Got my buggy headphones exchanged the very same day they went out. Super convenient and the guy was very friendly, even though I didn't buy anything. This company is pretty great.

Update: This continues to be the greatest company I've ever worked with from a customer standpoint. Focused on making sure that the people who buy their products stay happy. 10/10
