Buyer beware. We bought a used Audi Q7 That was supposed to have had a full 100 point inspection all around, had low miles for its year, and per salesmen in awesome condition. Here we are under 2700 miles later and I have to spend almost 1900.00 dollars on replacing brakes and rotors. I just paid the second payment on the car.. unbelievable! Spoke with Ben and he has blamed us for the issue saying we have ruined them with our driving and refusing to take care of the issue before literally hanging up on me. I have taken this vehicle to another shop that told me these clearly should have been replaced by a reputable dealer before the vehicle was sold and thats why I brought it back in the first place. Sad story as we are a young family of five that really thought by going to prestige imports to buy and finance our first nice vehicle we would avoid this kind of thing but boy were we wrong I haven't even mentioned the rear heat for my kids being out. I would say overall if you aren't wealthy this is not the place for you because they do not stand by the used vehicles they sell unless you notice before you buy and they give an iou form. To Prestige, I'm sure you will see and possibly respond to this review with some some points on how I am wrong and you guys aren't responible but I'm not interested. Just know I will tell every person I speak to of my extremely poor experience with Prestige imports of Lakewood. Thank you Google review for giving us this platform!
