Worst car buying experience i have ever had , i called twice before i went down and i asked what the price of the car was and they quoted me 31,800 and i also asked them twice if there were any additional fees outside of tax and registration and they told me no there was no additional fees i also told them i was doing a lease for my son and they still said no additional fees, so i gave them a deposit to hold the car once we arrived in Ogden after an hour in the car they attempted to start adding 1,000 in dealers fees over the final sales price i was quoted over the phone , i asked why they did not tell me about these extra fees or why they did not include these fees in the quoted sales price over the phone , the manager told me that customers might shop with another dealer and they could lose a sale .
Wow he actually said this to me, the old bait and switch routine.
Buyer beware .
