Very bad experience dealing with Skullcandy. I ordered an item on their website on October 22, 2019. Skullcandy provided me with a tracking number and informed me the item was shipped on October 24. The carrier was unable to locate the shipment and I had to get back to Skullcandy. Today, on October 30, I asked them to check the status of the shipment only to find out that the order has never been shipped and they I had to wait another week for the shipment. After I requested a refund, they immediately switched to a different version: "We shipped the item back on October 24". As of now, I received neither a refund, nor the item I paid for. Skullcandy reps have never even apologized for the inconvenience, never tried to sort out the problem. I checked some reviews online and it seems I am not the only one who faced this problem.
