Generally, a great place but it is seriously under resourced with regard to toilet facilities for women. If you like a drink during a performance's interval then download the app to order in advance - it makes life easier when the entire audience all descend on the bar at the same time. The auditorium is comfortable but falls a little short of what I'd call "spacious". In the winter, I'd recommend lodging your coat in the supervised cloakroom, it costs only 50p, and it will help to make your use of the auditorium more comfortable. There is a reasonable choice of bars and restaurants in very close proximity to the theatre. 'Angel' is the closest underground station and the walk is about 10 minutes.

Nothing but good things to say about my trip with my daughter to see The Red Shoes. The sets and dancing were incredible. Easy to get to bar areas on each floor hepped in the interval too.

Went to see Pepperland which was a marvellous creation full of energy from brilliant choreography, colourful costumes, creative music based on Sgt Pepper and wonderful dancing. Highly recommended to lift the spirits.

We saw Toro in the Lilian baylis Studio. The performance was amazing and the venue was perfect. There's just the right number of seats so that all views are great. We sat in row F which was ideal to see the whole stage.

10 min walk from either Angel or Farringdon stations so very easy access from mainline stations. Excellent range of shows on, particularly contemporary dance. We saw Matthew Bourne's Cinderella which was absolutely brilliant. Foyer bar has a great selection of drinks and snacks available and very easy to order drinks for intervals. We sat in Stalls row Q and the view was excellent. Highly recommend a visit here.

Not the best of theatres in London. It's modern, which makes the set up of the whole complex easily accessible. The quality of seating is okay, the views of the stage are brilliant but chairs lack comfort. I couldnt slouch and sometimes felt as though my fat head was blocking the view from the person behind. Toilet breaks are a nightmare for ladies here, we were on the ground floor and the queue was ridiculous.. even for theatre standards. One woman even risked a visit to the men's toilets out of sheer desperacy. This would also lead to a sudden rush for the loos whenever an interval happened, and when the show ended. Even before the curtain was down at the finale, I was having to stand up awkwardly to let people out. Quite annoying.

Good: Views, pricing, location.
Bad: Toilets, bar staff

I attended Xuanzang's pilgrimage at Saddlers Wells. This was something different from the norm. I really enjoyed the show. The staff were pleasant. The venue has its own bus stop and therefore you don't need to drive there, unless you are either prepared to pay for the congestion charge and parking or you are able to navigate the boundary of the charging zone and find free parking after 6.30PM

The theatre is very well laid out and staffed. Despite sitting in the obstructed view seats we were able to see the entire stage. Seats were comfortable but slightly lacked legroom for a taller person.
