If you don't have Advance Tech Support, you are simply wasting your money on the so called "Computer Experts" of the the world. 24-7 support and you don't have to be computer literate. Their prices are worth double what they charge, and you'll have the peace of mind knowing that if you have a problem with your computer all you have to do is pick up the phone and your computer problem will be solved. I have had this service for almost a year now and they have ALWAYS FIXED MY PROBLEMS no matter what. I will never give up Advanced Tech Support, because they care!
