelo was able to troubleshoot the problem and work around it. I can't recommend Aiello more highly. They are always there for me.

He was able to determine my issue and explained my options for repair. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The technicians were very professional during my home energy audit. They introduced themselves when they entered my house and put on shoe covers right away.
They were very thorough and explained every step of the process.
The head service specialist Tim Fabuien was very knowledgeable and helped me work through the rebates that were available.

The service provided by Shawn was terrific...and he had a good sense of humor! We would certainly welcome him back another time...but of course we pray to the Lord it will not be necessary!
We must say, though, that the inclusion of a diagnostic charge is grossly unfair and unnecessary when the customer then agrees to have the work done. If the customer declines to have the work done, then we can see the necessity for that fee to cover the "stop and discovery." (By the way, it took Shawn seconds to see where the problem was, before he quoted the price to fix the problem)

Shawn Foley recently helped me with my A/C unit at our home. He quickly assessed the problem and was able to get it working again. He also explained how the system works and how the problem happened, as well as ways to help the system run more efficiently and avoid future problems. I think he was very informative and friendly and would recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

After receiving a good referral from friends, we started our interaction with a consultation to install central air in our two story colonial. With the help of our Aiello adviser we determined that the most cost effective solution would be a four head ductless Fujitsu split unit. We met with our adviser and the a lead technician to verify the plan and tweak the design the next week. They scheduled our install for the following week. The technicians arrived on time, acted extremely professional while on-site, completed the job on time, and left the work areas completely clean every day. They spent time making sure we knew how to operate the system and answered all our questions. All Aiello employees went out of their way to always wear covers over their boots anytime they were in the house. We were extremely satisfied with our service and would highly recommend them.

Matt Rose did a great job installing our bathroom exhaust fans! We had him back a second time to check our baseboards and he has been great to work with!
We also hired Pete, a plumber with Aiello and he also did a great job installing a new diverter in our shower!

Had them come in to replace pipes and within two weeks it started to leak made a mess! Horrible! Cost me 2 grand to have them fix it and not even do it right! Very angry and unhappy! Said they would come out and fix it and i told them no because i don t trust there work after what they did! If your a good company you should call the customer and check to make sure everything is ok and running as it should and done right and check before you leave that there isn t any leaks. Seem like the guy was in a rush took my money and ran.

Support to get out and give a quote for electrical work was quick, friendly, and easy. However, the quotes are out of a book not priced by the actual scope of work (linear feet of wiring, etc), just a lump sump item for a particular service, and are way overpriced (~6x) in comparison to other local companies. Plus, they'll still get you for a service charge just to come out and give a quote that other companies don't have. Don't waste your time.

Broken water heater over night completely replaced and fixed by 11:30am. Great and very friendly service!

Frozen pipe. No one from my heating company could come for 5 days. In cold weather, unheated house meant probably 30 or more places heating and hot and cold water pipes burst. Mike R, from Aiello (no relative, not even same last name) was amazing. With all those holes, it took three trips to find and repair them all, but I expected it to take more.

Aiello isn't the least expensive plumber, but they are the most professional and reliable and there when they say they'll be. I've used them for emergencies before and I'll use them again if I need someone. I can't recommend them enough.

We had our lights starting to dim on Monday , but did not pay to much mind to it . Then Tuesday it was mire flickering and I noticed my stove while cooking was acting differently.. when on Wednesday the dimming started again we decided to call a electrician. I looked up many and came across Aeillo!!!!! It started with Destiny who was so helpful and right away called Rob what was going on which in turn her called and was very helpful and right away set up Adrian to cone and talk a look at out situation . Adrian was able to tell that itches a street poke issue and even called Eversource for us right away !! Then Rob called to make sure Eversource was able to come and fix the problem ! Now that s caring for the costumer and going that extra step all the way ! The service here was impeccable , everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help us ! Thank you Rob , Destiny and Adrian !!!! I m still waiting in Eversource they should take lessons from such a wonderful crew !!! Highly recommend this company !!!!

First, the company was responsive by having the representative come to my home within 24 hours of my initial call...which was during a period of 90 degree heat days and when no other A/C service provider in north/central CT could do so within 72 hours. (2) Since we were not and existing customer of Aiello we did pay a token charge for the service call where the representative diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the required fix and gave me the opportunity to bid out the work if I so preferred . I did call and speak to another firm that originally installed the system (who was one of the firms called that couldn't look into our problem within 72 hours) and they suggested I go ahead with Aiello as, from their perspective, their initial quote was very competitive. I found the representative, Rich Rodziewicz, very professional, both during the initial service call as well as during the following service work and installation provided 48 hours after and just a day preceding the July 4th Holiday. We are very appreciative that the work got done prior to the Holiday and in retrospect, better service than we could have expected during this very busy time of the year. (3) Finally, like a good doctor that can tend to your immediate health needs you usually don't question the bill if he makes you feel better..and we feel a lot better today with cool air. Enjoyed our time with Tim Lynch, Replacement Specialist. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The gentleman from Aiello did a great job on the energy audit. Saved me 600 CFM's on a raised ranch. Also provided me with LED and CFL lightbulbs where I had none and sealed up any gaps. All the guys including Jessie were very friendly and communicated what was going to happen and what they did very well.

Aiello continues to exceed my expectations with respect to customer service. The scheduling of my service was easy, reminders were not annoying and the service person (Shawn) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

Zach Greg and Justin came to repeat an AC check which had been done by another technician. They spent 4 hours here discussing options with me and completed work, only charging me for parts, not labor. I do not believe that another company would have dine the same.
It was a wonderful experience and I cannot thank them enough for the impeccable service that they performed. I highly recommend them and their company.

Nick, the plumber who came to our home, was very respectful and responsive to our needs. He worked efficiently and cleaned up well. We were pleased with all aspects of the experience.

We had a shower and toilet both leaking in separate bathrooms. We called Aiello and they had someone out the next day to look at the spaces. This was our first experience with them and they were very upfront with us on how their services and pricing work. The plummer that came was Rocco and he was right on time! He told us exactly what our options were, what the prices were and then let us make our decision on how we wanted to move forward! I would recommend both Aiello and Rocco to anyone who has any plumbing issues!

Bob was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent technician. Bob provided us with three options and based on his experience recommended an option that proved successful. Today another Aiello technician came to do work on our air conditioner. Technician was polite, arrived on time, was efficient in his tasks and did an excellent job. 100% satisfied.

Residential, gas, electric exhaust hot water heater went bad. Called at 7:30 and by 9am a Mike was on his way by. By 10:30 a new hot water heater was delivered, installed, and working with lines drained. Worth every penny with 2 kids and a busy schedule, I would have messed with this for days saved nothing and in all likelihood felt the install was unsafe. Great job and would use their services again!

2/19/20 Used their services again for HVAC. I cannot speak to price because no one gets bids on on call HVAC service for their personal property. However, I can speak to the work, and was done quickly, professionally, completely to the current code. That is what I was paying for and that is what I got. I will use their service again.

Submitted a request for plumbing service via their online request form. Never heard a word back. Apparently they weren't interested in our business. Went with another local company that was very responsive and solved the problem within a couple days.

My recent service experience with Aiello Home Services was top notch and this has been the norm throughout all of my interactions with the company over the past 20 years. Aiello is an outstanding example of what a finely tuned business is all about when it comes to giving its customers peace of mind and commitment with a sense of urgency. This particular experience involved an annual tune up of our comfort system. Kevin was easy to work with in getting the appointment scheduled and very professional in the process. Amanda reached out to me by phone to let me know when Ken, the technician would be arriving to begin the tune up. As Ken conducted his business he was very detailed in the explanation of all findings while installing filters that I had purchased in advance of the visit. As is customary he offered some tips and advice in a few areas to enhance the operating efficiency of the comfort system.
