I signed up with a promotion where they sent you a gift to become a client. The small print (very small) said that they would send it when paying the client the second invoice.
I have already paid the fourth bill and no sign of the promotional gift, after many calls to customer service giving me long and improvising excuses I still receive nothing.
I do not want to spread too much with the fudge in the registration process, sending the customer service people to call the GITPA (service provider for Adamo in Asturias) with technical questions and then pass them on to them.
