I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a heating issue in my house. The morning of my appointment, no one showed up and no phone call. I waited an hour before calling the company when I was disconnected twice! After getting through to someone I was told there was a emergency and that they needed to reschedule!!!!!! I waited 2 weeks for the appointment and then the morning of its cancelled with no warning! I wouldn t do business with Aiello if it was the last heating company on Earth!!!
