The theatre itself and the convert play I went to watch was awesome but.....I had purchased the lucky dip tickets..beware things that are cheaper are not always great. It was not clear when purchasing that you would have to stand and wait for everyone else who had paid the higher fee to be seated before you got a seat and on arrival getting a seat wasn't a guarantee! We were told that IF there were seats left we would be seated but if not we would have to stand at the top and at the back of the theatre..can you imagine having to stand for an almost 3 hour play, like really!! Luckily we got seats great! But then at the first break people who were late arrived and we were in their seats! So we were told to stand and wait again to see if there were other free seats. This really should be stated more clearly when purchasing the lucky dip tickets. We were seated again luckily, but it really isn't a great system if you have been seated from beginning and people arrive late then even though that's their seats THEY should have been placed somewhere else and the terms should really be clearer for Lucky dip. Other than that the theatre is great and the production was wonderful.
