Great experience working with Young Subaru in Ogden. Todd was able to answer all my questions about the Subaru Crosstrek on the spot, he knew every spec and differences between each model. Highly recommended!

Young Subaru is awesome! We came in for an oil change and they got us right in. While waiting we looked at some cars we were interested in, and the staff was helpful, but not pushy! Gave lots of helpful info on what we were looking at. Definitely a great environment here at this dealership! We love working with any Young dealer!
Spoke with Cameron, who at first was very helpful, but then my experience turned into a stereotypical dealership negotiation. As soon as the #'s came into play I felt pressured and hard balled to sign a piece of paper with a price I didn't want, an APR that was not correct, and the mileage wasn't even from the correct car. Cameron, then brought in Paul who I was told to be the finance guy; turns out Paul was another sales guy, who tried to close me. After constantly asking to see an actual APR from a credit union, and getting no results, I gave up. I told them both that I am over the process and would like to go home and just sleep on it.
However, on my way out I spoke with Paul who made a big point to make sure that my experience was somewhat satisfactory and for that I thank him.
A few days pass and I was extremely close to purchasing the Subaru XT. All I asked was to be offered a rate I was offered at another dealership, $21,900, and see a legit APR. Cameron and Paul both told me that was ridiculous and it would not be possible to reach that goal, but they would try. I was told that $20,900 is something they can maybe get, but I would need to drive up for a wholesaler to look at my car... they already looked at my car once and at this point I was unmotivated to drive an hour north to visit. I told them I will try my best to make it up the following day.
It's Wednesday afternoon and I get a text from Cameron asking when he should expect me. I told him that I ended up going with Mark Miller, who gave me everything I wanted (Tony was extremely helpful there). Cameron's response was double edged, "congrats, I guess I should call the wholesaler and let him know that we won't be getting a BMW for $21,900. He stepped up."
Because of that text is why I am writing this review. If Young Subaru would of just been upfront I would of gone with them, but instead they tried to play the game with me. Overall it was a great learning experience on my end... I learned that buying a car is such a pain in the ass (depending on who you go with).
The sales team was great. My frustration occurred with the finance team. I went home with my car having signed papers and told that my financing went through. Only to get a phone call 30 days later to let me know it had not and I needed a cosigner. Had I known this on the day i purchased and took my car home!!! I would not have taken the car. In the meantime I sold my old car and was sort of forced to keep the car. I scraped together every penny I had in saving, which was intended for Covid emergencies, and borrowed the remainder from my parents. This was a huge mistake on Young Subaru's part and has put me in financial stress. A total night mare. Ill go to a different dealership next time. And I will not refer Young Subaru to anyone.
Best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked with me and made the numbers happen. Lee was fantastic and really took care of us. It really was pretty painless.
For me, the car buying process has always been this obnoxious battle of wits where I consistently find myself locked in a room with some douche trying to squeeze every penny they can get out of me. Even if I buy a car I typically leave so pissed off that I have vivid fantasies of spartan kicking my salesman into a black pit. Nothing could have been farther from the case dealing with Greg Barber and Young Subaru. I came in armed to the teeth with months of research. I new exactly what car I wanted and exactly how much I should be paying, and I was just waiting for someone to try the old "these aren't the droids you're looking for," jedi mind trick so I could promptly force choke them through a window. That in mind, I was dumbfounded when Greg's first offer was actually a really good deal. At no point in time was I uncomfortable or did I feel like I was being forced into some terrible deal. Greg was a gentleman and a scholar. A salesman of the people. Just a nice and honest guy. Thank you for making something that is usually terrible an excellent experience.
I was not really sure if I was ready to trade in my car, but Angelo was really helpful and he helped me pick out a car that fit my needs. If anyone needs to buy a car or trade in there car, I highly recommend Angelo for the job. It also helps that he is fine as hell!
I have one word for the used car salesmen that helped us: slimey! They were shady and purposefully used car jargon to try to manipulate and confuse us. They were greasy and not transparent AT ALL. We still ended up buying a car there, and when i got home, i googled the vin number and found an ad for it $2000 cheaper than what they sold it to us for! So my husband took the ad to show them cause usually when you see this happen, the business honors the ad. They treated my husband very poorly! Told him "too bad" "there's nothing we can do", "not our fault," etc. They were very rude to him and again tried to feed him full of nonsense, confusing jargon, then rushed him out the door! Ive never felt so "duped" in all my life! I went back the next day and talked to the GM of the place. He made things right, and got the right price. But im afraid it was too little to late. I will NEVER go to young subaru to buy a car after this! And i will NOT recommend these guys to anyone. The best car buying experience i had was at Ken Garff when i bought my truck.
I needed to get a recall repair done to my Subaru, and Young Subaru was the closest dealer for me to have the repair done. They were very friendly, courteous, got my car in and out in a timely manner. They let us use a 2020 Outback as a loaner car for a few hours (which was awesome). Overall the experience was great. There was one thing though. As we were leaving the dealer, we went through an intersection and heard something come flying off of the roof of our car. We pulled over, and I went into the intersection when traffic was sparse, and saw a piece of my dash assembly in the road. I am guessing that whoever worked on the car placed the piece on the roof while working on my car and forgot it was there. Its a little scratched, but nothing to really complain about. I believe in giving fair and honest feedback, and even with that small oversight I would still give Young Subaru a 5 star rating. Thanks guys!
Young Subaru is awesome! Travis and Jonah in sales are great to work with. And Preston in service has taken great care of me. I would highly recommend all of them!
I took my recently purchased van (From Young Kia in Layton) to see the sister company, because I didn't trust Layton, to see why my check engine light was on, why my change oil light came on (when supposedly they do this when EVERY vehicle is traded in) and why my barely 3 month owned van now won't reverse! They kept my van for 2 days and came back and said I need a new transmission! I've discovered my transmission fluid has been leaking all under my van!
I don't have any "delight" to share about these folks. Starts with when we bought our car in 2016 and they tried to charge us for add-on services they performed on the car before we had test driven it - which services we did not want. That was an uncomfortable issue we had to work through (I almost walked out). Very average service experiences over the last few years and we have also found they charge more for their services generally than other Subaru dealers. Then today my wife went to get an alignment that their service department said would be free as we got one when we purchased the car to use. I explained that we were coming up to our three year anniversary and they said no problem if we go over, they would take care of it. So here we are, eight days beyond the purchase date and they refused to do it, blaming Subaru. We could have gotten the car in earlier had someone told us correct information. They refuse to take responsibility for it - and don't care. It's not about the $90 as I'll happily go pay Les Schwab to take care of it - and be treated well in the process. It's just that these people don't take responsibility and only care about your money. Hey Young, we may have to drive a little further, but you aren't the only game around and I won't be back if at all possible.
Great place to do business at. I purchase vehicles on a regular basis and this was the first time I worked with Young Subaru. They didn't haggle me and I was able to get a great deal on a great vehicle.
Just got my 3rd car from these guys! They re always amazing and friendly and take my needs into consideration. Never once have I felt like these guys are pushy but they actually sit down with me and help me draw up a plan to make it happen. Huge thanks to Lance who just got me into my dream car and Bradly who I ve dealt with 3 times now for always making sure I get the best rate! I only ever come here
We went there to find a family car as we have a new baby. Michal kappos greeted us right away and was very friendly. He walked around the whole lot. I have a lot of questions and he answered all of them and didn't make us feel rushed. I had a hard time deciding and he was very patient I will always buy from him in the future
My son bought a car from Garrett Quinney when he was at Kia, and we will not shop with anyone else. I will absolutely buy my next car with him at Subaru! Great experience!
I went to Young looking for a Subaru Impreza. I was being pretty particular with what I wanted. They showed me what they had on the lot and they did not have anything I wanted. They asked for my contact information so they could contact me if they got something I would like. Three months after my visit, I got a call from them with a car that I would have been interested in if I had not bought an Impreza a few weeks earlier. They didn't try to sell me cars I didn't want or spam me with calls 'checking up' on me. I appreciated that they listened! Thank you. Would shop there again.
Team was very positive, courteous, and professional. It was frustrating that I set up an appointment for an oil change, and the wait was still one hour long which was about the same estimate as they gave without an appointment.
Lance was very helpful and cooperative in my first car buying experience. He explained everything clearly and truly did the best that he could for me. It was a great experience.
I was looking to trade in a leased vehicle and came to Young Subaru hoping to find a car for my family of 4. They had great incentives for trading in our leased vehicle and we ended up driving home with a 2017 Subaru Legacy. It has been so much fun to drive and my wife and I love knowing that our family will be safe in any weather.
We visited four Subaru dealers. We felt Young Subaru did the best job at presenting the car we were interested in and showing the different features. But they were by far the most pushy about getting us to make a deal then and there, even after we repeatedly said we weren't ready to make the decision, and they were the most vague about their prices and fees. From what we did get out of them it appeared that their fees were higher than anyone else's. Overall, we weren't fans.
Questionable dealership at best. While I admit having purchased a number of cars over the years that your experience with a dealership is in many cases dependent on the sales rep. in this case Young exhibits a culture of poor sales process and pushiness.
The first time I went to this dealership I left annoyed as the sales reps. while initially were courteous and helpful upon learning that they did not have any vehicles on their lot that fit my interest they became pushy and would not let me leave despite their inventory not having anything I wanted and or was interested in.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time down the road, this time to look at a new 2018 crosstrek. The sales rep. wasn't bad, but was overly concerned with trivial selling me on the subaru brand unnecessarily.
My primary issue with this dealership is
1. They did not return my license and it is now lost and I have to replace it. Which is a huge hassle since I just test drove a car. In the future I will make the sales reps. take me to the copier and watch my license get copied and then make sure it is returned to me.
2. The sales rep. explained they do a shadowmark anti theft system on the cars and when asked if that was something that they charged for he stated they did not. Yet when talking numbers later they added it to the total as a $299 charge.
3. They add accessories without consent. $1000 of accessories. They added a clear bra, shadow mark, and a tire warranty totaling $1000 without asking me, getting my buy in or approval. This is ethically questionable. And when told I don't want those and won't pay for those extras. They stated well they are already done to the car so you have to. Yep nope I don't, I can go somewhere else a dealership that doesn't do this. You want to sell accessories ask and have the customer say yes and then add them, don't just add them and pass on the charges.
4. This dealership lowballs trade in values to a point that is insulting. They offered the poor condition trade value on my vehicle which is excellent condition. To further support this I went to another dealership an hour after and with zero effort no haggling that other dealer offered $1500 more on trade with their first offer then Young did further proving that they offer the lowest trade amount possible.
5. When I made it clear I would not purchase a car from them with the accessories that I didn't agree to and the low trade offer, the sales manager become a bit of a prick, and got an attitude, instead of saying well unfortunately that is the best we can do and letting me walk away, or providing a counter offer and dealing, he simply kept pushing the accessories and low trade value and tried to make up for it with the payment by extending terms for a lower payment despite me making it clear the accessories and trade offer were hard no's from me.
It wasn't until I stated no six times that he finally tried doing a counter numbers offer with a higher trade offer and taking off the cost of the accessories and by then I was done as I could tell this sales team does not care about the customer. They only care about the sale of a car and once the sale is done they will not care about me or the car I purchased.
If you want a Subaru, drive to salt lake it's worth the drive. This dealership is bad. with pushy sales reps., and poor business practices, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them at all or trust this dealership.
On a side note the crosstrek was a great driving car and I will probably get one from another dealer down the road.
River was a very helpful and thoughtful salesperson. Additionally, he and all other employees took many sanitary precautions which was much appreciated.
Just went and got approved for a 2019 Dodge Journey with Uri! Excellent service and thorough explanations throughout the entire transaction. Highly Recommend seeing Uri at Young Suburu!
There is only maybe one or two the salesman that aren't pushy and rude. I got screwed on the car that I bought and have had nothing but problems since I bought it. The problems were not fixed entirely and I had it more in shops in the first year that I bought the POS then I was able to drive it. There are better dealerships out there with better cars for better prices and with a better service department.
Nathan Kester was the service agent I worked with when I turned my Subaru over to him for diagnosis and repair. I already assumed the worst and expected to hear: "$5K in repair" or "We recommend you trade this dead car and we'll give you a good deal" etc. Instead, Nathan was very transparent, their diagnosis & repair was very fair. The initial findings were "dead computer, but we still have a few other options to check & make sure it's not the computer, because that will be an expensive repair." The estimated cost was what I feared, so I braced myself and waited for them to confirm the bad news. Instead, Nathan's team took the extra time to determine the true root cause, and it was not the computer - cost was much less. The point being, they were honest and thorough. Nathan was not interested in showing me how much he knew about cars, instead he explained to me everything they found in basic terms and gave me a few options.
This is how customer loyalty is earned. Guaranteed I'll be back.
Went to Young Subaru and met Todd, who was outstanding throughout the entire car shopping process-- even when we didn't find anything we liked the first day. However, just because we initially left empty-handed, doesn't mean Todd stopped looking! He called us as soon as he saw the perfect vehicle for us with everything we were looking for. I would highly recommend him, as he was welcoming, attentive, and communicative. Thanks Todd!!!
Just upgraded my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek to the 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. I couldn t be happier with my experience. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. Hiram was a genius at helping me get exactly what I wanted. Austin and Kelly in Finance made the process easy and quick. I love my new ride and will definitely return here for business in the future.
Horrible experience. This is the second time I've stopped in to see their used inventory in the last 3 years - same story.
I went in on a Friday to test drive a used car I was interested in. It hadn't gone through their 'thorough' inspection yet, but we were assured it had a clean title and only needed minor repairs. They quoted us for 10k on the spot and the sales guy kept asking us if we would take it that day the price. We declined because we wanted it to go through their shop and get an idea of what needed to be done. That Monday I was contacted by their sales team to reassure me that it would be done by Friday and they'd let me know if they had any updates. I waited patiently with no communication until Friday where I asked how the car was doing.
They messaged me and said the car was ready and I could come see it as soon as possible. Upon arrival I walked in, found the sales guy that was previously helping us the week before and he looked surprised that we were there. He said he hadn't heard any updates on the car and was surprised that they contacted me. He spoke with his manager to find that the car we were looking at had a rebuilt title and was wholesaled earlier that week without anyone knowing. His manager wasn't even willing to come out and speak with us about the issue.
Fast forward about two hours later, I get a voicemail from their customer service department asking if I was still coming in for my appointment that day to see the car.
The communication between departments at Young Subaru is beyond awful. My previous experience there was a very similar story, and I thought it was a one-off. Unfortunately, for them, it wasn't. I will never do business with Young Subaru and I hope this review will make you think twice about going there as well.
I would definitely recommend Mario Garcia to everyone, his product knowledge is very good. He really knows what he is doing, and will get you into the right car!
I ve used the Young s in the past and unfortunately didn t have the best experience. I recently went into young Subaru and was helped by Quin. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into my new car. Made me feel comfortable signing my life away. Will forever use young Subaru so long as he s around. Thanks!
Mario is the most excellent car salesman ever and is genuinely an outstanding person. I would recommend asking for Mario at Young Subaru because he is very passionate and knowledgeable at what he does. He s always mindful of his customers and truly cares to help.
My wife and I went in to buy a car to replace one of our older ones. Devin Gardner went above and beyond what was expected. Devin was not like your typical car salesman, he made us feel like we were one of his close friends and got us into a great car at a price we could afford. He was very informative and made our car buying experience a breeze. We will be going back to here to buy all of our cars in the future.
Purchasing 2020 Subaru was straightforward and no pressure was applied. My salesman, River, was amazingly patient. I was indecisive about what features I wanted and, upon the purchase of my car, I needed a little hand holding to get familiar with the screens and controls. River never made me feel like I was difficult and he was very conscientious in dealing with whatever questions came up. I have also been helped by Kim in the Service department. If these two contacts are any indication, customer care and service are very good at this dealership.
This place got some pretty cool Subaru they keep the rotation up very good every year it seems like they get some new stuff but hey I'm a broke guy and like to window shopevery once in awhile. Really wish that they give me a free Subaru or like the year before model half off. But I'm a dreamer and I'll keep driving by pressing my face against glass and wishing I had one of those new Subarus
Look for Kat if you are at Young Subaru. She is the only one I trust and would recommend to friends and family. Kat is a great salesperson. She goes above and beyond in her service. She is attentive, listen to what we need, allow us to have the time to think about our option and most of all she respected our choices. She will deliver what she promise.
The finance person in the dealership is very pushy. They will promise you the x amount for a trade in to get you buy a vehicle on the spot but they will not be able to deliver the amount that they promise. We felt that our needs are not taken into consideration by the finance team. We wanted to have a comparison of finance between 2 vehicle but they did not allow us to. It is something we need to be able to see what we can afford. To avoid complication, i would suggest getting some quote on finances before you go. Then you would be able to compare finances and if you have one that you are okay with, you can avoid dealing with the finance department.
Before we left, we were stopped a the front door and were put in a situation that I think no customer should ever be put it and we do not appreciate to be put into that situation. We ended up getting our own finances sorted and going back to Young Subaru and purchase a vehicle was all due to the service that Kat provided us.
Lance was awesome. He answered all my questions, and he was able to work with me to get the car I wanted within my budget. His patience and friendliness made buying a car here a great experience!
These guys were FANTASTIC!!!! We asked a billion and a half questions and did tons of research and they answered all of them, knocked down the price of our car by $1000 from the sticker price, and were very accommodating and hospitable. They did what they could to work with us. Cons: They did take their dear sweet time with getting information back and forth, so there were a few hours spent playing the waiting game, resulting in us having to come back to the dealerships more than we planned. We also told them we were waiting until the end of the month and they kind of brought us into the process without us realizing it. BUT!!! We got the car we wanted for a decent price, and know that Subaru has got our backs! They're built to last, they have a phenomenal reputation, and I fully intend to drive this Outback into the ground!!!!
Amazing dealership, amazing staff in sales, service , parts and finance. Purchased 3 cars here 2 new and one nearly new ..... will get my next car here too.
I was a first time car buyer and Andy with Young Subaru made it easier than I expected. Apart from loving the car I got, I really enjoyed the buying experience. I recommend this dealership.
Lance McNamara was very knowledgable of cars and because of his knowledge I was able to make an informed decision on which vehicle was best for my family. I wouldn't want to buy a vehicle with anyone else! Thank you Lance!
Very young Subaru gave me excellent service they have been dependable for me and serving and keeping my car running great thanks Young service for Subarus
This place is a joke!!! I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. Went in to look at a car and was greeted by Tanner. Went through the process of being approved which took a few days after them making us wait for hours at the dealership with our two toddlers the first day and the last day before finalizing. During the 3 days it took to supposedly find a finance company they did not communicate with me at all even after telling them to contact me not my girlfriend...They kept contacting her. Paperwork finalized and we get all our stuff in our new WRX. Car seats and kids loaded up ready to go. Used car manager Ryan comes up and tells us we can not take it yet because it has not been ran through the shop.... why would you even have the car on the lot if it hadn't been inspected? When we test drove the car it had a malfunction with the key fob where the car would lock and shut itself off even if you was inside with the key fob, that was supposed to get fix. After about a week we finally get to pick it up. Car still does the same thing. According to Tanner and Ryan the car has a aftermarket Turbo Timer causing it and they wont fix it. A month and a half later turns out it was an aftermarket alarm system that was not detecting the fob. The whole process in purchasing this vehicle has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! My gf and I are both on the title but for some reason they messed up and put her as the primary so every time I call or go in I give the last 6 of the vin and my name (since its my car) and whoever I am talking to is confused because Young Subaru decided to put her name first. No one follows up with you or keeps you in the loop of whats going on. I had to call or physically go in to get an update. One of the times I called apparently Ryan,Tanner and Travis were all to busy. Do not buy from this dealership. Go to any other Subaru dealer!
Austin G. was hands down the best salesman we have ever worked with. The purchase process was very streamlined, the used car we bought was in great shape, and the financing options were fantastic. The financing professional we worked with helped us get set up with the lowest rate we could get with minimal work on our part. I'd definitely go see Austin again if I needed to purchase a vehicle.
We came by last week week and had great customer service. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find a car for us, but we are hopeful that we will in the future. Ryan helped us and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks for the great experience!
Our experience at Young Subaru was rather awful. We had called and talked to someone before hand to make sure that they would have something in our price range, and we were very upfront with our situation. When we walked in we gave specifics to our situation and said this is exactly the price range we are looking for. We were told "sure we have a few cars that will fit that payment with your situation lets show them to you, with your car being X make and X model its going to be easy to try to find a solution because we are looking to fill up this lot beside us with cars college students want." We expressed concern about the paper work and they kept telling us "the paperwork is the easy part!" It wasn't the easy part. They had a difficult time getting our information into the computer, deciding who's credit should be ran, ect. They ended up putting a ding in my credit score by unnecessarily pulling up my credit information. We kept asking what the trade in value on our car was and they said "the kelley blue book is $X but our guys will look at it and give you the most for your money!" We expressed that we knew the kelley blue book value before we ever walked into the door and were told they would give us a better deal. 2 hours later they hadn't even looked at our car as far as a trade in, we had even given them the keys when we went for test drives so that the process would be fast. 3 hours into the ordeal we had decided on a car and kept being asked "would we drive it off the lot today." I kept thinking, "did they not listen to a thing we said?" At this point we had met with 3 different sales people, all of them who said the same scripted lines of "we will have our guys look at your trade in." "the paperwork is the easy part." "your car will be an easy trade in because its a good college car!" They finally come out with a quote, that was over $200 above our budget. We said "no, we were very specific." The sales guy's demeanor was quite insulting. He even tried to play my husband and I against each other. "your wife wants this car and she said...." My husband looks at me and asks if it was true, I said that I had answered a completely different question with those words. The sales guy went to do more "numbers" 4 hours into the ordeal the sales guy comes back, sits on my foot, doesn't apologize like I should have moved for him to sit beside me and says "okay I can give you this deal that was $150 still over budget. With your income....." We asked why there was no APR on the paper and why our trade in value hadn't changed. They said "we can have our guys look at your car and..." my husband interrupts them at this point and was very politely forward that we had given all the information, had waited several hours with a 2 year old, had been given the run around and nothing had moved forward. This is when their whole song and dance changed. He then tells us that we could only get the car for that price, if someone else completely signed for it and our name was not on the loan. This took us by shock, why would that even be an option? It was insulting and degrading to us. We waited for over 5 hours to be told our situation that we were very upfront about before driving from Provo to Ogden was unexpected and they needed a 3rd party to sign on a loan for us, and "in 3 years of full payments you TRY to refinance and get yourselves on the loan instead." Our situation is not THAT terrible, we just were unwilling to let them bully us into a loan under the pretense that it was going to be "a better situation because your paying over $200 more for a newer car that is a Subaru." Overall it was a horrible experience, I will never be walking into a Young dealership again. For 3 generations my family has purchased cars from the same dealership in Ohio, I was hoping to find a place in Utah that I felt the same about. Young dealerships will not be that place.
I LOVE YOUNG SUBARU! I was helped by Quinn & River. These guys ROCKED! Not only did they find me discounts. They gave me the best price first! Amazing people! This dealership is honest, trustworthy, and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I was car shopping with my 1 year old and they brought me FREE treats, helped me with the car seat when test driving... & more! I have bought 3 Subaru s in my life and this experience was by far the best! I would give them more starts if I could! Needless to say I m soooo happy with my purchase and experience! Thanks Quinn and River!
Especially Taylor Austin who would be willing to get you a nice pre owned car. They have such helpful advice and are willing to do anything for their customers.
Went with my mom to get her oil changed. Brennan and Howard did quick, great work. The lobby is also very nice and has comfy couches, free wi-fi, an excellent espresso/coffee machine, and snacks. Great experience!
Our experience at young Subaru has been outstanding. Our agent, Angelo, has been the best salesman we have ever had. He has been extremely kind and helpful. He has gone the extra mile for us. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend going to Angelo!
Was treated like a third class citizen took my car to get safety and emissions done the guy in the shop said no appointments everything was full then I called 5 min later and the person on the line scheduled an appointment for an hour later then proceeded to wait 2 and a half hours while watching them get every customer taken care of when I got there way before they did I will not be back
Was really satisfied. They worked with me to get the monthly payments I wanted and could afford. Gary Was really nice and was willing to show me the car I was looking for and better.
Everyone was so friendly. Didn't feel pressured to do anything. All my questions were answered. Bradlee and Jeff were amazing to work with. Super stoked on my Outback purchase. The whole team worked to make what I wanted happen!
They are fast on selling you the car, but when it comes to fixing it within warranty or paying cash. Expect to wait months. And best part is they didn't fix it right!! For more than half the problems. I would buy my subie somewhere else!! *Update* come here again because they screwed up again took them 5 months to fix a window that should have only taken 1 day. 90% of the time was reminding to actually order the part which ever time I called they said they ordered checked a week later everytime and they had no idea about what I was talking about. Gave a bad review on their visit review. "The Rick Gerber" called not to fix the problem but to complain that I had given a bad review that made him look bad. I told him what happened he was still only concerned about the bad review. After he realised that I wasn't going to change my review unless they actually worked for it. He just told me that maybe I should just find a new dealership to service me.. so I did. At the new dealership they were extremely nice, didn't have to make apt. They returned my car within an hour or 2 not 10 hours for something small like young subaru. And they try to help me find out what's wrong with my car before they try to charge me for stuff I wasn't even warn I was getting charged for.
Worst dealer in 20 years. If I could give zero stars I would. Probaly a result of bad management. Please ignore some of the better reviews as I would avoid this dealership. I am a broker and work with dealers all the time.
Young Subaru in Ogden UT put my starting wheel on crooked and wouldn't fix it when I drove back the same day. Lisa the service manager told be they didn't mess it up and called me a liar, so I just remove the airbag and fixed it my self but here's a picture of the black lines before and after I fixed my steering wheel myself after paying them over $800. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life.
Lisa should go flip burgers if she wants to be rude to her customers and call them liars.

Car salesman didn't pressure us when we were looking. He was very knowledgeable about Subaru cars. He was nice and wasn't a typical crazy car salesman. He called himself bearded Ryan. I suggest asking for him if you go there.
If you are looking to find the right car that fills your needs and budget. I recommend dealing with Quin at Young Subaru. He is very knowledgable and helpful. He helped me get into a 2017 forester which i love, and its a great car! Thanks Quin!!
Kindred is one of the best guys I know, and should be treated as a valuable asset to this company!! Great attitude, genuine demeanor, and a reasonable salesman.
