If I buy a Subaru, I will drive down to Salt Lake to do it. We test drove a WRX here and scraped a snowbank in their parking lot. Never mind that the salesman had not taken down the papers in the windows. The entire passenger window was blocked, which is why we never left the parking lot. They made us pay $500 to repaint the bumper. We paid it, because my husband was the driver and therefore at fault, but felt it was very bad business. We will not be coming back.

If you need a Subaru, this is your dealership! I had an incident with my new 2020 Subaru during a cross country road trip and they were so incredibly quick and professional in responding to the incident that I felt completely comfortable and at home leaving everything in their hands and not stressing about any of the details. Not only did they correct everything,they went above and beyond in restoring the car to beyond its original condition. Highly recommend!! Big shout out to both the service manager Jacob and the technician Parker for how incredibly well this was handled. Thank you!

If I could possibly leave no stars I would!!! I previously posted a review and I am here to modify that review.. not only has my experience with young Subaru been a complete hassle, they now after 3 weeks required me to return the car. They promise things that they do not in any way deliver. The salesman do not give you the full information and instead just tell you what you want to hear to rush you into a car. In my experience because I was on furlough due to covid-19, I which I was completely open about with Jonah the salesman they said that the lender pulled funding after 3 weeks. Then after I was obviously and reasonably upset they told me it was just a miscommunication and that they would been happy to help me in a car when I got back to work. As for the $500 I put down they told me that they would be taking money out for the miles and any damage. They will not fight for you! Don t go here and just save yourself some heartache!

Wow what am incredible car buying experience!! I got in to an accident and was forced into buying a new car. Subaru was recommended so we checked them out and loved them! They really listened to what we wanted, needed, and could afford and made it work for us. Not top mention all the safety features are perfect for our growing family! I highly recommend them!

I test drove a car which was found to have multiple problems, one of which is that it ate the CD that I put in to check the sound system. They said they'd fix the problems, recover my CD, and call me the next day. I got a call at the end of the week offering new cars to test drive. By this time, I had already made a purchase. Soon there after I was informed that they had no intention of returning my CD or replacing it. Unfortunately, that particular CD happened to have significant sentimental value to me. Very disappointing. Don't expect more from Young's stereotypical car salesmen.

Good and BAD! I had a terrible experience while working with Young Subaru. The only reason that they're getting even 1 star is because i can't do 0 stars and the way that Lance helped make the test driving and looking at cars easy and smooth. What happened after is what ruined everything for me. We decided to purchase a vehicle and everyone was very helpful, as our car was on the way to fill up on gasoline it was in a little fender bender on the way back to the dealership. That definitely wasn't their fault so i just remained patient and one of the salespeople told me that they would handle EVERYTHING and give me a call the following Monday to set up a time to bring the car back in to evaluate the repairs. I waited for 2 weeks before i finally received an update and was told that they were having issues with the individuals insurance and that they would follow up again and that for the waiting and the headaches that we would be receiving gift cards/compensation. I didn't ask for it but i was happy to hear that they were taking care of me. I waited for about another month and received no calls, emails or anything so i decided to figure it out. I finally got in contact with someone and was told that the original salesperson that was helping me had actually moved somewhere else so my file was basically forgotten and nobody had actually worked on it. He then proceeded to tell me that he would figure it all out and not to worry, he said to be patient and that we would contact me the following Monday. I then again waited for 2 WEEKS again before i finally had enough and had to get in touch with a manager. They finally got me to where i needed to be and told me they were looking at a way to compensate me for my time and i agreed. I used the rental car for about 2 weeks and took a trip to go pay my car insurance and happened to drive by the dealership and i look over and i see my car just sitting on the lot. So i decided to give them a call to see what was happening, they let me know that my car was ready. I'm not sure how long it was sitting there for but i don't appreciate that I was the one who had to make sure that everything got done, had to make all the calls and the many emails and still not receive any sort of compensation after a 2 month situation. Really upset with how the situation went.

My husband and I went in to Young Subaru with a set goal in mind - get rid of the Forrester for a fair price and lease a brand new CrossTrek (hopefully the Khaki Grey).

No dramatic pause here because that's exactly what happened. Zach worked his magic and got us the best trade in possible (which was exactly what we wanted) and got us in the perfect CrossTrek! Took my 2012 for routine transmission flush drove it less than 10 miles and my transmission was ruined. Not only did they not offer a replacement vehicle while they had it for almost 2 weeks, but they refused to reimburse us for the damage they caused. The overall cost was about 8000 out the door on a car that is only worth 8500. This car 108k miles. Subaru is not reliable or accommodating. Will not recommend Subaru or any Young dealership.

A month ago I purchased a 2017 pre-owned Subaru Impreza from Young Subaru in Ogden. It has taken me far longer than it should to write this review, but it was not because of a poor experience. To the contrary, I had a positive experience at Young Subaru and Ryan Newbold, the sales agent who worked with me, was great!!

Ryan is a consummate professional. He skillfully guided the sales and trade-in process with a genuine and thoughtful interest in my needs and my priorities for a new automobile. It is always important to work with a person who can bring integrity and humanity to their work, especially when it relates to such an important purchase decision and I felt Ryan did just that, and he did it so well!

Working with the finance department was also a good experience. Cameron handled the process efficiently with attention to the details. Those skills along with his agreeable sense of humor reinforced the trust cultivated by Ryan.

If the Service department s service is equally as good as the service provided by Ryan and Cameron, I ll be looking forward to that relationship as well.

A few weeks ago I bought a car at Young Subaru in Ogden and I had a great experience as a customer. I had been to several other dealers and didn t feel like I was getting the friendly, approachable, educational experience that I would hope for with that large of a purchase. It was so worth driving up from Salt Lake to Ogden because they had a great inventory and a hands-on, honest, friendly, knowledgeable staff that really improved my car-buying experience and helped me find my dream car. Alex Weeks was the employee who helped me through the whole process and he was awesome. I definitely recommend Young to anyone who is interested in buying a car!

Young Subaru provided the BEST buying experience at an unbeatable price! I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships over the years. Generally I cringe when even thinking of going car shopping. After the deal is made I typically feel like I have been in a boxing ring and had just received a proper beating.

BUT at Young Subaru that couldn't be further from the truth! From the moment we walked into Young, our salesman Jake Phippen took great care of us. He was super professional, knew every specification I asked of him, and got us the BEST price on our new Crosstrek and top dollar (paying us 2k more than another Subaru Dealership) for our trade in! These cars are flying off the shelf, its not like they had to get it off the lot. It was a brand new 2021 that had been there for 2 days. Jake went above and beyond making sure we felt good about our decision. We were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours including a 45 minute test drive. Yes, 2 hours from start to finish!!! Such a different experience than any other dealership!

Jeremy Newson (the finance officer) did an incredible job explaining the add ons without badgering us to buy the extended warranty, paint treatment and other items. (we did buy the additional extended warranty because it was such a great value) No pressure or badgering, Jeremy was just cool as a cat.

The next day we were given the opportunity to come back to Young Subaru. Cary Roane (concierge services) spent an hour with us going over all the Crosstrek's whistles and bells helping us to understand and customize all the technology and settings! Cary will follow up with us after 3 months of ownership to see how we and the car are doing, spending more time with us if needed.

The entire purchase and post-purchase experience made us feel like family. Young Subaru was so different than ANY other dealership! Truly top notch in every aspect.

Young Subaru is the REAL DEAL. You can buy a Subaru from anywhere but not at the price and experience that Young provides. When we need another car I will be purchasing it from a Young automotive Dealership.

Went in looking for a specific impreza. Was approached by a salesman and I was asked what the stock # was. Had to look it up and tell him (even tho I showed a picture and there was only one available) Apparently there was a cosmetic issue with it so the car was on the service side. We were able to check it out and sit in it but we were told the battery was disconnected so we couldn't start it. Funny because when I opened the hood the battery was connected. We went in to talk numbers and honestly it was only when I gave the sales guy my ID that he learned my first name. He never introduced himself or asked my name prior. Numbers didn't match up after I specifically explained my situation so we left with intention to come back for a test drive. Twenty minutes later I got a call saying the car was suddenly already repaired of the cosmetic issue and washed/gassed up for a test drive. At that point however I had already signed for a 2021 Rav4 at another dealer with a payment alot lower than what the impreza would have been. I do compliment how we were treated especially offering my son a drink snack and toy of his choice. Thank you for your time.

I absolutely despise car shopping, its time consuming, difficult, and draining. Quin took all that away, he ran my credit first so we didnt waste time looking at vehicles I couldnt get into and within a day or two he had several cars to choose from. I ended up getting one for a really great price after all the money he gave me on my trade in, way more money then you would ever think possible for a '91 Accord. He didnt pressure me into a Subaru, he showed me a few different makes and I went with a chevy that hasnt had any major problems. Quins also been around to make sure my oil changes and a couple flat tires went smoothly through their service department. Great selection, great service. Thanks again Quin.

I would like to tell you a story about one of your outstanding employees.

My current car is a 16 year old Honda Civic. It has been with me through four different states and four different moves. However about a month ago, I was doing some serious online shopping on how to replace it. I had found Subaru s new Crosstrek and knew this would be the perfect car to replace my beat-up Honda.

About 2 weeks later, my wife and I found ourselves stranded in the parking lot of Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington, UT. My Honda wouldn t start. It couldn t start. A call to security for a jump of the car proved equally futile. It was getting late, we had no ride back to Cache County, where we live, and my wife was hangry. I looked at her and said, let s get a new car today.

So we called up Young Subaru in Riverdale and asked for a sales representative. We explained our crazy situation and asked if any one would be so kind to pick us up in Farmington so that we could purchase a new Subaru that night and get back to Cache. One gentleman, Nathan Walker, answered the call.

He dropped everything, got into his Subaru Legacy, sped down I-15 and literally came to our car in the middle of a sea of cars at Lagoon. It is important to note that this was on a Saturday night smack in the middle of Lagoon s extremely busy Frightmares. We also called a tow truck as we needed to have the car towed to Young Subaru for a possible trade-in.

Both the tow and Nathan Walker showed up simultaneously. While we placed pieces of luggage into Mr. Walker s Legacy (we were just finishing a brief trip to Park City), the tow guy started to fiddle with my car. In fact, the tow guy was very much intent on getting the car to start and run again and not just tow it. As luck would have it, just as the last pieces of luggage got into Mr. Walker s Subaru, my Honda started.

We then looked at Mr. Walker and explained that I was planning on replacing my car when it dies and by some miracle it had found new life. We apologized profusely but stated that we would not be buying a new car that day. Mr. Walker graciously understood and left that night without us in his Subaru and without a sale.

I can t say enough good things about Nathan Walker and most especially about his kindness, compassion, willingness to help someone in distress and prompt responsiveness. He may not have gotten a sale that night. But he will be getting a sale when my car finally dies. He was not able to make a customer for that day. But he did make a customer for life.

We will see you (and Nathan Walker) when my Honda dies and when we are ready to replace it with one of your Subarus.

Great place to have work done on your car. 4 stars as they forgot to call me when my car was done and they didn't reprogram my tire sensors when they rotated them. Now my car thinks the tires are still where they were to begin with so when one goes flat I have to hunt for it.

Great customer service. I went in for an oil change and was helped immediately. They do not do appointments unfortunately, so you may have a wait if you do the express service they offer. They have water and coffee while you wait. They do offer a vending machine for snacks if you got the munchies. The front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience, I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here.

We moved up here a year ago and first were introduced to Young Subaru through a community event that they were supporting. We thought it was great that they were so involved in the community and the employees that were representing them were friendly and knowledgable, so we thought we would give them a try. We set up an appointment to have a service done to our truck (a Ford product), and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. They were professional and knowledgeable about our vehicle (even though it was not a Subaru product). They performed our service in a very timely manner and kept it within a price range that was slightly better than I could have it done elsewhere. However, when dealing with the professionals at Young Subaru in Ogden, my eyes were opened and knowledge expanded on just how amazing these cars are. I have been driving the Subaru Ascent for nearly a year and love it just as much as the day I got it!
Todd has been instrumental in helping keep it up to date on oils changes and I appreciate the concern and follow up that he has shown to help remind me of my cars needs. The Young Subaru team is unmatched. I never feel like a dumb girl when entering the store for any reason.

I have had a Windshield Sun Shade for my Outback since 2015 but the company that makes that one for some reason, doesn't have the Eyesight Camera option cut out for camera clearance, this is the case with all that were less expensive on Amazon ($54.00), but it still served the purpose, which isn't relevant for use concerning interfering with the Camera. I was reluctant to purchase the one from Subaru that does have the Eyesight Option cut out because of the $17.00 higher price and less material used to make it (with shipping and tax $91.00) than the one I purchased on Amazon when I bought the Outback new, but the old one is getting worn at the joints. You will have all noticed products are always much higher priced at the Dealer. It also fits well and serves the purpose.

Excellent service. Had a damaged tire where a nail went through the tire surface and out the side wall. They rush ordered a tire and repaired quickly.

A bit of improvement can be made on communication. They didn t realize my vehicle was already on site when they called to let me know the tire had arrived(small beans, no biggie)
