I bought my car from River, who took his time to work with me & make sure I stayed within my budget. He answered all of my questions & made the buying process super easy! After I took the car home, I noticed the car making a noise. I sent a message to River, he had me bring it in & had his service department look at it. I saw on their website some coupons for a free 5 point inspection and discount on oil change. I just bought an old but cheap legacy and wanted to know what the check engine light codes were. I printed it out the discounts from the website and took it in and they said they've never seen anyone bring it in before but we're every happy to look over my car.
They read the codes and looked over the car/engine, topped off the fluids, and changed the oil for free. Since the car is in such bad shape, I mentioned wanting to lease a cheap used one, and sales manager Nate offered to trade my car as down payment on a lease. (It's worth much less than what a minimum down payment would cost)
Highly recommend the vibe here was very energetic and the mechanics seemed like they were very passionate about their work and honest in their advice
River is the best car sales man! He sold my boyfriend a car, and when i started looking to buy, he told me i just had to buy from River. River is very attentive, quick and knowledgeable. He called me often after i got my car to make sure everything was ok. He doesn't pressure you to buy a car. He will help you find your perfect car. He will get you the best deal everytime! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! These guys are awesome.

James was very helpful in finding me a car in my price range and answering my many questions. *edit* After less than 3 months of driving the vehicle there were quite a few issues with it that should have been addressed prior to the purchase. My alignment was off because of a tire issue, and they informed me that I needed a brake flush, ignition cleaning service, and a couple of other things. They expected me to pay for these services even though I had just bought the car and I explained that all of these should've been taken care of before I drove it off of the lot. My finance guy and the service manager talked about it and they ended up fixing the issues for free, but what a hassle. I did take one star off because of this, especially because I asked repeatedly before signing paperwork for them to look at it and my salesman refused.
Preston Smith was the absolute best and made my visit smooth and effortless! He definitely knows everything there is to know about cars so I was grateful to have such an awesome guy working with me. I definitely will be back again!
After owning several cars over the years, I bought a Subaru Impreza sport hatchback from Travis Frye at Young Subaru. He made the process easy and I left with my new-to-me car feeling like I got a good deal.
Updating review after my family has purchased 7 vehicles from young the latest one me and my wife tried to buy has turned into a complete nightmare we went in on November 16th ordered a forester that had everything we wanted. The salesman ordered the wrong one with nothing we asked for. So we had to go in a second time to order the correct one. Now it has been almost a month and still no car only way we get communication is to call them about 6 times a day before they decide to answer a telephone. Then they think it's some type of hilarious joke that they can't give us a date on when our car will be there just a estimate maybe we will have bu the end of the year or not call us in a couple weeks and find out. I will never recommend young Subaru to any of my friends or family again. I suggest make the drive and go to Nate wade or mark miller.

I went to Young group just looking at a vehicle, with no intention of buying. The sales and staff were so nice and convincing, I ended up buying a vehicle brand spanking new! They gave me a better deal than any other dealership in the entire state of Utah. The review is for the service department. I'll start off by saying it's not like it used to be. Nathan and Veronica took great care of us each time we took our vehicles in for service. The service personal now are all different and seem to want to charge you or pay for higher quality service than what's needed. For example full synthetic oil on a vehicle that does not require it. Maybe over time the new service personal will be more personable and grow on me. Over all really disappointed with the over haul of service writers that were there for so many years.
Went here to buy my first Subaru and I was very impressed with Caleb Kimball s customer service. He was great and showed all the great car features, he wasn t pushing for me to buy the car. It was a great experience! I will recommend Caleb and Young Subaru to all my friends and family.
I can not say enough good things about these people! They wen't above and beyond to get me the car I wanted which wasn't even at their dealership. I have never felt so taken care of by a dealership. Not only did they get me the very best deal possible on the car of my dreams, but they also hooked me up with a fantastic rate & amazing coverage for my vehicle maintenance. When the credit unions turned me down, Paul went into super hero mode to get me multiple offers for financing. He didn't stop until I had the best rate, the terms and payment that fit my nedds, and the exact car I wanted. I will NEVER go anywhere else! I feel like I not only walked away with the perfect car, but some great new friends too!
The service department told me 45 mins wait, 2 hrs later, they ran out of on the spot renewals just in time for me to check out. They didnt know where more were stored. The managers were in a meeting left me high and dry sitting for two hrs and I only got my emissions done.
I was contacted by lisa from the dealership, she apologized and gave us compensation for our time. I appreciate them contacting me and listening to my review and concerns and hopefully our next visit will be better.

I stopped at Young Subaru to buy a part at first but ended up with a somewhat impulse buy on a used 2014 Outback, that part was all on me, but the end result is a very painful lesson and constant reminder of my folly. It was somewhat later in the afternoon (3:30) when I stopped by, noticed a particular outback I thought I wanted to replace my dead tired 2007 outback, after some hymning and hawing and a quick test drive I said why not, they were willing to work with me on the price which I thought was normal and after some back and forth they were also willing to give me more credit for my worn out scoob (still not even close to trade-in book value). So they started the paper work and took er' round back to give my new (used) car a quick detail and wash. Hey, not a bad deal right?! I still wasn't thrilled about the price I was about to pay but whatever. THREE HOURS LATER...... Oh hey, have some more coffee, want a complementary water? I was being iced, hard. I didn't fully realize it at the time and I had already committed to buying the car, It looked like maybe two other couples/people were purchasing a car at the same time as me so, okay, I understand, the process takes time, it's later in the evening, I can be patient.
Well by 7:30 I finally got to sit down with their financial guy to sign everything, by then I was well beyond late getting home, wanted nothing more than to just leave and was ready to get this over with. Sign here, initial that, sign these, oh! You ll have a tire warranty for a few years, and we did this stupid shademark thing to help in theft recovery. Would you like to buy a maintenance warranty? I asked, inquisitively, I knew they are pricey but just how pricey? something to the tune of another $100 on top of the loan payment for the duration of the loan. YEESH... no thanks. The final price came out after tax and licensing which I knew would be higher than the "sales" price, I didn't think anything of it. I drove home, excited to have a new car but apprehensive and somewhat ashamed of what I had just done.
Two days later, when I finally mustered up the strength to sift through the packet of paperwork that accompanied the car I was shocked, appalled, irate; nearly $1,000 of additional stuff I had no clue was extra. The theft protections $300, the tire warranty $399 THE FLOORMATS: $100!!!!!! Safety/Emissions $45 on a car that was not due emissions, $5.00 tire recycling fee??? So every time I look at the car I get sick, I m stuck in it, whatever, lesson learned. A month of driving it and I notice it has a horrendous oil consumption issue, not covered under the warranty of course. The car came with snow tires installed and when I went to switch the wheels and tires I found two lug nuts that had been cross threaded and just driven on so one stud broke and the other won t accept a nut. When I called about it, they admitted taking the wheels off during the inspections, I was told no problem, it s under warranty, bring it in. Oh, by the way we do charge the $200 deductible for warranty work. Eff these crooks, take your Subaru business to Nate Wade in Salt Lake or buy a Honda, but never again with Young Auto Group.

Stopped in for a test drive today. When first salesman found out I wasn't buying today, passed me of to another salesman who told me in essence I was wasting his time. Needless to say I'll pick another Subaru dealer when I'm ready to buy. These guys don't have a clue about customer service.

I tend to be critical of customer service and how a salesman conducts themselves in the selling process and Kolby exceeded my expectations. He got me the best deal and put me in my dream car. 5 Star Service Dept!!! I drive from Lander Wy to visit a friend when my Forester needs service. I had an oil change and tire rotation today. About 5 min after leaving I noticed a huge crack in my windshield. I immediately turned around while calling the dealer. When I arrived my Service Advisor Sawyer let me know he had already spoken to Service Manager Chris and they were going to take care of this for me. When told it would take 1-2 weeks to get the glass, I explained I lived 4/1-2 hours away and Chris went to work. He found the glass local, called his glass man and put me in a loaner car. Cas, in the rental dept was exceptionally friendly and fast as well. From my call and speaking with a receptionist to the end of my day with the loaner dept this dealership gets a thumbs up from me. I could find a dealer in Casper, WY ( a 2/1-2 hour drive for me) but why? I am able to visit a friend and get 5 Star Service at YOUNG SUBARU!!!!Extremely Happy

Young subaru has very dishonest ,and very rude shady people I will never ever recommend someone to them if you need a car I recommend you go elsewhere if I could I would give them a half of a star!! And the rep we were working with would never call back it wasnt a very good experience!
Uri was simply amazing! He helped me get rid of my 2017 Subaru Impreza and helped me get into a brand new 2020 Crosstrek! We needed the extra space as my dog Tatum is pretty huge. I needed a car that would fit a Great Pyrenees with ease. He brought back offer after offer until he and I agreed on one that was within my budget. He didn t back down and he fought to get my dog Tatum and I into a bigger vehicle. He even had help and had a whole team from Subaru promise they d take care of us once I signed. He took the fear away and made it less scary. Thanks Uri!

I was hesitant to send my mother by herself but I am very pleased with how she was treated. After looking at the normal choices of Toyota and Honda, my husband and I decided to check out the Subaru Outback. Our salesman, Clayton Sunley, was very enthusiastic and helpful. Talking with Clayton we found he owns two Subarus himself and that he was very knowledgeable about the company. We went to the dealership many times and always found him and the staff helpful with answering our questions. They never minded when we asked to do a couple more test drives. I definitely will buy another Subaru and it will definitely be bought at Young Subaru. AND I will definitely call Clayton to make sure he sells it to me.

Worst car buying experience i have ever had , i called twice before i went down and i asked what the price of the car was and they quoted me 31,800 and i also asked them twice if there were any additional fees outside of tax and registration and they told me no there was no additional fees i also told them i was doing a lease for my son and they still said no additional fees, so i gave them a deposit to hold the car once we arrived in Ogden after an hour in the car they attempted to start adding 1,000 in dealers fees over the final sales price i was quoted over the phone , i asked why they did not tell me about these extra fees or why they did not include these fees in the quoted sales price over the phone , the manager told me that customers might shop with another dealer and they could lose a sale . Wow he actually said this to me, the old bait and switch routine. Buyer beware .
Have never provided them my number nor live in the same state but got a call from Dan. Thinking someone bought a car in my name since the vm asked how my new car was I frantically called back. Spoke to Dan, said I was on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. He called me again anyways, twice.
