I don t usually write negative notes, but what Adamo has done is to denounce it. They have carried out a portability in the wild, without the cardholder having received it by mail. You call the SAC, and if you manage to talk to someone, no one has any idea how to fix it. You send emails, and no one answers you. It is desperate to see the low training and poor quality of customer service that this company has. I don't recommend it for anything. If you have a problem you are sold.
