Skullcandy stands behind it's products and our warranty is not bound by government regulations. Proof of purchase has always been a condition of our warranty program. We are happy to address this warranty claim if/when a proof of purchase can be provided....
Love skullcandy only live a few cities away from headquarters. Hope to visit there soon. I got a pair of earbuds for Christmas and used them every day after that. Until my dog got a hold of them and chewed through them.
Skullcandies have the best sound. I wish the Ink'd buds were a bit more durable. Oh well!

I had a pair that were excellent but had a battery problem after a few months and wouldn't charge anymore. They have an excellent warranty (that's free) and are replacing the product for me as we speak. Very good quality sound
