Water park great for the kids. Food is a bit expensive inside the park but right outside is a burger place that is fairly priced

It is optimized for family trips with children. Tower-dong is recommended. Ocean view is good and bbq is light.

It is not crowded because there are not many audience people.

It's a little away from the center, but not inconvenient in the hotel. Because the pool is adjacent, children's receptivity may be high.

Some staff speak Japanese. As it was not along Tumon Beach, the beach in front of the house was sparse and spacious. I think that it is good to stay at the family because the pool is attached. The pool park was 90% with children!

I used a Sunday branch from Hino.

When traveling to Guam, you will always stay here.
It is not recommended for those who want to shop, because they are a little away from t Galleria, but it is the best hotel for those who want to enjoy the sea.
In the morning, take a banana boat adventure to the flowing pool of the hotel, take a taxi in the afternoon and shop at t Gala or Sands Plaza.

Onward Beach Resort Guam is awesome!!! The waterpark is amazing and cool! Lots of waterslides, the manta, and a fun ziplining experience!!! Great for family bonding, birthdays, and dates!

Big fan of this place, greatest gym of any hotel on Guam, water park, a ton of activities for the family, good eats inside hotel, coffee shop, happy hours, and partially japanese style bathrooms with bidets. Downsides is slow elevators and the rooms while very large don't exude luxury. Still my go to choice for staying on Guam!

Was there to watch the Mister Model and Mister Teen Model of the Pacific.

First of all, families with children over 122cm in height have many activities for children to enjoy. Guests are welcome to use the water park in the tower downtown for free, so it is recommended for family travelers. When you go to Google Map, you have to go to the east side of the tower, go further to the wing dong, get off the car, check in and U turn to park in the underground parking lot or the ground parking lot. The parking lot is the tower dong. There is a passage (lobby floor) connected to the wing dong on the first floor of the tower. Guests can rent a paddle for an hour. You can borrow all the snorkeling equipment free of charge, and you can see a lot of fish if you move to nearby islands. Kayak is three passengers. When you make a reservation in advance, it will tell you when it will be. We played at Waterpark because we had to be there for an hour and then we got on.

I go to December every year, I'm a satisfied resort.

I stayed for 4 nights on a company trip.
The room is large but the facilities are old and the floor is concrete.
There are many Japanese guests, and high schools in Osaka are on a school trip, and there are also many Koreans.
It feels more like a tourist hotel with a large box than a resort hotel.
Room which we stayed in is not ocean view, but shoboi city view.
Wild wild chickens rang early in the morning and were a little bothersome.
The meals are mostly Japanese and like a hotel in a tourist spot in Japan and not very delicious. Facilities such as a pool and a slider can be used free of charge for hotel guests, but they are useless because they are not interested in Ojisan.
It is recommended because the restaurant of Grill at Santa Fe at the next Santa Fe hotel can be eaten while watching the sunset. However, it is popular and reservations are mandatory. Let's get a reservation from the hotel.
Onward's rating is just the last two stars, as overall I think that Nikko Guam's facilities, rooms and meals were by far the best.

We stayed in a room with an ocean view in the tower building. Because it was the 14th floor, it was a room where the view was good and satisfied. At one point, I can see the sea from the bath, but I was disappointed that the outside of the window was dirty.

Because there was a Japanese staff at the reception, we were able to stay with peace of mind. The souvenir shop clerk at the hotel couldn't speak Japanese, but it was helpful.
The meal was served with a breakfast ticket and was eaten in the Tower lounge for 2 days. On the last day, we switched to lunch such as wing without breakfast. There were somen and tempura at the wing building lunch, and the menu was abundant and this was better. However, there was no children's juice at the wing building lunch (extra charge?), So it may be unsatisfactory for children. There is also a shop where you can eat snacks in the wing lobby. There was also a miso ramen ($ 10).
The pool entered every day. Sliders were not available below 80cm, accompanied by adults between 80cm and 120cm, and alone above 120cm. (The above height is likely to have an error, so please check the official website.)
Canoeing is available at the Marine Shop. However, please note that the number will be filled up soon though it is open at 9:30. Use is one hour. When I went around 9:40, I was told to wait 50 minutes (waiting for the first unit to come back). Customers who came before 10:30 were told to wait for 3 hours. (I used it on Thursday, but the weekend may be more crowded.)

4 star hotel water park and the cost of accommodation is relatively cheap compared to Tumon Beach. I went to the next day after the typhoon, but the room condition was not very good. The ant was good. Breakfast buffet is good. If you want to play on the beach, there are recommended children near Tumon Beach. If you play it is recommended here

Stay in the tower wing. The amenity is L'Occitane, the bathroom is not clean, not the bathroom. G appeared.

The best place to take your kids. There are many cheap and delicious local restaurants nearby, and the sea view is art.

I stayed for 4 nights during the consecutive holidays in May 2019.
We are staying with 4 family members, wife and 2 children (2 small children, younger kindergarten). The room is an executive tower. The building is old, but it was renovated in 2017, the inside of the tower building was clean, the rooms were as on the HP, with ocean views and various amenities. (I saw the same L'Occitane amenities at a duty-free shop at the airport on my way home, but they were reasonably priced).
The room key is a VIP passport, which has the following merits.

Since I have children, it is stressful to have to wait, but I was almost free from the stress of "waiting" during my stay.

I ate at Le Premier and the lounge, but I recommend Le Premier because there are a few types of these two. Since it is a buffet, the taste may be different depending on the dish, but the overall impression is not bad.

In addition to jet skis, there are also parasailing and banana boats for a fee. Even if you make a reservation on the day, it will be taken if there is free time, but if the schedule is decided, I think that it is good to hold it after check-in. Since there are not so many slots per session, you may not be able to do it at the desired time.

In addition, Japanese-speaking staff are also available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, so there is no inconvenience.
The price is high, but I think it was worth the choice.

A great resort for kids
I stayed on the 9th floor of the tower building, and 5 family members stayed for 3 nights with 2 basic double beds and an additional bed.
The rooms in the tower building are not up to date, but they were managed. There were no parts that could be greatly flawed in the cleaning condition.

The beachside swimming pool is not big, but it has a kids pool and a heated pool, so it was so nice that I didn't have to waste my energy looking for kids who wander around.
Of course, one beach towel was provided for free for each guest, so it was useful.
In particular, it was nice to play because there are several types of marine activities (snorkeling, canoeing) free of charge on the sandy beach right in front of you.

Although the water park side is large, there are many beach chairs available and all are free.
It is smaller than Korea's famous water parks, such as 4 water slides, 1 U-shaped round trip slide, 1 zip line, 1 wave pool, and 1 running water pool, but it was less crowded, so it was easy to follow the kids.

It was an accommodation package that included breakfast or lunch, but we had a buffet on the 2nd floor to eat.
The lunch buffet starts at 11:30, so it is recommended to go as soon as you stop. Otherwise, you have to wait in line and eat.

When I play golf at Manguillao Talofofo, I can not deny the feeling of the old building, but the hall is beautiful.

6 days and 5 nights felt short.

It seems that more than 90% are Japanese during the week.
There are a lot of Koreans on weekends.

1) Guam is a good view.
2) The pool and water park aren't very clean, but it wasn't bad to bring the kids. All free !!!
It was nice to have a pool of shallow water.
The water park is forbidden to bring drinks, but the pool is fine so I used to have a glass of beer.
3) The general rooms are too big and have two double beds, so it is cheap and good for families.
4) Parking is not difficult and you can move to the parking lot by elevator.

Unfortunately, 1) the facilities are old like most Guam hotels, 2) breakfast is too salty, and 3) the beach is too shallow for snorkeling. 4) It's far from Tumon's main shopping street, so you can't walk and eat delicious food around.

I wanted to like this place, I really did, but the negatives just outweighed the positives. While it was nice that the room had 2 king beds, they might as well have been marble slabs. VERY Asian oriented and SUPER hard. I had to get massages to be able to work out the kinks. Also, each room is TILE, no carpet, which means that you hear EVERY scrape of a chair or footstep, not only above you, but around you. Take into account that the rooms look like they were built in the 60's and not upgraded, the dust coated sprinkler and vents, and the dime size hole in the shower caulking (I'm positive the room below us had massive water damage), and the rooms just aren't worth it.

DO NOT, repeat DO NOT rent jet skis. GO NEXT DOOR to the Santa Fe. We asked the front desk multiple times if the jet skis were guided or outside the reef, and were told that once the instructor was comfortable, they would let us go on our own. Come to find out, that meant that they let us take thee jet ski's around in a 200 meter circle only, for 30 minutes. Around and around. 15 minutes in and my kid was bored. TOTALLY DECEPTIVE! When we complained to the front desk, they assured me that they'd talk to the manager and that the manager would call us the next morning. They didn't. They ignored us. No call for three days. They sure asked for payment quickly on check-out, though, and because we were checking out, the manager "wasn't there".

The water park is nice, but it closes at 5, so you can't relax in the lazy river after a day of exploring. Kind of disappointing.

Avoid this place. You'll be glad you did. Hit the Sheraton.

Snorkel is the worst.

I went to the Obon holiday. No comment because the room is on the opposite side of the sea. However, impression that room is clean widely and is old, but is clean. The front desk goes through quite well in Japanese. The breakfast buffet was a procession during the high season. It is not super delicious but it feels like no complaints.

Rooms are spacious but beds need work and pillows are too flat. The bedding didn't seem that clean to me. Service was okay. Lobby was crowded with many tourists and families going in and out. Elevators were a tad slow but probably because of all the people moving about. Pools were okay but try to go early when there's not too many kids or better yet just hit the waterpark. Sunset views are amazing though.

The view from the room is great. Since I could go directly to the sea from the hotel, I could easily enjoy snorkeling and boating. The staff was friendly and the service was good. There are some staff who can speak Japanese, so it is helpful for tourists from Japan. The afternoon tea and snacks in the lounge available to guests and the bar service were also good.

If you come to Guam, this is a hotel you definitely want to visit again. You won't get tired of staying in a very large pool! It was nice to have fun with my family. It was nice to have a canoe on the beach.

Children were very happy because they could play as much as they wanted on the beach and pool. Breakfast was delicious because children (elementary school middle and upper grades) also liked it.

There is a little distance from the center, but if you have a child, you can play a day at the hotel water park. There is a dedicated lounge in the tower building, where you can have tea, juice and snacks in the daytime. Bath is elegant with ocean view.
