Yes, I was treated very well. The service on my vehicle took a very reasonable amount of time and was completed as I expected by a professional courteous staff.
Stay away from Service! My Audi A4 was consuming oil, I took it to Prestige Imports to have oil test done. Audi corp agrees to pay to have my engine rebuilt due to excessive oil consumption. I get my car back and CEL light comes on after 2-3 days. I call dealer they say, "we told you to do other items in service you declined, that is probably why you have CEL light". Funny, didn't have CEL light issue before rebuild, just after. I replace everything they suggested and still have issue. I call service they said bring it to us so we can fix this issue (no mention of diag fees on phone). When I show up to drop off the car, they say it may cost $150 for diagnosis if it's not something they did wrong. So they rebuilt my engine, I have a new issue potentially caused by the rebuild and now they want more money just to diagnose the issue that came up days (that started less than 100 miles) after I got my car back. Now they are replying to my reviews with some stories about me wanting all this fixed for free. Stay away, have no clue on the sales side or porsche side (i'm never bringing my pcar here that is for sure) but the Audi service group should be avoided at all cost.
UPDATE: The BS they posted below is just that BS. I never asked to have my car fixed for free, I asked you guys to figure out what was wrong with it before you charge me. Oh and the ring service WASN'T FREE, AUDI USA paid you for that service and I paid for the parts your tech destroyed removing the engine. You guys are the reason the car industry has a shady reputation. If you agreed to do the diag for free as you stated then you wouldn't have me out here warning others of your business practices.
This place is hilarious. If you go to the Porsche side and aren't over 60, they will make zero attempts to help you... The Audi side isn't much better in that regard. The service department is very good though
I came in to browse and look at a few Audi models. They didn't hassle me into anything, took time with answering my questions, and treated me we kindness, even though I established from the beginning that I was just inquiring, not really buying. The salesman was eager to get me into test driving a car, maybe to get out the office seat for a few minutes.. , but I didn't have that kind of time on my hands. Maybe next time bud

I have been looking for a new Audi Q7 or Q8 for last two months. I originally started working with my home Audi Dealer where I have my Audi's serviced and where we got my wife s new Q5 two years ago....but at the end of the day, I connected with Lindsey at Prestige via an online Q8 inquiry...AND bought my Q8 from Prestige Audi, not Audi Flatirons.
I am leaving this review because I am extremely happy with my Prestige experience and my Audi Flatirons experience (Sales and Service) has been sub-par over 6 times in the last two years.

A week later my Q8 arrived. I went to pick it up expecting to spend hours at the dealership and expected typical contracting curve balls. BUT, I am happy to say, it was such a smooth, and easy transaction. No curve balls! I was in and out in 75 minutes!
The other Audi dealer (closer to Boulder) was always a drawn out, miserable sales process, I spent lots of time onsite...AND we never came to terms on my new car.
Lindsey was AWESOME, easy to work with and completely satisfied with my experience.
Prestige finance, Roman, was just as smooth.

Everyone at Prestige was friendly and professional. I bought my first dealership car there and it was a great experience. My saleswoman, Alissa did a great job and was upfront and low pressure.
What an amazing team of people ! When you buy a luxury car you expect luxury service well this dealership provides it for sure. After being horribly treated by a different Porsche dealer. We receive the most incredible service here. The other dealer quoted us $3000 to fix our problem Prestige only charged us $260. Talk about an honest dealer! If you're looking to buy a luxury car I would highly recommend them and definitely watch out for all the other dealers in Colorado that sell Porsche.
I purchased a 2009 Cayenne from Prestige Imports in Feb 2012. I recently had to have brake repairs made that required my car to be at Prestige Imports for over 2 weeks due to the shipping of parts from Germany. I worked with Scott Sommerfeld, who was professional, knowledgeable, and always updating me on the status of the repair. He called me continually to let me know what was going on and to check if I was satisfied with the loaner car. (I was given a Porsche loaner car that was just a dream to drive.) I couldn't ask for a better service experience from a car dealership. Scott was receptive to all my concerns and addressed any questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige Imports to any Audi or Porsche owner. Prior to my Cayenne I owned an Audi Q7 for two years. It was because of the excellent Audi service I received at Prestige Imports for those two years working with Martin that lead me to purchase the Cayenne.
Find another dealer. Walked through both Audi and Porsche, sat in cars, opened doors. One guy had his feet up on desk engaged with his iPod. Some were talking. They had lots to do except sell cars or engage with customers that might generate them revenue. Reflection of bad ownership, management, or both. Can't believe people would put so much into inventory and a nice facility and have hack sales/management. I guess I am used to Mike Ward and Tynans - stellar run companies. I never used their service, never got that far in the process.
I just picked up the 10th vehicle I have purchased or leased through Prestige Imports/Justin Adis, the General Manager. I met Justin when he was a salesman 15 years ago and he continues to handle my automotive needs to this day in spite of the fact he is now the GM. Justin is humble, professional, and customer-driven. I expect the same from his associates and I receive so much more than I expect from every one of them!

I purchased a 2011 Audi A4 from Prestige in April 2011 and below is an account of my recent experience with service consultant Ted. When I rst arrived at the servicing centre at 7am, I was well greeted by Ted. He then proceeded to explain the cost of the maintenance service and subsequently arranged for a loaner vehicle for me during the time that my A4 would be in the workshop. Ted also explained that I would not be able to get an Audi (for a loaner vehicle and this was from a rental company) as I dropped off my vehicle early. However, what was remarkable was that Ted made sure my A4 was the rst vehicle to be serviced so that I can get it back as early as possible (in view of my not getting an Audi as a loaner). When Ted called me 3 hours later (at 10am) informing that my A4 was ready, I was really surprised and delighted given that I told him I could only pick up my A4 some time after 3pm. As it turns out, I left a personal item in the loaner vehicle (this was from a rental company) and had to wait over the weekend before getting it back as the loaner got rented out again. Ted called the rental company (following week) on my behalf, reminded them about my personal item and got them to call me once they had the loaner back. While there are other aspects of the entire dealership experience, this is true customer service and having dedicated staff (like Ted) who aim to deliver top notch customer delight, not just customer service, has truly reaf rmed my decision to purchase my A4 with Prestige Imports and I de nitely look forward to purchasing my next Audi with Prestige Imports. Thank you Ted and keep up the great work!
Recently brought my car in for tyres rotation, made appointment with Ted on short notice and again Ted got it all set up for me! The labor charges were even taken care of...awesome Ted and awesome dealer!
Scott Wondrasch and Scott West really treated us right. Scott Wondrasch kept me updated on various new cars that might interest us and handled the signing smoothly. Scott West filled in for Scott Wondrasch one weekend, and he found the car I wanted at the port and we negotiated a fair price in a very comfortable manner. I was looking at a car at Audi Denver and one to be received at Prestige, and Prestige made the deal. I MUCH prefer the atmosphere and personnel at Prestige.
Took my audi in for repairs and the mechanic left parts of the car he broke off haven't repaired or replaced the part and the manager doesn't help I'd take your car anywhere else before you go to prestige audi they are very unprofessional

Had a great buying a car from here. Griffen was very easy to work with and I even walked away with a BMW from a Porsche/Audi dealer! Would definitely recommend buying a car from here regardless of what Brand you are buying. All the staff is extremely helpful and If I need another car in the future Ill be stopping there first before going any where else. Painful! Disappointing! Buy Audi anywhere else but here!
It's with disappointment that I write that my experience with this dealership represents the low point in my experience with Audi to date. The vehicle is wonderful, reliable and everything you could hope for. This dealer made the buy out at the end of my lease time consuming, expensive and extremely frustrating. Customer service is NOT their thing.
I visited the dealer as recommended 1 month prior to the end of the lease (even though I live 160 miles away). I made all the arrangements to purchase the vehicle and awaited the paperwork which was promised 20 days later but never came. I called the dealership - they never called me back. I left messages and emails each week and unbelievably it took almost a month before the paperwork arrived. Now the pay-off had increased! I called and left messages - again no-one called me back. They answer the phone professionally, promise they are taking a message. And I was never called back. It got ridiculous!! Finally last night I was called back by the original agent (Griffin) who explained that this was not normal, not the way they do things and that they would make this right. Today I get a call back from a new guy with no interest in keeping me as a customer, who wanted to lecture me on the costs that the dealer is eating (for delays that they caused!!) and refused to make any kind of gesture (like towards the $500 dealer fees for simply producing paperwork) for the 6 week run-around that they have given me to simply purchase my car at the end of the lease. I can honestly say that this dealership stands out to me as a business with a great product for which they take a lot of credit, and has no concept of customer service or what a relationship could or should look like. I will AVOID buying a car from this dealership ever again - even though I will likely be an Audi customer for a long time. I will tell no-one to come here, and I will tell lots of people to buy elsewhere.
I service and purchase my vehicles only from Prestige Imports. They do an amazing job and their care for my vehicle and their customer service is always exceptional. They are thorough and precise.

They were still nice to me even though I splattered my nutrition shake all over the service area! They were also very good about keeping me appraised to the status of my car. Overall a good experience.. The loner car helped also:)
I had known Dean B. for a number of years. He just never had a car I was looking for, but always wanted to buy from him. The sales process was easy. I bought a 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S. There were a few minor things I asked to be done before I would take it- and all were done to my satisfaction. I was impressed that Prestige has the Performance Review that they did on my car after 30 days to insure that all was working properly. That was very cool.
Some small negatives-
Although the Dealership contacted me a few times to insure everything was done to my satisfaction, I didn't hear once (ever) after taking delivery of the vehicle (My salesman wasn't Dean). I thought this odd. Also, there were a couple of questions that I asked about the car that I bought from the sales person that weren't correct answers. Not a big issue, as I was able to figure these out for myself after driving it. I did feel the walkthrough of the car was somewhat rushed, but it was the last calendar day of the month. I suppose I could have come back, but I live a 90 minute drive away. Not convenient. I would have wished that there was time explaining all the different items of the car.
All in all, a very good experience! I would not hesitate buying from them again, or recommending someone I know to them.

Everything about the experience was excellent. I was greeted and treated with politeness. The service department went out of their way to discover the source of the noise in the car and fixed and returned the car on time.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service was fast and within the time they told me it would take. Waiting area was clean. No complaints here!
I had not purchased a car from a dealer in a few years, and my experience at Prestige (with Jeff Hayes in Porsche) was outstanding. Jeff had gotten a fresh trade in, which was exactly what I was looking for. We struck a deal before the trade in had gone through service. Prestige ended up doing new brake pads, new bushings, 2 new tires, and alignment as part of their safety inspection. The quality of customer service from Jeff and his team was exceptional, and they have won my business back.

I get my Porsche serviced at Prestige, and Ethan Velaruz is my service manager that is extremely knowledgeable and very good at how he handles his customers. Ethan always is considerate of the customer and makes sure that when they leave, that they leave feeling good about their experience. I will continue to take my vehicles to Prestige for routine servicing and other maintenance knowing that I will always be taken care of by Ethan and his crew.
My service experience with Lucas was excellent. He listened to the issues I was having with my e-tron and was able to have service correct the issue or provide guidance where I could make updates if I was having future software problems.
We worked with Dave, the sales manager. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to come to terms on a price, and they had us out of there pretty quickly. There was some follow up things that they said they would do, and they did it in a timely manner. Overall good experience.
my turbocharger went out on my A3, took it in to have it replace, the service promptly fixed it, I did have some issue afterwards, Randy the service manager tells me to bring it back in and they got it fixed, I was very satisfied by it. I think the service did a good job and they truly cares for the customers.
Let me put it this way, I flew all the way from Florida to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Expectations were typical. However, after finally meeting Warren Kaye (my salesman) and Adam (finance guru) it dawn on me that this is a not your typical, rail-roading dealership. Warren and Adam had all my paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than an hour. Strictly business with a touch of class. Thank you very much and hope you guys can keep it up.
Shout out to John Hagan - who gave us the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. If this review was solely based on John, this would be a five star review. Unfortunately, another salesman at the dealership almost lost this sale for John and Prestige Audi. With childlike comments and and aggressive attitude that almost ended up in disaster. Management made an attempt to rectify the situation, however, they did not listen to our concerns regarding the salesman that was WAY out of line toward us, even in front of another customer and our young son. Had it not been for John Hagan, we would've walked. He is a great salesman, made us comfortable with the process, communication was world class and he went above and beyond to create an experience - not just sell us a car. Thank you John Hagan. Our Cayenne didn't have a factory trailer hitch so we needed to add one. Trace at Prestige knew exactly what was needed and the installation went smoothly. Towed for the first time yesterday and it towed like a dream. Very Happy!

Went to Prestige Imports to repair a broken sunroof on a 993. Jimmy was helpful and really seemed like he knew this sort of issue inside out. They weren't cheap at 1.3k for the sunroof repair (broken cable and replacement of the felt seal), but he was upfront about the costs. Lastly, they helped me out quite a bit by ending up keeping my car in their shop during my 2-week business trip. I don't think this is something you should count on though, as the shop gets busy.
I had a persistent noise that I had noticed for some time. John Daly and Manfred went the extra mile to diagnose and fix it. This is the best dealership service department I have ever worked with.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used car for our son. The car needed minor body work and a minor repair. Working with Adam we were able to get everything repaired and had with a wonderful experience. I have never dealt with a dealer that was so professional and not "hard sell". I highly recommend this dealer.
Cayenne Turbo Engine Repair. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT there is nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. I have been bringing my Porsche Vehicles there for Service since 2003. Dave (Service Mgr.) Ethan and Trace the Service Advisors are truly 2nd to NONE. Also ...I live almost 2 Hours away (near Vail, Co) and have chosen to take my Porsche's there mainly because of there friendliness, care and expert knowledge of the Porsche vehicles.
I took my 2019 Porsche Cayenne to see if certain functions (lower windows and close rear hatch) with the key fob could be activated with the Porsche PIWIS programming tool. After working on it for a few minutes, the technician concluded that it could not be programmed to perform the functions. I was not charged for the attempt.

I test drove five other vehicles before coming to Prestige. I was lucky enough to meet Warren where he showed me how a Porsche is different. He answered my many questions and even answered general questions about the automobile industry. No other sales person was even close to his level of knowledge, professionalism or dedication. You can just tell this guy truly loves his work and the products he represents. He answered emails almost immediately even late on a Sunday night. I can't recommend him enough! I now have an incredible vehicle and find reasons to go drive somewhere...anywhere!
