It's a shame when a single employee destroys an entire experience. After extremely poor service from 1 individual in the Service department, we will take both our cars elsewhere in the future. The worst part is that it could have been avoided with simple and honest communication... a concept this "gentleman" obviously doesn't grasp. I spoke with the GM (since the service manager was out for a few days) to raise my concerns and he was apologetic, but it doesn't negate the crappy treatment or terrible attitude.
