I got same day service which was great. I called in the morning and they were able to arrange an appointment later that day when it was convenient for me. The technician showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem which was causing my toilet to constantly run. He quoted me and was able to do the work in half an hour. Their prices could be better as they charge a lot -- They charge by the job not labor hours and it was expensive. The parts needed weren't too bad but the overall cost increased significantly because of how they charge.
