Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
Yesterday I was waiting 20 minutes for an operator to pick up the phone; then I had to transfer to the technical department and they hung up on me.
Today, after waiting more than 12 minutes, I decided to hang up. Nobody picks up the phone.
In addition I have continuous problems of loss of voice, inexplicable cuts of the calls.
I do not recommend the company.
I'm changing company now.
