I had a service contract with this company for man...

I had a service contract with this company for many years. During a routine heating inspection the service Tech Brent came to my home to inspect the heating and AC air handler.

Brent discovered that my Static Pressure in my unit exceeded .5 the manufacturers recommended tolerance of static pressure. My pressure was in excess of 1.0. He immediately inspected my ductwork and determine that substantial blockages existed and that the duct blockage was causing this issue that was going to completely destroy my heating system.

Wow! What news! Other than my filter intake being a bit loud when it ran, the heating and AC seemed to be cooling and heating just fine.

Brent had a fix! I needed $8,900 worth of new ductwork and new intake box! In addition, I should consider an additional $1,900 worth of insulation in the attic. $10,800 worth of immediate repairs that need to be done ASAP to avoid $10,000 to $20,000 worth of damage!

So I called 3 other major valley HVAC system plumbing and heating companies and not a single one found my Static Pressure to exceed .5 or found any defect in my ductwork. Not a single major company backed up his findings.

My HVAC system was just fine and operating normally. I know this because my HVAC system was inspected 4 times in 24 hours and only YES thought I needed $10,800 worth of repairs. The other 3 said: Call us if you have a problem, we will be happy to help.

I was recently offered a special to have my water heater flushed. The technician sent to my home was Opio and he was extremely friendly and informative. Opio showed me everything that he was doing and provided recommendations for things I may need to update or change to prevent future problems.

YES! Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a phenomenal...

YES! Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a phenomenal company with incredibly knowledgeable, skillful and professional employees. Elite Plumbing, Heat and Air talked us into buying a new 5 ton TRANE unit last year which I'm just now paying off ($6700). As it turns out, no-one likes to service TRANE units. I had arranged a maintenance call with them early Friday and the kid who came out told me the fan unit had to be replaced (under warranty) but that they couldn't find the part. I called them five times and the 24/7 advertised company is 12/ 51/2 and the only response I got was "We'll let you know when we get the part." That was Friday afternoon. We (three of us--all seniors and one with a serious heart condition) were without air conditioning until Monday afternoon when YES! and Josh T rescued us. I had begun calling companies Saturday AM to see if someone else could help us and the second place I called recommended YES! Once Josh came out and explained the situation to us, I felt we were in good hands. And true to his word, he was out here early Monday to fix our system. BTW Elite did call today but couldn't get to us till tomorrow.... What company just leaves their senior, ailing customers without air for four days in 109 degree heat? Elite! YES! and Josh T took care of our needs in the most professional and expert way possible--Thank you!

We moved to Las Vegas from San Diego in July 2018 ...

We moved to Las Vegas from San Diego in July 2018 and purchased our home in September. The previous owners had a major problem with the air conditioning system. They had another A/C company fix the problem. However, a subcontractor fixed the ceiling due to a water leak. There was a lot of sheet rock dust in the ducts which wasn t cleaned out. When we moved in, my husband contacted the YES a/c and plumbing Co. to cleaned it out which occurred today 10/25/18. Martin was our service specialist. This is our 9th home and have dealt with tons of contractors. Martin showed up in his company uniform which was nice looking and so professional which also displayed his company logo and badge. He explained in great detail what his service entailed. That has never happened to us before.He cleaned our system; ducts and vents. This is a 4500 sqft house and took abt 4 hours. He apologized about the blower noise. But we didn t mind because we really believed these ducts had never been cleaned since it was built and now it s much filthier due to the recent a/c and sheet rock repair.

He was so professional, dedicated and meticulous at his job that we told him to let his management personnel know that we want him to service our home in the future . We were willing to fill out anything in writing to that affect. He s that good! Thank you very much Martin for everything you did for my family. God bless you.

Alex V. is awesome !!! We had a thermostat issue ... apparently, an old thermostat that had to be on a daily program which was not overidable (and not acceptable) ... So, on the same visit, Alex presented us with 3 options. 1 and 2 were contenders, but Alex introduced option 3 ... the Nest! We chose the Nest option which he highly recommended. He installed 2 of them in our house and we could not be happier, not only with the product but with Alex as well. He was not pushy ... rather, he is pleasant, professional, efficient and personable ...and most of all, my husband praised him as well. After all, one never knows what you get when you have a new stranger come into your home to resolve an issue that is essential to your comfort and well being! But we immediately took to Alex. We will definitely call for him if we have future issues. Thank you, Alex you were great !!!

Alex V. called (~11:00 AM) my home and asked if he could arrive early. I told him I was not prepared for his visit, but agreed to let him arrive at noon. His arrival was two hours prior to the scheduled time. Alex introduced himself and explained that his company had bought out my previous contract with a different company. He was very professional and polite. He then cleaned my air filters to both of the upstairs and downstairs systems. He pointed out that the filters I was using were too thick or restrictive to air flow for my pumps. My prior company had told me to use an upgraded filter, but never discussed the increased strain on the pumps, which would shorten their usable lives. He then went into the attic to check on the heaters. Everything was good. He added that the systems installed, insulation and other things were top-notch and very efficient for my home. He cleaned up everything and fully explained my options if I wanted to install new improved filters that were less restrictive but better because they use some type of electrical current to catch smaller units of dirt. I was very pleased with Alex's knowledge and communication skills. Alex is a knowledgeable professional and uses expert communications to interact with customers. He ensured every question was answered and did a complete inspection of my air conditioning systems. He is a superior performer and an excellent representative for YES!

Very satisfied with their service call. I had them is because I thought that I had a pilot light problem on my hot water heater. Turned out to be a user error on my part. Chris told me what I was doing wrong, gave me some suggestions on how to save money on my gas bill and was very helpful. The service call only cost me the onsite visit cost of $29. I will definitely use Yes! AC when I have other plumbing problems.

Gave a 3 star only because I feel they were trying to take advantage of our misfortune. 1900.00 to replace a leak in the tank of our Bradford White hot water heater. We purchased a 6 yr. home warranty insurance just to not have these kinds of out of pocket cost. Especially an emergency cost like this, only to find that our insurance company covers the parts, not the tank! Pardon me! What goes wrong on a hot water heater? A leak..
So Yes come out and hits us with 1900.
That was a joke..

The good part which I guess I could have started off with is, upon calling them they came out the very next day and that was free. Plus, they came out prepared to install that day. But I think they were certainly going to make up for that in charging the 1900. I actually wanted to switch to a tankless, but that 7000.+ was out of the question.

They were called out several times because it was not cooling properly and said that everything is fine this last time they were called out the tech finally found a leak on my condenser coil this is a new unit. I will call someone else next time the worst company in Las Vegas. There install of the new unit was horrible. I should have went with York and got a ten year labor warranty and paid a few thousand dollars less. They finally replaced the condenser but did not change the filter dryer. Who knows if my unit is charged correctly. I think I m just going to call the contractor board and explain how this companies service really is.

Called out for stopped up toilets (teenager in the house). I'm not sure if this is the guy, but pretty sure. Up sold me to pay $2,000 to clean my pipes and it would not happen again. He made it seem like my house would flood with the next flush...guess what!? Still happening! I bought a snake at Walmart for $15 and it did the same job he did and didn't cost me $2,500. I will NEVER use them again!!!!

Took advantage of their $69 tune up! Tech shows up he asks if I want to go up on the roof. I did. He used the amprobe on compressor, tested the
condenser capacitor also. Told me they're both likely on their last legs. I mentioned I thought the condensate line seemed clogged. He said I could go and buy an air pump, try and blow it out. He then said he had one in the truck but it probably wouldn't work anyway. He did take the side panel off to look at the location of the drain. Said too hard to get to. Probably right. So much for that. Do it myself. He didn't do anything else. No coil cleaning, no real inspection. He pointed out my neighbors newer unit, said tranes now made in Mexico and if he needs parts he's in a world of hurt. He was trying to sell me a new unit the whole time, I understand that. But if they advertise a tune-up they should do more than use an amprobe. I called yes and asked what a tune-up typically involves. She read off a long list. The tech did none of that. He did try to sell me a compressor at $3202.00. The unit is 26 years old but work's fine by the way. The girl at the office offered to send a different tech out the following day (today). I asked him if he was aware or yesterday's experience. He wasn't so I explained what the other tech did. He said yeah that's pretty much what we do. I told him I called the office and asked and she read off a long list. It was obvious, here we go again. These techs do make commission I understand that but maybe actually do something for the 69. Lol. I told the tech he may as well leave. I called yes and told them what I thought about my $69 we really don't want to do anything but sell parts or new units visit.

We have never had such a superior experience with an HVAC company. The service was awesome, the techs were ultra friendly, the knowledge was thorough, and all work was done more quickly than we ever expected. We will never use another company other than this one.

I want to thank "yes" for the quick response to my call, in less than 20 minutes the technician was at my house to solve the problem of my air conditioning equipment.
But I have to give special thanks and acknowledge the work of technician David C. who has come twice to my house and has behaved very well. He is efficient, kind, knows his work perfectly and explains everything he is doing, he speaks English and Spanish and communicates very well, people like him deserve the respect and admiration of the community and the company where he works. Thanks, David!!!!,,,,

My upstairsair air conditioner stopped working late at night. I called yes and the only availablein appt was for Saturday morning 2 day wait. They ended up coming out verywell early the next morning which was a huge help considering my son has asthma and I haveto my elderly mother and a fiancee with MS. Theair service man Phil could not have been nicer. He was able to fix the air In no time at all. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. We have been using the services of "YES" Air conditioning & Plumbing for going on 4 years now and I have to say, that everyone, from the office staff to the installers and tech's that have provided us with service, have done so with the highest degree of professionalism, knowledge and politeness. I also want to send out a "BIG KUDDO'S) to the service technician that came out today to service our heating system (Jun Armamento) for the upcoming heating season. This young man was exceptional, and he was even so kind as to check on an electrical problem that I am having with an electrical outlet in our attic next to our heating/air system to confirm my suspicions with it... I was approached at Home Depot to have Yes! HVAC come to my house to "tune-up" my AC units.
They called me mid day to inform the technician got tied up on another repair. I scheduled my day around these guys only for a no show. Very unprofessional, dispatch another guy, ask if he could come after hours, but no. Offered to come out in a week. I never understood that train of thought: we made a mistake so you go to the back of the line. No chance you ever get my business and I will tell anyone who listens not to use you. In fact I am giving up Home Depot for letting you solicit from their store.

My AC broke down so i gave Yes A/C and Plumbing a call. Jun A. arrived on time. he was friendly and courteous. He found the problem and took pictures to help him describe the problem to me. In the past when an A/C tech has come to my house they were in and out as fast as they could be. One even refused to check the part of my unit that is in the attic. Saying he did not need to. Jun was nothing like this. He was willing to take the time to find the problem and explain everything to me. If the last Tech i had come over had actually done this i would not have needed Jun to come out and they would be getting my 13k rather than Yes A/C. Mark J. from Yes, also came by. He helped me to make an informed decision on what replacement A/C unit would be best suited to my need. He did not just try to push the most expensive unit. He laid out all the options making sure I understood the pros and cons of each system. Mark then did everything possible to help me find a way to pay for this unexpected but extremely necessary expense. Living in Las Vegas without an A/C when you have kids and pets is not an option. Thank You Yes A/C and Plumbing for your help and courteous, knowledgeable employees.

Alex V was nice enough when he arrived but once he turned salesman things changed. He tried to sell me a static filter system for just over $800.00. Alex told me a number of times how good it would be and that hospitals use the system and how much he liked it in his home. Having to interrupt to tell him I was not interested in the system he would not take no for an answer. He once again started his sales pitch to which I informed him that was enough and that he was starting to piss me off. Alex then made the comment that I did not understand the concept of the system, a polite way of saying that I was stupid. Not real happy he came to this conclusion without knowing my education or work background. I m sure Alex was not happy that I cut into his commission. Bottom line, do not let this used car salesman in to your home.

Great customer service and quality work! Someone came out the same day we called and they explained everything to us and even worked with us to not install anything which was unnecessary saving us money and time. They worked quickly and everything they fixed works wonderfully now! The work done also looks very nice. We will definitely be using Yes! again as well as referring to other people.

My air conditioning stopped cooling at 10 am on this 101 degree day. It is now 3 pm and the house is cool and comfy thanks to the Phap, the service technician who solved the problem in about half an hour. Phap was super efficient and even changed my filters and trimmed branches around my air conditioning unit. He had a great smile and explained everything I needed to know. My unit was still under warranty so the service was free, a nice bonus. I highly recommend this company because they scheduled the appointment and fixed my air in such an efficient manner.

I recently had Yes A/C provide winter service for my HVAC system, which it has been doing for more than ten years. As in the recent past, and pursuant to my specific request, Bill C was sent to take care of the equipment. I ask for Bill because I have developed a significant degree of user expertise in the field and can see that he most definitely knows his business. Beyond that his personal attitude is exemplary. During this visit he had an assistant in attendance, Javier S., who demonstrated a very noticeable skill and pleasant demeanor as well. Both men are a credit to Yes.

Josh came out to look at and service, if necessary, the furnace and air conditioning units. Everything was found to be in perfect order as the unit is just one year old. I expressed that the new unit has also cut my electric bill in half from previous years with the old units.

Josh was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I appreciate all of the service I received and give him a definite 5 star rating.

I will continue to use Yes! for all my plumbing and air conditioning needs.

I had a great experience today with my Home Service Plan heater and plumbing specialists today. This is the third time Chris Cody, the plumbing specialist came to my house. He is fabulous. If I ever have a plumbing issue, i will request him personally. Eddie checked my heater and ducts. Liked him, too. Everyone came when they were suppose to. It was quick and easy.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, however the prices were absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. We were quoted at over $2500.00 for a service that we were able to get through a different company for under $100.00. I will not be using Yes! Plumbing again.

Should have realized they were going to be a probl...

Should have realized they were going to be a problem when I had them out and they started negotiating before they even really did anything. This was about a year ago. Today I used the WATER HEATER MAN and they were half the price. spent $180 today with water heater man compared to over $350.

Also on a side not Yes tried to come out and service my AC unit they offered a free service. Pretty sure it wasn't going to be free after they got done with me. BIG RIP OFF. BEWARE!!!

In July 2017, I had 2 a/c units installed at my home. I also purchased a maintenance contract and Jesse came to do our 1st follow-up service.
Jesse answer all my question politely & with understandably answers. He also found 2-3 issues w/ my new units that need to be fixed. I would recommend Yes A/C & plumbing for the quality of products, install & great customer service they have given me. Jesse was the icing on the cake who was most excellent. Thanks Jesse /YES!

I called YES AC& PLUMBING for an appointment and was told that the appointment will be between 2-4 PM. At about 3:30, tech called and will be at my house about 4 PM. At about 4pm a knock on the door. Now that is prompt. The technician introduced himself as Phil. He is very friendly, neat and very professional. Showed him the unit and he checked the capacitor and compressor. Told me it could be just the circuit breaker. Phil F checked the breaker and found that it did trip. He reset the breaker and turned on the AC unit.
AC started cooling down. Thank you PHIL F. AND THANK YOU YES AC& PLUMBER. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL YOUR COMPANY FOR SERVICE, and will recommend YES AC&PLUMBING to all my friends. Kudos to PHIL F AND COMPANY.

What a great fellow Phap is! I called early this am and he arrived within the hour to fix our AC. I had Gottel out for a routine inspection and servicing on Wednesday. They gave us a long list of items that needed repair to the tune of over $1050.00 and also suggested that buying a new AC unit may be needed. We decided to think about it and discuss with our daughter. I thought it curious that the AC unit did not work after they left. We tried flipping the breakers and resetting the thermostat. It simply did not work. We spent a most miserable night trying to sleep. We decided to call a different company as I no longer felt comfortable with Gottel. Come to find out, the fan in the heating unit was turned off. Without that turned to "on" our unit won't work. Phap flipped it on and our AC works again!. We were not aware of the on/off switch in that place. I felt he was honest and fair with us. Did not charge us to flip a switch, but I can guarantee you that if we need work on our HVAC again, we will be calling Yes! Thank you so very much for your time!

Yes air-conditioning is the worst company i have ever seen in my life, last year my air conditioning wasn't working i called them and they came out to my place checked it and told me i needed a new one for $10,000 and i told them i couldn't aford it he said "he will give me $2000 discount" that is a first red flag and finance the rest he hassled me to doing it then i have decided not to do it, when i have another guy to check it the first thing he asked me was when he pulled in the driveway why my ac unit was open i was like i don't know! He went up and he couldn't belive what he was seeing and he asked have you had anybody up here recently i said yes he said they took some part of the unit that makes my ac unit not to work at all. So horrible and he fixed it for $1300 working perfectly fine! So avoid this people they are a scam.

Jason Insley came to do our plumbing bi-annual check-up. I can not speak highly enough. He knew when to go into "the weeds" with an explanation but stopped if he knew you understood -- I find that to be a rare quality. He proceeded with the check-up thoroughly but swiftly. And lastly, he was just plain patient with our nosy cat.
