The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very yummy. Fresh omeletes, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal with fresh toppings, French toast, pancakes, cereal, fruit and yogurt, and sweet treats. There is a happy hour between 5:30 and 7:30. I includes 2 complimentary beverages chips and dip, chips and salsa, vegetables and dip, pretzels, check mix, water and soda. The pool area was nice and the rooms were comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Indianapolis.

We love staying at Embassy Suites for the cocktail hour and breakfast. Atrium/lobby area was under construction which we didn't know before hand but ultimately, our stay wasn't affected. Rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast, Cocktail hour, and the pool was unaffected by the construction and we heard very little construction noise. We missed the beauty of the gardens/fountains of the atrium though. Our room was clean but we did have to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper as there was only 1 partial roll in the bathroom.

Phoned hotel prior to booking in order to make sure all listed amenities were available. At the time of call, assured by staff hotel wasn't currently
in a renovation stage. Upon check in discovered lobby & common area used for managers reception & breakfast to be under full blown renovation with construction crews drilling, hammering & debris scattered. Managers reception / breakfast area consisted of inadequate seating along with an extreme dusty/dirty environment definitely not fit for beverage or food consumption.

The staff was very friendly, the food was simple but pretty good, and the place was overall pleasant to be in for such a nice price. Though the bathrooms could use extra cleaning. All in all, I would probably come back.

Giant bedrooms, beautiful interior and exterior, great service, awesome cocktail hour, and the best continental breakfast I ve ever had make this a must stay. Bedrooms are all enormous with their own separate living room. If I had to have one knock on it it would be that the gym is a little small.

Will never stay here again...required to sign document on check-in regarding rules and wearing a wrist band on weekends to verify status as registered guest. Even encouraged to place band on 2 month old in our party. 1st night, approx 50 kids/adults in pool with no wrist band. Ok, took our kids out, and called it a night. 2nd night, 50-75 kids/adults in pool with no band. Manager advised and approx 25 individuals without bands asked to leave pool area. Then observed mgr going to pool area and placing bands on remaining individuals in pool area. Spoke with GM with no resolution. Multiple patrons at bar for complimentary "manager reception" with no required wrist bands. Site manager refuses to address issues. Patrons entering premises, no front desk check or wrist bad required. Every single rule on document required to sign at check-in not enforced. Unsupervised children running everywhere, including occupying already slow elevators. Noise level at night was unbelievable. This is clearly a local hang-out spot for access to a pool and free food/drink. Would never recommend stay here.

I didnt like the look of the place. There was always vomit in the walkway. The inside look old and beat up but I loved the food and the front desk. The clerks were super nice and patient.

I've stayed here about 10+ weeks over the past few months. Very nice hotel if you're working in the area - recently renovated. Nice common area with tables and bar. Appropriately priced food. I highly recommend this hotel for work if you get a good price on it. They are also improving with time.

The four stars is because this place never seems to get it 100% correct. There's always one or two things each visit. Either it's a machine in the workout facility broken, a less than perfect bathroom, an uncomfortable thermometer, a double charge on my card, or a broken elevator or two.

My mother who is wheelchair bound and myself were very pleased with room and services. We did have some issues with a couple of the staff but management quickly remedied the issues quickly. I would use this hotel again.

My family member's truck was stolen last night from this hotel. There is parking lot cameras, however due to the holiday, hotel refuses to view footage until next business day. This is not only a lack of care for your patrons, but a lack of common human decency. Let's give the thief a 24 hour headstart. Help the criminal out, not the victim. I will forever avoid this establishment due to lack of concern for their patrons and their property. Our community is fuming that no help has been provided to this family. We want to find this vehicle as soon as possible undamaged.

Disappointing. I arrived at 3.15 PM. The front desk clerk looked at me and asked "You do know the check in time is 4 pm right?". No smile no welcome. Waited in lobby for 30 minutes and went back to front desk. This time another friendlier front desk lady checked me in immediately. She was surprised that I had been waiting for a room. Curious...

I loved staying here. Couldn't experience the pool as it was under renovations, but the rooms were beautiful and clean and the staff was super nice. And who can beat free drinks at happy hour from 5:30-7:30!

On the 1st morning we awoke to our stay here we went down to breakfast only to realize everything had begun to be put away. My husband believed that breakfast ended at 10am and was wrong. It was currently 10 minutes after 9am. The staff was so kind. They allowed me to fix a breakfast for myself and my two children anyway. It may not sound like much but to a mother of a children who have special needs compounded by the fact that she has no vehicle with her and hungry children. Leads to added anxiety....VERY APPRECIATIVE TO THE UNDERSTANDING STAFF. Every day the staff are great. Can't think of a better place to stay.

I'm giving it 3 starts because they were in the middle of renovations, the bathroom was a little dated, and I had neighbors who appeared to be having a party in their room that prevented my child from resting properly. I attempted to call the front desk on 3 occasions and received no answer. While I was a little disappointed in above. I did appreciate the adjustments they'd made to keep their complimentary breakfast up and running, they ensured the pool was open and limited guest to 25 at a time, and in an hr increments. This gave everybody an opportunity to enjoy the pool my maintaining social distances. Face mask were required of everyone at all times. I absolutely love the safety precautions.

Great staff. Safe side of town. Best value in Compared to other surrounding hotels such as Motel 6 , Pear Tree, Comfort In , Red Roof. Will return for sure! Pool was open during COVID-19 (which the kids were happy about). Good breakfast. Happy hour with two free drinks. Have great restaurant in walking distance.

Bathtub and sink filled up with water to the point of overflowing, and the hotel cut the water to all yhe rooms off for hours, no staff informed any guests that this was happening, wasted my Hilton Honors points on a terribly run hotel that apparently just doesnt care about the guests

BUYER BEWARE, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I stayed at this location for a business trip, my stay was a week long. This Is very nice and people that work here are very professional. The only downfall that I have found is that the lobby his very loud if you want to spend any time in your suite in the living Room it is hard to do with all the noise coming from the lobby but if you go to the other rooms and shut the door it is very nice and peaceful all rooms have balconies it looks like I can't say for sure.

We had great experience staying at this hotel, especially during this pandemic season. Their staff is making good precautions to minimize human contact, making their rooms and common areas clean and sanitized. also loved their made to order breakfast.

Although the hotel is under construction you can see the potential and the staff is very helpful and is working well considering all the things around them. The rooms are beautiful. Very convenient location.

We stopped at Embassy Suites Indianapolis to visit friends who were in town for a sporting event. What a fun hotel! The lobby and interior courtyard were filled with people. Guests had a complimentary happy hour and were enjoying the time to socialize. The hotel is convenient to Grand Park and the city of Indianapolis. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, too.

Wi-Fi was non-existent. Attempted for 30 minutes to reach front desk to ask for more blankets. Never got through. (Was already in my PJs). They left one extra set of towels on the handle of our door the second day.
Staff was very unfriendly.
The one positive. . . The bed was comfortable.

Clean and friendly. The bathroom is a little crowded. The staff is friendly but we never received the towels and pillows needed the first night. I would stay here again. The breakfast is good, and you can get French toast and omelets cooked to order. The evening reception is good as well, fun to hang out with friends and family and catch up.

Rooms were not clean. Gnats were flying around in the room. When shown another room to possibly move to, there was a gnat on the sink as soon as the lights were turned on. We kept the garbage and used, wet towels out of the room and kept it super cold to keep the gnats at bay. So other than freezing at night and swatting and killing gnats, our stay was a 3 out of 10. Construction was taking place in the middle, which wasn't a problem.

We stayed one night the hot tub was broken with no attempt to fix it the dial has been removed. Elevators don't work that great and most of the amenities in the room are broken or not operating correctly.

Newly rennovated and modernized. The room was a good value considering the size and amenities. Not many places offer a full breakfast and complimentary cocktails at night. I would go back when traveling to the area.

This hotel should be closed during their extensive renovations-not suitable for lodging in its current state. Granted, the rates are cheaper than normal during the renovation, however, in the middle of the COVID pandemic, ALL hotels are currently cheaper than normal. In its current state, this hotel is filthy (due to construction) dated, loud (during the day due to construction) and half the amenities are unavailable (due to COVID and construction). BTW, the social hour and breakfast are currently open, at very limited capacity, but the snacks and food at both are terrible. Social hour snacks are all stale (think chewy chips) and breakfast food is hardly edible. We elected to forego social hour and breakfast on day two of our 2-night stay.

Love embassy suites, but this is not the one to stay at. We walked in and immediatly it smelt like marijuana. Our patio door lock did not work and had cardboard on the outside (so not a great view). Also the only booking system stated check out was an hour later than it really was.

Staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. We had an issue but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Omlette chef at breakfast is a nice touch. Swimming pool and Whirlpool are available but didn't get a chance to use them. Overall good experience.

During these times of a Pandemic this place is not a place to stay. They are doing construction in the main area and have it blocked off. There were over 15 people in the lobby and most very not even masked up correctly in the small space and don't even get me on the elevator situation which they blocked off a pair of elevators because of construction. The rooms were small and bathroom even smaller as 6'2" person I could hardly move and zero counter space. I've been on the road for work for the past month and this has to be the worst hotel experience I have had even in all my years staying at a Hilton and Embassy Suites. The only thing that was a bright spot was that the tiny balcony had a nice view of the pond.

Fresh and relaxing. They have a nice lounge area. Happy hour is a nice touch. Snacks are great. The breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and neat. Everything is well placed. It s not crowded. The beds were comfortable. The window opens. The staff was polite and courteous. I ll be happy to recommend this location to friends. I ll also use this location again. It s close to 465 and the Fair Grounds.

I always stay at Embassy Suites when I go out if town but this was the worst experience I ve ever had at Embassy... constant noise and drives of teenagers running around .. most were next door .. the security called police on them and they had to be removed.. constant door slamming as if I was sleeping in the hallway.. I stay here because I have a relative who lives in Indy but next time I come see her, I will not be staying at Embassy.

The location is very convenient and easy to find. The hotel itself is wonderful, very clean, with great staff. There is FREE: breakfast with made to order items and a happy hour with snacks in the evening. The beds are so comfy and the rooms incredibly spacious. I wish I could stay at Embassy Suites wherever I go.
