I called for what I thought was a "small" problem ...

I called for what I thought was a "small" problem with my computer. Needless to say I had more than a small problem. The tech spent well over one hour on the phone with me explaining the process and what they were going to do to fix my computer. It took less time than estimated to clean and fix my computer and I was extremely pleased. The tech was very knowledgeable and I opted to subscribe to the tech support. For a small monthly fee I can call for help whenever I need it or even if my computer is running slow and I think there may be a problem. I have peace of mind now when I use my computer especially knowing that help is a phone call away. I highly recommend it!
