If I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter used her birthday money to purchase headphones over $40. Within a week the headphones themselves split in half. We started the warranty process. Paid $10.64 out of our pocket to ship the package to their warranty department to start a warranty exchange claim. We mailed the package May 6th. Per UPS (because WE PAID FOR TRACKING) our package was received at the warranty facility May 11th at 2:50pm signed for by an employee CARLO at the dock. Prior to checking the tracking I followed up with Skull Candy - Eileen told me on May 22nd our package had not been received. Today may 29th I double check and find or YES- you did ---your employee named CARLO signed for our package and it was received. My daughter now a month later spent $40 to have good headphones has no headphones and no funds to replace with a different brand. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND EMPLOYEES THIEVES!!!! We have not received a response from skull candy as it's a holiday. We are extremely upset and will continue to spread the word regarding this company and their employees who are thieves. It's no wonder their disclaimer says "they are not responsible for lost packages" WHAT ABOUT PACKAGES YOUR EMPLOYEES STEAL!!!!!!!'
