On November 7 I called because I wanted fiber optics thinking that it was the best in 1 minute 32 seconds they pick up the phone.
November 9 30 minutes calling technical assistance since I was not doing well. They do not solve the problem for me, the same day I call customer service 36 minutes for them to answer me, the operators are very nice when they answer those a 10, the issue of contacting them a 0 .....
