Twelfth night was incredible. Their no entry policy is unnecessarily harsh. I organised a theatre trip with the women in my family, when 3 of them had manged to buy drinks from the bar and got to the door at 7.31pm were told they weren't allowed in. I was inside and watched as staff gave their seats away in a lucky dip!! During the show my cousin went to the bathroom and was told she could return to her seat but staff changed their minds and she was sent to the gods for the second half of the play which was devastating as we rarely get time all together. Great play, terrible customer service.
