the theatre building itself is lovely, nice design and has a good bar. seating in the auditorium is comfortable. however, i m a little disappointed as i arrived for a show just in time at 7.30 on the dot and was told no entry as it had already started. was allowed in 15 minutes later, to stand for 90 mins. (we were not informed we would be standing prior to entry). we were also told the late entry was due to health and safety but when a television actress arrived, after us, she was allowed in and told she would be shown to her seat right away. pretty blatant special treatment! thankfully this is the only negative experience i ve had of this theatre after many visits, so will only knock one star off.
