Watched a truly amazing performance of the Inheritance on Saturday 24th March. Both parts back to back. I have never sat through such a long performance of live theatre ever! (all 7 hours of it!) It was a fantastic performance by ALL of the actors. If I had a favourite is was Paul Hilton playing Morgan. Such a nice guy, who clearly lived in a different age than we do today. I was rather taken aback when he (Morgan) was humbled by the arrogant Toby. Toby clearly has no interest of how we got to where we are today. Thank you one and all, for reminding me of some of the struggles we had to endure and for reminding me of where we are today! The Company deserve to wins awards for this performance.

Twelfth night was incredible. Their no entry policy is unnecessarily harsh. I organised a theatre trip with the women in my family, when 3 of them had manged to buy drinks from the bar and got to the door at 7.31pm were told they weren't allowed in. I was inside and watched as staff gave their seats away in a lucky dip!! During the show my cousin went to the bathroom and was told she could return to her seat but staff changed their minds and she was sent to the gods for the second half of the play which was devastating as we rarely get time all together. Great play, terrible customer service.

'Tree' play was quite immersive with actors embedding themselves amongst guests a really interesting execution. Actors were very energetic + excellent sound and visual effects (kudos to props designers for coming up with using tennis nets to depict tree branches). Standing places though had limited view, as very bright projectors were right in your face, and it was a bit tiring to keep standing still after an hour (as there's no interval). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cool, buzzy theatre/bar with an ever-changing array of plays from classics to new writing hosted in the two black box spaces. Where this differs from other theatres, though, is the spacious, excellent bar, which can get crowded after hours, but dishes up the best spirits and high-quality gastro snacks. Fancy seeing a modern reworking of a Jacobean play while munching on wasabi peas? This is the place.

I love the buzz of this Theatre. I have never seen a disappointing production. So many standout productions - truly memorable. I enjoy eating here too. Good basic menu. The first floor terrace is great place to catch some rays, enjoy a nibble, giggle pre matinee in warmer times. Often come here before and after an Old Vic outing.

The main performance space is excellent, with really good sight lines from all the seats and a good balance between intimacy and capacity. The bar is always buzzing with lively people enjoying themselves. There are some nice restaurants More

The theatre itself and the convert play I went to watch was awesome but.....I had purchased the lucky dip tickets..beware things that are cheaper are not always great. It was not clear when purchasing that you would have to stand and wait for everyone else who had paid the higher fee to be seated before you got a seat and on arrival getting a seat wasn't a guarantee! We were told that IF there were seats left we would be seated but if not we would have to stand at the top and at the back of the theatre..can you imagine having to stand for an almost 3 hour play, like really!! Luckily we got seats great! But then at the first break people who were late arrived and we were in their seats! So we were told to stand and wait again to see if there were other free seats. This really should be stated more clearly when purchasing the lucky dip tickets. We were seated again luckily, but it really isn't a great system if you have been seated from beginning and people arrive late then even though that's their seats THEY should have been placed somewhere else and the terms should really be clearer for Lucky dip. Other than that the theatre is great and the production was wonderful.

the theatre building itself is lovely, nice design and has a good bar. seating in the auditorium is comfortable. however, i m a little disappointed as i arrived for a show just in time at 7.30 on the dot and was told no entry as it had already started. was allowed in 15 minutes later, to stand for 90 mins. (we were not informed we would be standing prior to entry). we were also told the late entry was due to health and safety but when a television actress arrived, after us, she was allowed in and told she would be shown to her seat right away. pretty blatant special treatment! thankfully this is the only negative experience i ve had of this theatre after many visits, so will only knock one star off.

although I have never actual been to the theatre there I have been to the 2 bars that they have. They have one bar on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor. They make great cockrails bit they do not sell carona. They do have a great out outside balcony which is great in the summer and great in the winter as it has outside heating "kind of" but of course you would still need a jacket.
