Nothing more frustrating than watching advertisements pop out from the side of your computer screen, asking you to update your windows, scan your computer, great deals from Tesco to name one of many, buy from here, surveys about this and that all juggling for room round the screen whilst your computer is revving its head off totally confused.I'm now looking at a completely clear screen a nice steady hum from the computer and I was thinking of ditching it!
When I first contacted you I was a little concerned as you actually took control of the computer I watched the arrow move around the screen but you have done a first class job, I would recommend you to anybody worried about security issues with their computer. Thanks again for your help Richard
