This is the second 1-star review that I put, and because it won't let me put 0 *.
Once again, after three hundred calls, to customer service, to incidents, to send emails to priority @ adamo, after making me lose a lot of money (work from home) the thing returns to the same thing. 1000mb contracted and 90mb / s of real download measured in speedtest (it is the page that they ask you to send them captures).
They promised to solve it as soon as possible in their day, and they took several weeks, they also promised to discount me 10 on the next invoice and they passed me the normal invoice ...
the truth, if in a week things do not improve, I will unsubscribe.
In Cantabria it works fatal and is more unstable than any other company that I have tried.
Vodafone, sells you 600 mb / s symmetric, and here you get at least 500mb / s both upload and download (my mother put it more than 6 months ago), accounting, due to its STABILITY, is the option I have in account.
I do not intend to provide you with my information, nor do I want the "manager" to face you here to come with milongas. You guys are sloppy and you sell a GARBAGE connection.
You're welcome to have a good day 900mb / s download and 290mb / s upload, if the following 15 the download does not exceed 90 mb / s, with which to charge the total rate for 9% of the speed contracted, it is a THEFT.
I give you a week so that you can definitively solve the botch that you have in eastern Cantabria, otherwise, I change operators.

They are scammers, the first thing they do is make you see that they give you 1000MB and NO !!! what they give you is 1000 mb, the first are the megabytes (the good ones) and the second are the ones you hire (1 MB = 8Mb) but none of them inform you of this, I imagine it is company policy, misleading advertising.
It is not symmetrical, latency can be good at 4 in the morning, if you are lucky and you do not have 3 in your street watching Netflix.
As for the maintenance service, it is noteworthy that they tend to get you fast, that they will make you restart the rooter and that's it, I say it so that you save those 5 minutes on the phone.

I have to say that after many years with Movistar because in my town nobody guaranteed the service other than Telefonica, I decided to change to Adamo last year and it was a success. In full confinement, me and my wife working from home and my two children connected to school and everything was perfect. The 4 connected by videoconference most of the day, better than when I was in the office. Only 1 breakdown in a year and they responded well, they were quick to solve the problem. At the moment I give them a 10. Better than with Movistar, lower latency and higher bandwidth at a lower price.

Especially on the weekends. Calling for service is practically useless. You can wait for a long time and in the best of cases they take the incident and call you the next day. With all the pain in my soul, this week I am dismissing them, I am very fed up!
