We went to clean the building and the people at the from desk were not very nice except one guy and hes and African American male. At night when we went to return the keys there was one person that is in the front desk of the building, and he wasnt nice and he didnt have any manners towards people and didnt have a good attitude(hispanic males, mid 20s) even tho it's a nice building the guy leaves a bad impression on it.
I used to love it...until the pipe breaks, flooding and construction noise... Wish the hoa would be progressive in addressing our concerns.
Excellent location right in the middle of everything, super friendly staff, nice amenities and it is very community oriented. It's quiet, clean, well managed and has nice amenities.

Great older community of people and some seasoned austinites live here that stick to the true Austin values. Nice gym amenities, pool, parking, spacious condos with great sound proofing.
Place to live. Forget the newer low quality apartment buildings. Lived there for a year and I have only gold memories.

An amazing place to live. The building is stunning, as are the views. And the location is perfect -- we've got all of downtown Austin at our doorstep, from restaurants and bars, to cinemas and concert venues, to the hike and bike trail and the weekly farmers market at Republic Square Park. I love that we can just go "downstairs" to enjoy dinner and drinks at Trifecta, Mulberry, or Garrido's or grab a quick bite from Thundercloud Subs or Royal Blue Grocery. It's also an easy walk to places like Whole Foods and the Austin Convention Center. We've got great neighbors and building staff, and 360 regularly hosts happy hours and other fun events. There's a lot to love about 360, and we're proud to call it home.
Great concierge, never wait for an elevator. Residents are super friendly so far. Parking can be an issue though, especially on weekends.
Very nice condominiums. It is well located for a walking distance around the city and it is close to two supermarkets. Also close to bus stops. They have a gym and pool, and other recreational areas. Great and friendly concierge staff. Safe. Lots of construction surrounding the building at the moment.
Great views from upper floors. Make a friend so you can visit.
Concierge was nice, has parking garage,stores on 1st floors nice. Downtown Austin.
