The truth that the service a shame, the day I call to book I was attended by a person, he indicated that there was availability and the price and asked me to send an email to specify the payment. We stayed with my partner for 7 nights through the travel company HyT de Mendoza.
I loved the location, away from the central crowds, two blocks from Varese beach, and about 4 blocks from Playa Grande.
Room: (+) minibar, standing fan, double bed, person-size mirror. (-) You would need mosquito netting and / or bars to the window, the bathroom does not have ventilation because it accumulates too much humidity throughout the room.
Cleaning: (-) They only limited themselves to making the beds and changing the towels (which were very thin, already worn from the old ones) they never changed the sheets in our entire stay, nor did they clean the floor, or absolutely anything. There was no hair dryer, no floor cloth in the bathroom.
DINNER: Regarding dinner at the place, it could be much better, they impose a fixed menu that you find out the same day. There is not a grid with the menu for each day of the week so that you make plans and decide if you want to have dinner or not. And tpco can be repeated nor is there a second option. Fairly medium hair. The first day we had a ham and cheese empanada, the main dish: a chicken fillet with lemon and mashed potatoes, and flan for dessert. It was that or that. No options.
(-) The wifi works only in the lobby or the place where you have breakfast and dinner ... it does not reach the rooms.

I was at Easter. I have to thank the 3 employees at the reception who saved my stay .. I had a room with 2 beds and a light table ... there was not a table to support. a hole that would be the closet without doors .. without shelves. Only 1 of 20 cm .. for clothes. Then we should support it on the floor of that hole. I complained and they moved me to the next room. At least had 1 chair and 2 light tables and a couple of shelves for the, ropa.porupplement closet without doors.in the bathroom.not even one, carpet for the shower or to leave the shower.for breakfast 10 minutes before, the At the end of the schedule, they had raised everything.
