I wish there more stars to give because I would give Natalia and Chad a 6 out 5 stars! They were fantastic to work with. My car was just hit and totaled out by another driver. It's been a nightmare dealing with insurance but Natalia and Chad made the process so seamless that there was no more stress added. I am a new loyal Audi Customer :)
