I brought my car in today to get registration and emissions done. Parker was really helpful, and got me in the system for future visits. They were fast, and didn't go over the time frame they gave me. They even did some complementary checks and such on the car. Great staff, and good service, would definitely come again.

Buying a car can suck sometimes. But if you want a FANTASTIC experience, go to young Subaru in Ogden. And ask for Braydon. He s a 12/10 salesman. He is very good at answering questions and keeping you out of the dark while you are buying a car. Buying a car is V. scary, but Braydon made it very fun and easy!!

From the moment I walked in the door... My experience was amazing!! The receptionist was very welcoming and immediately put me in contact with a great salesman... I'm pretty sure I got the best one there!! Hiram was so great!! He took his time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed while I was looking and never felt any "salesy" pressure!! He was genuine, made everything so easy, and his great sense of humor made the experience fun (which is not always something I have experienced with car shopping). He took the time to be sure I was comfortable with the functions of the vehicle before letting me drive away in my fabulous new Crosstrek Sport! Worst experience I have ever had in working with a car dealership. I have bought and sold many vehicles in my personal and professional life. I recently sold them a 2015 vehicle that I no longer needed. I came in on a Saturday with the title and "sold" the vehicle to them. A week later and multiple phone calls from me and I have yet to receive a check for my vehicle. I've been told more than once that they will FedEx the check but still nothing. They are pleasant on the phone and in person but not able to complete the most basic of functions.

I recently bought a car from Young Subaru Ogden. I knew what I wanted. When I got there they didn't argue with me or try to change my mind. The car I got was used but that didn't matter. They gave me great service. Ryan Lany was the salesman that helped me. He is fantastic. Love this place and will go back if I ever decied I need a new car.

Garrett Allred went above and beyond to make sure to answer all my questions. He made the experience of buying a car easy. Will definitely be buying again and recommending Garrett to family and friends!

Daughter had minor damage to vehicle, less than $1,500 dollars in materials and labor. This dealership has kept her vehicle for 3 weeks stating they are waiting on a rim to be shipped from the east coast. Yet they do not have a tracking number or had not followed up on the shipment until I called. Now, it will be another week before they even have the vehicle available for a test drive. SAD, SAD, SERVICE. We will not be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience with Clayton Sunley. I was in the market for a STi, and he was incredibly knowledgable about all of the characteristics in terms of mechanical, the way it feels, and proper care and recommendations. I will be seeing him again in two years when my brother decides to get one as well. Kudos to Clayton and kudos to Young Subaru for having a professional and knowledgable salesman on staff.

I just bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited

So, let me brag for a minute! Tyson, the general manager tasked his team to make my buying experience exceptional. Being a sales director with several years in the sales industry, I can be over critical, but they did it, they wowed me.

Here is how:

When the deal started, there was the typical back and forth on the payments and price, but it was never a hard sale experience. My assigned sales guy Nathan was polite and built rapport. One of the managers, Brandon was very polite while appraising my truck, on the appraisal drive. The other manager (don't remember his name but he had braces) was polite and courteous as well.

Once I knew what I wanted for sure, we moved on to financing with Paul:

Paul, Oh man Paul, (the finance guy) he really made me feel like he was working for my best interest. This guy has to be one of the most genuine finance guys ever. Either he is the best sales guy that I have ever met, or he really cares. I'd be willing to bet that he cares, because he never tried to push me, or get me to go with anything along the way that I wasn't comfortable with.

When first coming to Young Subaru, I had reservations because of a couple of other bad sales experiences with other car companies in this area; but these guys got me where I wanted to be on price, offered me a great warranty at a great price, detailed my car, and even let me take the car home over night to consider the idea of the purchase.

Now I know sales guys, and car sales, and some of the things that these guys did for me were part of the "sales process" but I never felt sold to! It was consultative, and informative the entire time. I liked all of the guys involved, and would exclusively refer my friends and family to Young Subaru in the future. I will never go anywhere else for service or sales of my vehicles.

Very friendly polite knows and answered all my questions

This review is in the middle as we have had good interactions with some employees and some really bad. My Stepson bought a Jeep from Young and in 2 weeks the engine seized. Upon originally calling and talking with Nathan(service mgr) it was a to bad you have to pay full price for a new engine. I believe in you get the right answers from the right people and finally got a hold of the Vice President of Young Automotive. He was supportive in taking care of us. We came to an agreement that was helpful to both parties. The down side is that Nathan during the process lied to us numerous times. Made promises and didn't follow through. It came to the point that I felt that he needed discipline. I would not work with him in the future. However Pete and Cary (mgrs) were very receptive to talking and following through with agreed upon issues. As with most car dealerships we as customers need to be confident that we have rights. Thanks Young Subaru for what you did.

Went to Subaru for a Check engine light got a video from Skyler showing me an inspection of my car. Great service definitely going to go back !!

Charles was awesome, he was very nice and straightforward not condescending and showed me everything I wanted to see. Cameron the sales manager was awesome they bent over backwards to get us a push button start in out budget with only needing 500 down. Listened to every need and want. Michal was awesome he explained things really well and he explained starlink really well.

Lance and Bradly went above and beyond to get us into a car that was perfect for us and in the budget we needed to be in. 10/10 recommended

Well I didn't purchase a vehicle from these guys I am actually another cell car salesman had to stop by to pick up my salesman that was only a block away from me but we lost communication. The moment I walked into the door I was greeted I was asked if I needed to be helped and I let him know what was going on they allowed me to charge my phone offer me refreshment they treated me like I was family there. So I know if you go to this dealership and you purchase a vehicle you will be treated like you are family.

Just purchased a 2015 Legacy from Young Subaru on 7/28/14. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I didn't get the runaround, and I didn't get the typical scenario where the salesperson goes back and forth to the manager's office to talk details on the pricing. They were straightforward with me, which is rare! I also wasn't trapped in the dealership for 8 hours trying to get all of the paperwork resolved.

I worked with a couple of salespeople. Ryan and Bradlee. They were incredibly helpful, and I never felt pressure from them to buy something I didn't want, or upgrade something that wasn't necessary. Tyson was the manager I spoke to and, again, was a pleasure to work with.

I fully recommend them if you're looking for a new car! It's worth the drive to Ogden if you don't live nearby, just to work with their team.

The salesman will fight like cats over commission, dampened the whole experience. And the staff not really knowing their own product line will detract from the really nice cars.

On Saturday September 19, 2020 I called and talked to Paul Smith at Young Subaru about wanting to find a Toyota Camry that was used and within an hour he called me back indicating that he was able to locate one for me to come take a look at. He found me a 2012 Toyota Camry LE and I went looked at it and it was what I was looking for. Paul was professional, courteous and very helpful in servicing my needs. First I have purchase two other Subaru's, Loved them both. Spent 8 months doing research on what I wanted in my next vehicle. Drove different models and was down to two.( not subaru) last stop went to drive two subaru's that I saw online last Friday evening, ps i did not buy either one. I have got to tell you that Todd Evertsen was the absolute best! Because I was able to be there early for my appointment with someone else, they asked Todd to help me. Our plan was to buy a car by the end of September. So when we went in on the second of September, we weren't expecting to drive a car off the lot two days later. We told them repeatedly that we wanted to wait to get all our ducks in a row so to speak. But before we knew it they were starting our paper work. Friendly group of people don't get me wrong. But I didn't like being pushed. BUT we were extremely pleased with our purchase! Kenzy is awesome! I would recommend her!

I went in there about 10 in the morning to find a car. Now I am very picky of a person to buy a car. One of salesman came up and I explained what I was looking for. After going to all the other dealerships I finally found a older subaru in the back lot of the subaru dealership. I filed the paperwork and waited for approval. The salesman came back and told me I was not approved due to my credit being too low. After talking with the salesman he said he can work something out and found me a newer car for a little less as well. After waiting a little bit they had worked out the details and I had gotten approved for a newer 2010 car. With the salesman lance sticking by me the entire way I dont know if I would have left with the car. I would recommend Young Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I know I will be shopping here for future years to come.

I had a really wonderful experience at Young Subaru yesterday. Lee Jordan helped me find the used Subaru Forester I wanted, and was very informative and funny during the test drive. He was also very understanding during the negotiating process, and helped me get to a price I felt comfortable with. The sales manager, Bradlee Simmons, was great and accommodating as well. I also appreciated the promotions they had going on- I took advantage of the financing offer and the gas promotion. The whole process took about 4.5 hours, so make sure you set aside some time. Overall, a great experience, and I am very happy with my new (used) car!!! Highly recommend.

Jeff and Nathan were both very helpful and very patient. They took into consideration what we wanted in a vehicle and what our price range was and they both tried hard to find us something we would love. We had to go back a few times due to personal time constraints and they greeted us warmly each time we returned and we picked up right where we left off from the last visit, remembering everything and taking into consideration everything that happened in the previous visits. Will A. in the service dept was helpful, curious, and conscientious when dealing with my airbag replacement. He stepped forward after I was frustrated with a miscommunicated appt and gave great customer service. He gave me the desire to return to Young for my Subaru's needs. The only reason I didn't give five stars is due to two poor experiences with the girls who schedule the service appointments -- the scheduling of the whole thing was the hardest part of my visit (ideally it would have been the easiest).
