Skullcandy stands behind it's products and our warranty is not bound by government regulations. Proof of purchase has always been a condition of our warranty program. We are happy to address this warranty claim if/when a proof of purchase can be provided. Please let us know if or when that can be provided.

In the last 21 days there have been 10 warranty requests for a total of $1442 . Over the last 2 yrs there have been 40 warranty claim requests for a total of $3,147. These are extremely unusual numbers by our customer statistics. For the above reasons we will hold fast to our decision to deny any more claims. However, if proof of purchase can be provided for the dates and show they were purchased by Best Buy I will honor this claim.

Do not purchase from them they are prejudice... And biased
