Shameful. Fiber-fixed pack contract and 2 mobile lines and I have been waiting for portability of mobile lines for 3 months and nobody can tell me anything. They only give long and, yes, they charge in advance for services not provided.
A shame that these types of companies can do what they want and on top of that you have to waste time calling 50 times and reporting to solve the problem
