On Saturday, June 9, Prestige Imports sponsored their second organized drive throught the foothills just west of Denver. Approximately 100 Audis and Porsches participated. After registration and breakfast, the cars were lead out of the dealership in groups of twenty. The weather was sunny and warm, the route scenic and,at times, challenging and the camraderie was, well, just great. Justin Adis, General Manager, was the brains behind this event but it was total participation of all the staff at Prestige that made this event flawless and memorable. Oh, and they also provided a great barbeque lunch! Justin has really honed his skills at flipping hamburgers! Can't wait until next year!
Got to Prestige Audi 15 minutes early for regular service plus a service notice item. They got me right in and my car was ready well before I was expecting it. I commend Prestige Audi and service writer Matt Kurz - now a new father! - for their truly exceptional service.
Handled conveniently on a Saturday. Got me in and out quickly so I could continue my day. Breakfast snacks and wifi allowed me to be productive while waiting.

Leased my first ever Audi from Prestige Imports and had an amazing experience. Even before I signed the paperwork the team at Prestige (Chad and Natalia) were extremely helpful answering my questions. I learned a lot about leasing and they helped me get an incredible deal on a plug-in Q5. Buyer beware. We bought a used Audi Q7 That was supposed to have had a full 100 point inspection all around, had low miles for its year, and per salesmen in awesome condition. Here we are under 2700 miles later and I have to spend almost 1900.00 dollars on replacing brakes and rotors. I just paid the second payment on the car.. unbelievable! Spoke with Ben and he has blamed us for the issue saying we have ruined them with our driving and refusing to take care of the issue before literally hanging up on me. I have taken this vehicle to another shop that told me these clearly should have been replaced by a reputable dealer before the vehicle was sold and thats why I brought it back in the first place. Sad story as we are a young family of five that really thought by going to prestige imports to buy and finance our first nice vehicle we would avoid this kind of thing but boy were we wrong I haven't even mentioned the rear heat for my kids being out. I would say overall if you aren't wealthy this is not the place for you because they do not stand by the used vehicles they sell unless you notice before you buy and they give an iou form. To Prestige, I'm sure you will see and possibly respond to this review with some some points on how I am wrong and you guys aren't responible but I'm not interested. Just know I will tell every person I speak to of my extremely poor experience with Prestige imports of Lakewood. Thank you Google review for giving us this platform!
Bought a pre-owned Macan from here. It's a traditional old school dealer. Sales negotiating is normal and they'll do the traditional back & fourth stuff. That being said, I would recommend Prestige over Audi S. Denver.

I went in on Monday 7/23/18 and worked with a sales woman named Rosa. I wanted to look at a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. She told me it was not ready to be looked at and to come back Wedensday. When I came back on Wedensday 7/24/18, Rosa was not in and I was informed the car was sold. Thanks a lot for nothing.

The windshield cracked on my Carrera GT! OUCH! I took it to Prestige for replacement - plus service, new pads, brake flush and tires. Good work and thorough inspection. I'm very pleased with my freshened ride (and the Cayenne loaner while the work was being done).

I have to admit I have gotten spoiled by the exceptional service at Prestige Imports. Martin Hill is my advisor there, and always goes the extra 100 miles to make sure that my cars are in the best condition, that problems are diagnosed correctly and taken care of immediately, and makes sure that I am happy with transportation to wherever I need to be when service is being performed. I recently purchased a used car from another dealership, a BMW dealership, and I was shocked that the service was so far below what I have come to expect from Prestige Imports and also from Martin Hill. Thankfully my "primary" cars are Audis and they are well taken care of at Prestige.
Prestige is the only place I trust with my Audi. They always do a great job, clearly explain the work to be performed ahead of time, and do not try and sell unnecessary work. They may charge more than an independent shop, of which I have tried many, but the quality of work and expertise is worth it.
Matt Lynch was my specialist. Him and the entire staff I met at Prestige Imports were all incredibly helpful and courteous. Being an international person, I required special assistance to be able to get a lease, but Audi made it all very easy and then all I got left with was the pleasure of choosing a vehicle that fitted my budget. I look forward to enjoying my new car and I have no doubt that come trade-in time I'll be back.
This was hands-down the absolute best car buying experience I ve ever had, and I was honestly very surprised. I didn t think the car-buying experience could be like this until I started to chat with Prestige Audi. I was extremely impressed from start to finish. A huge shout out to Shawn (Sales), Roman (Finance) and Nicki (Customer Care). Shawn is not the typical pushy salesman. He listened to my needs, considered the numbers I was looking for, and provided a deal I could not pass up. He hustled constantly to limit the amount of time the sale would take, and continues to be attentive and very helpful after the sale. Onto the Finance department. I ve never met a Finance representative that did not try to shove extras and add-ons down my throat. But Roman explained everything in layman s terms, gave me his professional opinion on certain items, and it was an extremely relaxed and informative conversation to decide what was right for me. I seriously have never had this, and always dread speaking with Finance. A very pleasant surprise! And then onto Nicki with Customer Care. She came into the picture after the sale and helped me with a few items that needed to be taken care of. Extremely attentive, and I even caught her on her way out of the office one night, and she put all of her stuff down on a desk and stayed late to help me out.
I m 38 years old, have bought a bunch of cars in my life, and can honestly say that Prestige Audi provided the absolute best experience, beginning to end, that I have ever experienced in my life. I cannot thank them enough, and will absolutely be doing business with them again! They are THE Audi dealer in the entire Denver area to work with, hands down!

After what we thought was a really good buying experience we contacted the dealer customer service department because a media cable that came with the car and was described as operational was, in fact, broken. The service rep, Nicki, said she d send a replacement right away. After a week I contacted her again and she stated the salesman had forgotten to send it and it would be sent that dyay. I received it a couple of day later and it was the wrong type of cable. I contacted both Nicki and the salesperson, Petko, and received an email stating they would not send the correct cable and I needed to find one for sale on Amazon. I reached out once more to both of them and a manager and received no response at all. We did buy a certified pre-owned Audi, which they were obviously aware of when they agreed to send a new cable but sent the incorrect part. All we wanted was for them to follow through on the commitment they made to replace a faulty piece of equipment. It s difficult to understand why, at the very least, we weren t contacted by management. This should have been easy. Either say no, or be willing to follow through. We won t be recommending this dealer to others in the future due to this customer service fail and management s lack of concern. It s a shame that they are willing to lose future sales over an $80 media cable.

I recently bought a 2019 Audi Q7 and Lindsey was top notch. I didn t have to lift a finger through the whole process and was constantly met with quick responses. When we went into finance we were met with a genuine smile and willingness to help by Roman. He chose only the packages that best fit our lifestyle, use of the car and our budget. My favorite part thus far is, it has been a couple weeks since my purchase and Lindsey is still available for any of my questions. Overall the experience really exceeded my expectations and I couldn t be more impressed with the service and assistance provided by Roman and Lindsey!

Avoid this place. I went in for an oil change and walked out paying close to 300 dollars for "additional services" i did not authorized. This mechanical adviser "Jordan Dunes" is a total con-artist who pressured me into paying for a car inspection i specifically told him i did not want at the beginning of the appointment. Total con, he probably works on commission. The service was so bad they even skipped the complementary car wash... They couldn't even get that right, this place is a joke.

It's been over a year and I've had zero problems with my car. Yes, it has a small oil leak from a hose cramp that I asked the advisor to replace however, that does not translate to "perform a diagnostic". Also, I didn't mention this on my initial review as I believed to be irrelevant information but, the second reason was there was because my vehicle had a passenger airbag recall which I addressed during my appointment, the part was going to be place on order and I was going to be contacted when it came in, but after my first review went up no attempt to contact me was ever made. Finally, as a last attempt to add insult to injury, my vehicle was parked all the way out in the street because no one bothered to drive it up to the door, and my steering wheel and hood were covered in car oil and dirt markings as an added touch. The service I received here was by far some of the most inferior service I have ever received and I felt ripped off.Thanks Ben but I would not trust my car in your hands even for a car wash.

So I called twice to schedule a service appointment. No one would pick up in service. So the receptionist stated someone would call back. No call back. Pretty sure their 4.7 rating is fake news.
All the work was done quickly, exactly to the price, they washed the car inside and out, best car wash ever!!!! Corey is a great Service Rep, he does a great job, fully answers questions, checks into things it he doesn't know, and always responds quickly. When I walked in the service door for my appointment Corey was walking outside and greeted me by name before I had checked in! Very impressive, great customer service. Only negative is Prestige thinks a lot of their service--they are VERY expensive!

Everyone at Prestige acts like they care. They want to make sure the customer is happy. The valet service is wonderful and very helpful. Sometimes we get what we pay for and the service at Prestige is worth spending big bucks on a nice vehicle.
I'm not okay with the fact that this place has workers that have guys who cat call girls who are just trying to go to grocery store well in their uniform.
It's a shame when a single employee destroys an entire experience. After extremely poor service from 1 individual in the Service department, we will take both our cars elsewhere in the future. The worst part is that it could have been avoided with simple and honest communication... a concept this "gentleman" obviously doesn't grasp. I spoke with the GM (since the service manager was out for a few days) to raise my concerns and he was apologetic, but it doesn't negate the crappy treatment or terrible attitude.
