I am looking for some food to put away for our family. I have requested a FREE sample and it's actually FREE!!! And this company seems to have a whole bunch of perks with an acct. So far so good...I hope their food is as good as their website. :-)

Items I purchased arrived in two days and in good condition, adequately packed to prevent damage. Obviously, we have not tried the products, we chose not to break the seals on the containers. You pay good money for something you hope you never need and we do what we can to preserve the shelf life.

We have ordered several items with only one issue, which was quickly resolved. My only suggestion would be to ensure the product packaging is sturdier as one item was received with puncture holes.

Someone charged my card $279.99 and ordered food with my debit card. They cancelled it as soon as they opened Tuesday, before it shipped, and said they would refund the money and cooperate with law enforcement to catch the culprit. The money has yet to get back to me.

Bad company. They did share with me that they could not deliver their product for 2 1/2 month after I ordered it. They had my email as well as my phone number yet I never heard a word until a week and I had to call them. Now, almost several weeks I have not got my refund of $659.07.
