I have been an Advance Tech Support member for about 10 months. To say that I am dissatisfied with this company is an understatement. When they go to work on my computer, it takes them forever. Most of the time it does not appear as though anybody is doing any work on it. The last few times, the problems were relatively simple. .... My printer would not work. When they were done, and in each case might I add, a lot of software would not operate. In each case a problem had arisen with the registration number; I had to un-install the program, and re-install it. Then I had to go through the registration procedure with the software authors, such as
Intuit.
Then this outfit went into receivership. They took my money but I could not reach them to resolve a problem. Eventually they were back on-line. No rebates or anything. Not a word was said to the clients about the service disruption.
I cancelled my Advance subscription a few days ago.
