One afternoon few days after I subscribed my computer came almost to a stop. The CPU showed 100 percent busy. Not having long distance on my land line,I called for help from my cell phone. Cell service at my location is sporadic. Your tech and I could hardly hear each other. I asked her to call me back. She said she could not do that. I was close to furious, and asked her to take the issue up with higher management. I didn't hear back.

Whether your folks fixed it remotely or it fixed itself, I am unhappy with the way the issue was handled.
