We were not able to access the Water Resort. The employee that checked us in was exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. However, our room was horribly hot, so much so that when we walked in the heat was a tangible field. I tried to change the thermostat without success. I dialed the front desk. They sent a building engineer up to our room.
The engineer made some adjustments to the system so that we could utilize the A.C. He stated that it would take a bit of time for the room to cool. Therefore, we left for an early dinner at Denny's. We returned an hour later. The room was still ablaze. I called the front desk after an additional hour of no relief. The front desk associate transferred us to a different room.
The second room was cooler than the first but not cool enough. I was very disappointed because I expected more in the quality of service provided by the Adams Mark Hotel.
