I am so impressed with the professionalism of the Aiello staff. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy and Ken, and I could not have been more pleased. Right a way Cindy made me feel comfortable talking to her about a problem we were have with our furnace. We set up an appointment and Ken arrived on time, which was awesome. I needed to have the air let out of my pipes. I called Aiello when I asked for a price range I was told they couldn't give me a range over the phone aftwr speaking to a manager because the price depended on my set up and that it would be $100 just for them to come out and get me a quote, regardless of whether or not I used their services. When I said that I didnt like that he told me he wouldn't charge me for the $100 if I proceeded to get the work done. Nick came out and helped me and he was a great guy. The work he did had shown me no problems and the issue was fixed. But the price for the work was $600 after tax... and that is with the $100 discount they gave me by taking off the charge to come out. When I freaked out about the price Nick showed me that it was the standard rate to bleed the pipes in a 1-3 zone house. I am extremely annoyed about how expensive it was to do something so simple, especially when I asked for a price range over the phone and was told I couldnt be given one but the standard price was right there the whole time. After doing research I found out the price I was charged for the service was around double the price of other businesses in the area, and around triple that of a licensed contractor. I won't be doing business with Aiello again. Even though the work was done well and the technician was nice, that kind of price is truly outragious and I was left feeling very ripped off.

We had been having problems with our 17 year old HVAC system. Aiello Home Services came out at least 3 times to fix those problems.

An Aiello salesman (Muir) came by on Saturday and we decided to install all new equipment. He gave us the system we wanted and even deducted the previous repair charges from the cost of the new system.

Thanks again to the installation crew who got our heat back on Wednesday.

The technician, Bob was knowledgeable and efficient. Job well done!

They quoted me 1600 to install one toilet. It's a one hour job, if that. If I brought my own toilet it would be 500 just for labor, again for a one hour job. I told them on the phone when making an appointment that I needed a new toilet, and they would not give me a quote on the phone. I had to pay the 80 dollar service fee to be told a new toilet would be $1100 for ONE toilet with a $500/hour labor fee. Be aware this place charges 3-4x the normal fees. I also had to wait 24 hours for someone to even come

Aaron J came out to fix my home AC system blowing warm air through the vents. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and told me everything he was doing. He was up front about all the costs before starting any work. Very personable guy that answered all my questions even those non-related to the current issue. Would work with them again and recommend using their services.

Aiello's technician, Rick Newman, arrived at our home on Saturday. We'd been without A/C for four days, and were very pleased to see him.
He worked quickly to diagnose the problem, offered us a couple of options to resolve the issue and then promptly made the necessary repairs. As our system had never been serviced - it was in desperate need of a cleaning. The system needs additional attention and Rick outlined what needed to be done and the approximate cost of each additional service.
We appreciate his patience describing the problems, and the time he took to give our system the repair it needed. Rick was professional in his approach and thorough in making the repairs to get our A/C back in working order in a matter of a couple hours.

Michael D. arrived as promised. They told me between 7 and 8 and he was there by 7:30. He took care of my electrical outlet explaining everything he was doing. Gave me a quote before he even did anything and gave me other quotes that I had asked about. Very nice guy and would like to have him do any electrical work I need done in the future.

Very prompt call back to my voicemail (left after hours previous night). Had a technician out within 2 hours. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous and had my AC issue identified and fixed in 30 minutes.

This was an annual maintenance appt. Aeillo put this unit in in 2019, so it s basically brand new. The service tech was very nice. I m sure he s just following protocol, but I was charged to clean the unit. I pay for the annual program (about $250/year), so the tech just looks at it and tells me to clean it, it costs another $750! Unbelievable. Not to mention I had to battle with Aeillo to get them to bring a filter. Four phone calls including talking to a manager twice. Other companies I ve worked with always brought the filters. They are way over priced and take advantage of you. Of course I was going to have him clean it since that s what I thought he was here to do. Horrible company and bad service.

I got home from work at 5:30 on Monday evening to find my panel in the basement (breaker box) was arcing and the main breaker was hot and melting. I turned it off, yet still had power throughout most of house. Online, Aiello said they were open til 10. I called and spoke to a young girl who said dispatcher would be calling me within half hour. Within minutes, Young Girl called back and said all dispatchers went home and they would call in the AM. I again explained my situation and she told me to call Eversource, which I did only to be told they can't do anything because it is inside. I called Aiello back to see if Young Girl has a different number for Eversource. A different guy answered. I again explain the situation. He seemed more concerned, but still a run around. In the meantime I went to a Facebook page for Windsor Locks, asked my neighbors and found a great electrician who was over within an hour and changed out my main breaker. Thank you TJN Electric. Way to look out for customers, Aiello.

Although the technicians arrived early and outcome of service as of now is good,the amount charged was extreme. The taco power head/zone valve, air vent along with expansion tank in parts alone is well under 300.00. So technically THE REST OF CHARGE WAS FOR LABOR. Total charge of over 2000.So we will not be using nor recommending your company to anyone else. It would have been more of a pleasure if your company would not have ripped us off, but provided a fair price.But that's OK. God doesn't like ugly.

We will be more diligent and also educate others what companies like yours do under the guise of good advertisement. Note, after the fact we looked up your complaints. So there are others who feel the same way.

When you read this, you may dismiss this, but remember character is a definition of who you are and what you stand for.

The company was called out to my residence for a check of my furnace and a CO2 issue. It was an emergency call and they arrived promptly when they said they would. They did a through inspection of the furnace and made me feel comfortable knowing that there is nothing wrong with my furnace and not issues relating to CO2. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Aiello before and was very satisfied with their service. Repairmen we're all very knowledgeable, professional, patient and worked with me on this big ticket repair. I was able to get a Senior Citizen discount, which helped with final cost. Highly recommend Aiello.

We've been very pleased with Aiello Home Services and have used them for plumbing, and AC and our furnace maintenance for a few years now. I was most particularly impressed by Peter C of their plumbing staff during a visit to fix a persistent leak. He was extremely professional, dug right into that project, while I added another (which he fixed with simple advice), a very complex filtration project that no other plumber had ever been willing to undertake, and two minor fixes that have bugged me for years. He was quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Not all technicians are on his level and I'll request him in the future! Many thx!

I had two techs come to my house, one for plumbing and one for heating. They were both very nice and on time. The estimate from the plumber was outrageous ($500 to snake my drain) so I decided not to get the work done. The estimate for the furnace repair was reasonable ($500 as well) and I decided to make an appointment to get it done. When I called the office to make the appointment I was told they would check to see if they had the part and call me right back. They never called.
I got the furnace repaired for $250 from another company and got my sink repaired for $20.
I'll never call Aiello again.

My experience with Aiello Home Services has been exceptional. Everyone that I have dealt with has been professional and courteous. The team showed up today prepared and completed the work in less than the expected time. I would certainly use them again for future home repairs.

Aiello came in requested timeframe and exactly when promised after phone call. Clayvon C. worked efficiently and was personable and professional. This same technician installed a new compressor in the unit last summer without any complaints of the extreme heat I knew was in my attic. Anyone to whom he is assigned to complete work is lucky.

It was a great experience having plumbing, electric and heating experts looking over the house. The monthly fee of 20 is well worth the peace of mind. My husband passed away recently I have to make sure I am able to take care of this house.

Ryan did a great job and fixed me up with heat in about 45 minutes after replacing a part in the ignition system of my gas furnace.

Ben and Matt were timely and professional, I could not have found better service anywhere. If need electrical work done call Aiello and ask for them.

Had a plumbing emergency and they came out the same day - correctly diagnosed the issue but couldn't fix it on the spot. However, we were able to cope overnight, and they were out first thing and we were back on track very quickly.

The plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and didn't leave any mess at all. Would definitely use them again.

I'm very pleased with the replacement of my well pump. Aiello showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. The technician explained everything every step of the way. No surprises.

My gas heating was not started,so I called Aiello home services. Nick L came here. For service charge they took 99$ + tax =$105.xx. He mentioned to diagnostic charge 144 for checking thermostat. I told No to him. So he gone. After sometime he returned and he told to do free other checking. After checking he told it was not thermostat but condensate removal pump not working. He told he will charge $300 + installation cost and other charges which can easily he could charge more than 500$. But I again told NO to him . So he returned. Then I checked condensate pump in Amazon it is 39$ and from YouTube video it is very easy to install. This Aiello service people are very cunning and charge you many unnecessary charges.

I called and spoke to what seemed like an answering service. They took my basic info so someone could call me back to understand what I was looking for. The gentlemen who called me back explained that there would be a charge for them to come to the house, but that would count towards the service they performed if we agreed to get the work done. He explained that they would be ready to perform the work right then and there. I explained that I was looking to trench power to a barn 100 feet from my house and install a panel in the barn and that they wouldn t be able to perform the work because permits would need to be pulled, a trench dug, etc. He didn t understand and I should have let that be a warning. I then received a second call to schedule the actual appointment. They were friendly and professional. I received a reminder call the day before.

Tim was our service guy. Very nice, on time and professional. We walked through the project. I paid the service call fee and waited for the quote.

More than $20,000 to run power from my house to a barn maybe 100 feet away. Digging the trench was not included in the price. This did not include anything other than power to a panel in the barn. It did not include WIRING the barn. It didn t require a service upgrade. Insane.

We have two other quotes. They are each 16,000 less than Aiello. Buyer beware and get multiple quotes.

I m just bummed I paid for the service call. If I knew their pricing was insanely high, I would have never called them.

Contacted them for an outdoor outlet replacement in the morning. By noon very competent electrician had arrived and completed task. Because it was quicker than expected he reduced the cost from estimate. Also notified me of senior discount. Did everything as promised.

If Aiello sends Ray to service your heating and/or air-conditioning systems, you are in luck. This guy is good... check that... he's excellent! Ray is a highly capable, careful, trustworthy and professional technician. You will find that he always inspires confidence. We are grateful for Ray (and his expertise) and for his first-rate maintenance of our heating and cooling systems!

all work done on time and sooner than expected . like the fact all different types of work done. no need to call several places to get all kinds of things fixed.

Fast and professionally done work, however the price for everything was outrageous. I paid $2,185 just to install a simple garbage disposer. They quoted me another $2000 Just to get a basic bathroom fan installed.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have recently had with Aiello Home Services. I called them in the afternoon one day and my appt was for 7 am the next morning. The employee who showed up, Mike, was fabulous. He explained, in layman s terms, what he suspected the issues were, how he was going to fix them and gave an estimate for me to agree to or say no thank you. He was punctual, so friendly, very clean and very informative. I loved the communication throughout the visit. My husband and I are so happy to finally have a great company to turn to when an issue arises. Strongly recommended!!!

My HVAC system decided to stop working during a heat wave. This was my first time using Aiello and I have to say that I was very impressed! They were able to accommodate my crazy schedule with no problem. The communication with the company was excellent, and I was even able to track the technician's arrival with the link that they sent to my phone. John S. was very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely informative. It's obvious that he takes his work serious. He's a big dog lover as well, so my dog definitely approved too.

I used Aiello Home Services for my recent HVAC needs and found the team to be incredibly responsive. I was able get an appointment within a few hours of my inquiry and was able to have the problem resolved the following day. 1/15 Matt Carrasquillo just finished an installation of a new boiler with a conversion from oil to gas. The process was overwhelming to think about, but Matt was excellent. He is very professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. He paid close attention to every detail and kept me well informed through the whole process. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Matt and Aiello!

The contractor that came out was very friendly and knowledge. However it cost me $456.16 for a kitchen sink drain (snakes out 30ft and pulled back food) and then a recommendation to replace garbage disposal for $650. I went to Home Depot and saw the comparable disposal for $100 and another contractor did the work and it took 45 minutes to replace it. So was that $550 in labor on the estimate? I was planning to replace my heating and cooling system in the spring but this definitely will go elsewhere.

Punctuality: technician arrived right at 7AM.
Quality: Work was completed with great skill and speed - work was done expertly and finished in less time than estimated.
Responsiveness: Call was made the afternoon before and work was completed before 8AM the next morning..
Value: Well worth the cost with brand new equipment installed and skill of installer, plus the fact the technician had to work in extreme conditions (18 degree temp outside)

Aiello came to my home to do an annual furnace cleaning and told my wife the furnace needs $3,000 worth of work (8 year old furnace). I called and told them to leave my house. I called Tower Energy and they serviced it for $200 it runs like new.

Rob arrived on time, and he was very professional and polite. I did find that the price for an initial visit and diagnostic was a bit expensive but all in all I am very pleased. It would have been easy for him to take advantage of us because we are seniors and I don t know a lot about electrical matters but he didn t. Thank you and I will call again when something else comes comes up.

12 years ago, Aiello installed a Buderus heater for us. They have maintained it ever since. Their people are always clean, professional, and careful to wear PPE in this era of COVID-19. A great company with friendly, reliable people.

Great Service - I have used Aiello before and their attention to detail from scheduling to completion of the work is great. Obviously you will pay higher than if you were to hire an independent contractor, but they do stand behind their work so you do also get piece of mind if a future problem occurs.

Their commercials and website talk about 24 hour emergency service so I called when I noticed I have a pipe that sprung a leak about 9:30 at night. I was told they were all booked for the night and there was nothing they could do for me until the next day.

I chose Aiello because of the great reviews and they definitely lived up to their reputation! The only negative reviews u will find will be about the price. I feel that the cost was fair and I'd rather pay top dollar to know the job is done right. A+ service!! I definitely recommend Aiello!
