I don't think I've ever had a positive experience with Vistek. Prices are the highest on the continent, staff are uneducated and reluctant to help, they never have the things you want in stock, the shipping costs with online orders are insane, and they don't price match.

They have 3 floors of retail and they also have a rentals dept in a separate building.
Floor 1 is for Digital Output equipment. Floor 2 is for Video. Floor 3 is for Stills.
You can rent equipment by the day, weekend or week.
Customer service is good most of the time.
I visited for the first time in Dec 2017. I spoke with a number of employees, everyone was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Vistek is now my go to camera store. The location and free parking is a plus.
