Firstly, our salesman Alex Weeks was fantastic. He was not pushy, honest to fault about what was good and bad, and took the time to listen so I got the car that I needed, not just the car that would have gotten him the biggest commission. If you go in, ask for Alex and tell him I sent you. This will get you a good deal on the BEST brand of family, pet, and adventure friendly vehicles.

Secondly, the team lead the night I was in there was incredibly rude. He attacked my character personally to get me to settle for what I did not want. He was using hard ball fast sales tactics that were very obvious to push a sale. If you experience this, just say no and walk away. You dont deserve to be pushed around like that! I only came back because of Alex, not even the fair price that the actual $ manager got me.

As a Subaru dealership in general, and with how the other gentleman treated us, I would give it 2 stars. At best. Mark Miller midtown beats them easily. No haggling there. But the experience I had there with Alex and the awesome accounting staff made it worth getting the car I wanted. 5 stars there. I gave it 4 as an overall experience to round up and be generous to the brand I love driving and fixing
