My company rented office space at Maritime House in Portslade for 4 years. The office was nice, warm & well serviced. But the owners were money grabbing. Ill list some of their charges for you:

My advice is if you are looking for office space steer clear of this place as they will fleece you for every penny they can. They don't seem to realise that this is why half their premises is empty. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
