This review will be listed under Virginia Alberts...but I Betty Immel will be writing this as I do all computer work and find us good repair services...and I think I have found the best in a company called Advanced Tech Support....one of the problems I have is on my laptop every once in a while I have an urgent message that my computer i about to crash ....call 1-800......... immediately....well not thinking (duh ) I call..immediately this person says Betty look at this and shows me a long list of fake things wrong with my computer....well when my sense returns...I ask him the name of his company...instantly he puts me thorough to his supervisor...on and on they go...well i'm seeing $$$$$ signs....so I say hey I have people to take care of these things...maybe I should call them....Give me your phone number if my people can't help me I will call you back...number fake...people fake....It's a SCAM....I then call Advanced Tech Support.....He takes a look...Betty your computer is fine....That's great I say....THANK YOU SO MUCH ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT......These friends are great.....you should give them a try....Betty Immel
