Walked in to the Mississauga store and was totally ignored by all staff. So, I decided to walk right up to the front counter to see if one of the three staff would lift their heads up to acknowledge me... Nope, didn't happen! I came in to purchase a ring flash and had to order it from the US instead. Very disappointing service.
