I took my 2002 996 Turbo to Prestige Imports Porsche's service department for Pre-Purchase Inspection. Service adviser Ethan was very professional and friendly during the vehicle check-in. Car was inspected, I received 2 videos of inspection overview, with commentary while I waited. Afterwards, Master Technician Doc sat down with me, meticulously explaining the results. His technical knowledge was by far the best I have ever seen, bar none. Doc was very patient while going over found problems and went into lengths explaining their severity and needed remedies. I could not wish for a better team than Ethan and Doc to do my PPI. Exceptional service. Thank you!!!
I've contacted them to purchase 2 cars in the last 2 weeks that were advertised online - I even emailed the Sales Manager... no response - but they did raise the prices of the cars I inquired about right after I called - Seems like a less-than-honest marketing approach.
Overall, an excellent Audi dealership. Service, albeit, expensive, is competent as are the service writer (Martin) I've worked with on our 2012 S5 Cab. That said, their website is puzzling in that it lists various "888" numbers for different departments (e.g. sales, service, parts, etc.); however, all ring into the showroom receptionist. And, no local (303) phone number is prominently listed. Curious. Website needs fine tuning. Have had limited success leaving a message for Martin at times inasmuch as the "helpful" individual that answered my call put it through to an entirely different person who, in spite of my voice mail request, apparently did not feel the need to inform Martin that I had called him back.
Where do I begin? Maybe when I sent a message concerning my new Q7! Lindsey was the amazing professional person to deal with. She was so wonderful we purchased another car with her the next day. She made purchasing a new vehicle so seamless. She provided the best Valet service. She brought our car right to our front door. It was washed and gassed up. By the way we live a 2 hr drive away. She remembered from the 1st day that I loved swag and bought us more swag for the new car! If you want 1st class service ask for Lindsey at Prestige Audi!
Prestige Imports deals with high end luxury cars, Porsche an Audi. But they also deal with used vehicles of many different varieties. That being said, you will receive the same level of customer care regardless of what price of vehicle you are considering. This is not typical of other dealers. All three people I interacted with over the course of my car buying experience were patient, understanding and extremely personable. Based on the market value of my used car, I got a great deal. It was raining when I went to pick up the car, and they still insisted on having it washed and filling up the tank before I drove off the lot. Now that is service!
I strongly recommend you stop by Prestige if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

They simply let us experience both vehicles and make up our own minds. If it wasn t for Jared, one of the service writers, I would have left Prestige without my extra key and would have needed to return. My sales person who sold me the car didn t even inquire if she could help me even though I saw her numerous times and barely a acknowledgement as I waited for Jared to track down where my key was.

Very disappointed with the service I experienced at Prestige on my last visit, 3/3/20. Context: I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Audi A6 Quattro in Sept 2018 with 50k miles (not from Prestige). Took it to Prestige for the pre-purchase inspection. Took it to Prestige for two oil changes at it's 5-7k mile intervals with one recall visit between the two. Warranty work was performed on one of the visits. I was not made aware at any visit that there was a 55k mile service to perform that was covered under warranty. I was told on the phone when scheduling the oil change for 3/3, that I had a warranty service available and that could be performed with the oil change. Great! I show up for the appointment and Cory informs me that I have passed the mile marker (69,884) for this warranty work to be approved and I will have to come out of pocket $1,075 for this service. I brought the car in a total of 4 times including the pre-purchase inspection and was never told that this service needed to be performed let alone that it was under warranty. I go to the dealer because I trust their expertise and expect to have an advocate and advisor in my corner speaking from that expertise. Prestige is great about follow up calls to remind you of your appointment and calls after the appointment to which I appreciate. However, why not a courtesy call to remind me of warranty work or making mention of it on one of my previous four visits?? Prestige dropped the ball. They didn't advise me and they didn't give me proper notice so I could prepare and schedule this service within the allotted time allowed. An exception should have been in this scenario and the work should have been completed under the warranty and I should not have come out of pocket for this. I expected better and was severely let down by this experience and will make sure to steer colleagues, family and friends to other options in the future.

We found Thea Hovet, (Audi Service Consultant), and Amelia Conrado, (Audi Brand Specialist), to be quite helpful and informative. Given these interactions and the service received, we can highly recommend Prestige Imports.
This place doesn't deserve to get a score a high as 1 star. The story starts with buying a car (lemon) from the dealership. A 2011 A4 that sadly ended up having the oil consumption problem. After finally getting audi to agree to rebuild the engine due to the known issue i felt optimistic that my problems with the car were going to get better. While they were fixing the engine problem they attempted to charge me for items that were manditory to be done for the recalled part that was covered by the audi corporation. When I declined to accept those changes at the cost they quoted they did them as it should have been done to begin with. 17000 miles after this engine rebuild that had to be done because of audi, I had oil leaking from every part they touched during the rebuild. They told me the sealant failed. I assume sealant is supposed to last longer than 17000 miles. I can only assume that I will have to bring the car back every 17000 miles to fix the engine. The other service place I take the car to check it out said that is very suspicious and I shouldn't be held responsible for it but of course it was past warranty and prestige audi was happy to take my money to fix the problem with the sealant they used. I would not go to this place or recommend it to anyone!

Purchasing, financing, car buying experience was exceptional and service area was beyond expectations and fast. Warren showed me everything about my car and around the dealership so I wouldn't have any questions after I left the dealership. They really know how to take care of their customers in a 1st class way.
Moody And Ron have been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and accommodating. However, when I received my certified pre-owned 2015 911 4s in Connecticut it was never detailed before it left the dealership and was picked up from Prestige with a 2 inch scratch in the front fender that was noted on the pick up report and signed off on by the delivery person from the dealership. Needless to say, my expectations where clearly not met for buying any type of car, especially a Porsche that I just paid $109k for. After I complained a few times and included the General Manager on my emails did the dealership agree with another local Porsche dealer to have the scratch repaired and the car washed properly. I now love my car but feel the dealership did a very poor job with the delivery and the customer service afterwards. This is clearly not the experience I had expected buying a CPO car from a Porsche dealership and I definitely don t think it meets the expectations of the Porsche brand and what the company stands for.

I suggest Warren Kaye and Prestige Imports to anyone looking for an Audi or other car. I was helping my wife look for a car, and made the specifications very clear on what we wanted for a Q7. They directly answered all her questions, tried to sell us the car we actually wanted, and were very clear and efficient with the presentation. It's great when a dealership respects a customers time. They gave us a fair price, and the entire process was incredibly professional. We were treated like a customer.
Bought a car, used Jag xk, sight unseen, because of the confidence instilled by Michael McGrath - saw "as traded condition " and "cleaned up"pictures Inspection was preformed with brakes reworked, oil, filter, fluid changes and a final detail The entire experience was pleasant, handled long distance, text, email, and phone with no "used car salesman BS", or surprises in the paperwork. Sale, payment and delivery arranged in 2 days I might need to see a psychiatrist buying a Jag this way - I'll know tomorrow when the car is delivered

We have purchased a handful of cars here in the past, and have had relatively good experiences.
A few days before Christmas we bought our dream car, and then just few days later we were hit by an uninsured, drunk driver and our car was towed to prestige for an estimate. When we decided not to have them fix our car, because thats the right of the customer, they were not certified, and clearly had never worked on this type of car before.They told us we have to pay 8,850 before we could pick up our car, and they would not finish our estimate. Mind you they had not fix anything. They held our car for ransom.This was just for the tow, tear down, and storage while they were doing the estimate, 10 hours of actual labor, and then they refused to finish the estimate. After two weeks of distress, phone calls to insurance, managers, and the GM... we bailed our car out for 6,333.00, just to find out there was more damage done to the car then when we brought it in. Front lip damage, window damage, multiple pieces of carbon fiber scratched, additional wheels damage, and this is just what we have noticed since picking it up. We haven t even started to fix this nightmare. If I had to take a guess, we paid for bruised egos and not letting them cash in on our insurance claim. This shop is ran with absolutely no integrity. They have no respect for people, their dream cars, or how hard you ve worked to get them.

We have missing parts that were not returned with the car, these parts will cost thousands (an entire body panel?), and to many cracked parts to list. They ripped off our driver and back windows in our car. I'm assuming because they didn't use google to read how to open the doors.The damages we are reporting... We have pictures of the car before, and after the tows per the tow companies, and my husband. It was not damage due to the tows (It is not nice to blame others). They did "discount" our bill, because they were over charged us from the beginning. I guess it tends to happen when honest work is not a factor, but instead how much can be squeezed out of a McLaren owner. HOW DARE YOU. We have lots of dream cars, so don't try to down play what happened. It doesn't matter that my husband has worked in the industry his entire life. What matter here, is this was the WORST customer service, and service we have ever experienced. Trust me, I will tell anyone who will listen. Hopefully, there is new management there someday, so I can start having a better review of Prestige Imports.

Other than taking longer to get, the car is all I thought it would be. I m glad I got the rear axle steering and the torque vectoring. It makes a difference driving in the snow. Purchasing the car everyone was knowledgeable and since because I owned a Porsche before, and they took very good care of me with service, I expect this good service To continue.

I have used Prestige Audi for both new car purchases and service for almost 20 years. The new car purchasing experience has been low keyed, no pressure, and educational. My service experiences have been equally positive. Rob Ellison has been my service advisor for several years. He has always been responsive to my needs, returns my calls in a timely fashion, explains the service needed, and tries to make appointments as convenient as possible. Overall he's a pleasure to work with. I would readily recommend Prestige for new car purchases as well as service.

POOR SALES PROCEDURES!! It looks like it s not the first time this company has fallen short to it s customers. After reading a few reviews, I realized that this is bad habit for this company. I talked and confirmed that I was on the way for two hours and he assured me that the vehicle was available. Then when I was pulling up, he decides to call me telling me that the car was sold earlier. What a waste of time. It s clear that customer concern is not important and money is all they want.
I had a non-stressful experience buying my first Audi with Kevin. He also went way above helping me to set up the MMI system in the car and worked with me for over 1 hour to make sure that everything worked properly and that I understood everything. He also offered to assist me again if I needed this. This is truly excellent customer service - as it goes well beyond the purchase of the car - as Kevin is also committed to making sure that you use and understand all the systems that make an Audi a great vehicle. This is the difference between simply buying a car and buying into a brand. And I love my Audi Q5!

Really disappointed with the service my husband and I received today. We had our car booked in to get an estimate for the hail body damage. We parked up where we always do when we bring the car in to then be told we are at the wrong place (we were never told this over the phone). We then drove to the other location where the employee told us that they couldn't find our appointment and wouldn't be able to see us today and that the next appointment will be in May (EIGHT months from now!) VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We weren't informed by the lady over the phone that 1. There was another location that we were supposed to go to. 2. We had to bring in certain paperwork to even have the car looked at. 3. Failing to actually Schedule a appt for our car to be seen (she made it yesterday!).
Lucas and Kyle always take care of our car and are a pleasure to work with! I drive all the way across town to service my car here even though another Audi dealer that I won't mention is right down the street from my work. I rather take it here instead
Brought my Audi here to get serviced, my battery kept dying. Took it twice payed them twice each time they told me the problem was fixed but it was not they kept it for almost a total of 3 weeks and did not fix it they pretty much just took my money and ran . It did not sound like they really even bother to see what the problem was. I am done with prestige will never take my car there again.

I was kept updated on what they were doing to my car and was consulted before any work was done. They provided a ride to and from the dealership so I didn't have to worry about finding a ride.

Great experience buying from them. We bought from Griffin. He was no pressure, super straight forward, and really responsive while we worked through deciding from a view different vehicles. Also worth noting that I was in with my wife and son and the whole team was really accommodating and welcoming to the whole family. They had great snacks and drinks, which is key when you've got a kid in a dealer for a few hours, and when we were doing all the paperwork the very friendly receptionist had a great coloring book and markers for my son that kept him entertained for what could have been a really boring stretch for a 7 year old. Of course just as important as the buying experience.... absolutely love the car. Would definitely recommend.
Ethan did a superb job. We spoke before I drove 100 miles to Denver and he was helpful on the phone. He explained what would be done and estimated the time it would take. Everything worked out perfectly.

This is the worst Audi dealership in Denver. We have had 2 or the worst experiences ever working with this dealership. First, we went to look at a preowned Audi and when we arrived it had a ton of hail damage. There want one comment about the hail before we got there. We drove over 25 miles to look at the car and arrived and saw all of the hail damage. Second, we were texting and talking to a sales person and were driving 1 Hour during traffic to look at a car. Halfway into our hour drive we got a call that the car was being test drove by a customer that just found the car that day. After speaking with our salesman we decided to continue our hour long drive to look at the car. The sales manager wouldn t let us put a deposit down and save the car. As we arrived the test driver decided to buy the car. So, after an hour drive, and texting and talking to the sales person for 2 days the sales manager decided we weren t valuable enough to h let us test drive and buy the car. This is the worst Audi dealership in Denver. Do not buy a car from them. They will not take care of you like any other Audi dealership in Denver. I recommend paying a little more to get a solid sales team rather than spending you money at a sleezy dealership. I ve never worked with a sales manager as terrible as this one. If you see a great deal there run the other way as they may sell it underneath you or not tell you about the damage before you arrive.
Service tech was friendly and expecting me for 1PM appointment. We completed the paperwork; he showed me to the waiting room which had nice selection of snacks and drinks. The estimate on time was 1 to 1.5 hours; work was complete just a bit over an hour; price was as quoted and car was washed. All went well, no issues.

I went to the website and made a appointment with difficulty for a oil change , day before appointment, service called and said we cannot do your oil change as scheduled on my message, so I called back to talk to the service manager it took him 4 hours to get back to me... so I made a appointment at my preferred time at a dealer that was happy to take my business
Sonny was and continues to provide an exceptional customer experience - he found me a very rare car :-), called me on vacation, and stayed late to facilitate the buying experience. I don't love the finance process, but it was worth it and I love my new convertible!

Having purchased my Panamera Turbo the evening prior I was distressed when out of the blue warning lights ascribed to the PSM, AWD and Check Engine light all illuminated! I called the service area and was invited to bring the car in immediately. Upon arrival l was signed in and kept apprised of the status of their inspection. Turned out to be a relatively simple part, an ignition coil, in need of replacement. With the part in stock, my car was washed and I was on the road again within about an hour and a half. Everyone was personable and professional.
Appointment for recall work was made by phone and confirmed by email. Service department followed through with email and telephone reminders regarding appointment. Work started on time, and was completed without issue. No surprises!

Terrible service. I wasted 3 hours at the dealership only to tell me they couldn't fix my headlight. I won't be going Audi with my next vehicle. There has been more problems with this car then it's worth. There are far better companies to buy from
Phone quote was inaccurate and I didn't know until I showed up for my appointment, but the service manager honored the quote even though it may have meant a loss for them. They will gain it back when I bring my Cayenne back for the next service!

Sonny D. is the BEST! I love my new Q5. I was never talked into anything I didn't want - and I was given a fair price right up front. I explained what I wanted, and he put me in the right car. I even picked the color based on Sonny's recommendation... even though there wasn't one in stock to see in person.
