YES! Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a phenomenal company with incredibly knowledgeable, skillful and professional employees. Elite Plumbing, Heat and Air talked us into buying a new 5 ton TRANE unit last year which I'm just now paying off ($6700). As it turns out, no-one likes to service TRANE units. I had arranged a maintenance call with them early Friday and the kid who came out told me the fan unit had to be replaced (under warranty) but that they couldn't find the part. I called them five times and the 24/7 advertised company is 12/ 51/2 and the only response I got was "We'll let you know when we get the part." That was Friday afternoon. We (three of us--all seniors and one with a serious heart condition) were without air conditioning until Monday afternoon when YES! and Josh T rescued us. I had begun calling companies Saturday AM to see if someone else could help us and the second place I called recommended YES! Once Josh came out and explained the situation to us, I felt we were in good hands. And true to his word, he was out here early Monday to fix our system. BTW Elite did call today but couldn't get to us till tomorrow.... What company just leaves their senior, ailing customers without air for four days in 109 degree heat? Elite! YES! and Josh T took care of our needs in the most professional and expert way possible--Thank you!

We set up an appointment to repair our HVAC unit. They arrived in the specified time window, assessed the situation, and had the AC running again very soon. It turns out the repair was under warranty, and fixed at no charge to us! They stand by their work.

Matt was knowledgeable and professional. He recommended. upgrades to our filters that will make changing our filters much easier. We feel he is an asset to your company.

Did not show up when they said they would even though called to confirm. Misrepresented issues regarding the inspection of the new air-conditioning unit I purchased, causing me to lose work day due to their lack of regard for my time. Paid extra for better service, but did not get it!

From the very first phone call to the finished installation of our Dual Unit AC the entire process was seamless. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I hardly knew they were there. While it was a bit costly I'm confident our household will benefit for years to come. Thank you Yes staff for a job well done.

My service specialist was Phap and he was excellent. He examined my 25 year old AC and heater units and pointed out what was deficient and what I needed to do sooner then later.

He didn t pressure me to buy anything and did a very thorough job. I would and will strongly recommend Phap to my family and friends.

Both Stacy & Jerome were courteus and polite. Jerome presented himself as professional and highly skilled. If I ever have any other problems in the future, this firm would be the first to call.

The reps called ahead of time and were on time. Chris & Jason were courteous, friendly, and professional, as well as fast and thorough. They performed a plumbing maintenance check. It was so good to hear good news! They gave us the "all clear".

Got an estimate for putting a new garbage disposal in. Estimate was over $500. for an $88 disposal. When I asked how much they were charging me for labor, the answer was , well we don't charge like that, it's your disposal, but we're married to it for two years if anything happens to it. I guess if anything happens to it I can buy 5 more of them for that price. I paid a $49 service fee for them to go over and tell me they were going to over charge me. It was either that or have them do it for over $500.

Great service, had Craig come out to do service inspection on my existing 15 year old Air conditioner and he showed me how poor condition it is in, He had a salesman come out and went over my options, Had the new unit installed the same day and had my ducts cleaned as well, everything done professionally, quckly and cleaned up when done. I am very happy with these guys , they did a great job. Thanks Yes Air conditioning and plumbing. I feel confident I will have years of service from my new Air Conditioner and heater with the 10 year guarantee as well.

They quoted me a charge to replace my hot water heater and never advised me of heater still being under warranty or problem was pilot light out. Over $2000.

David C. came promptly and quickly assessed the problem with my air conditioning system. He courteously and professionally explained our options and repaired our unit. He was clean, professional and extremely respectful. Our house is cool tonight and we thank David and Yes! Air Conditioning for a job well done!

These guys are crooks. Payed $29 for them to tell me I needed a new upper and lower thermostat with new heating elements which would have run me $396. After I told them I would get a second opinion I did some looking around myself and found that the breaker was switched off. Once I turned it back on everything worked perfectly.

Fast, professional service. Solved a major problem for me in a very reasonable time.

I called for a water fixture repair for front yard hose. Great job there! My tech found another MAJOR problem with main shut off valve to house. He repaired with the best work possible. I even signed up for a maintenance plan for water heater drainage maintenance, air conditioning, heater maintenance.
If I have any future problems regarding plumbing, etc., I'll be calling YES only!
Licensed , Bonded and insured. ONLY WAY TO GO! Ps They all have CLEAN uniforms, they are clean, well groomed and don't smell of cigarettes. That itself, I appreciated!

Rob was very informative in what I needed regarding replacing my cooling system. And when the workers did not call that they could not make the made appointment, Rob brought down the price for the inconvenience. The following day, he came by to make sure that the workers showed up.

I recently had Yes A/C come in and service our a/c unit. Alex performed the service. I was impressed with the speed and quality of his work. I highly recommend Yes for a/c work.

Mark and Nick were very professional in explaining what was going on with my water heater. It was fairly old, and had a severe issue with the anode rod. They were very helpful in explaining my options to repair/replace the water heater. I use Yes! for all my plumbing and air conditioning service.

Very pleased with the professional team we had from Yes. We had a new main line installed due to a leak. They responded quickly and completed the job quickly. As you know we have some of the hardest ground to dig a trench in Vegas (Caliche) and the heat was over 100 degrees. The yard was put back together and you can't even tell it was dug up....I have a small yard with rocks & plants.

Opio was great and very thurough. He was personable and friendly, just the type person you want that service guy to be. He checked everything out and put a new rod in my hot water heater. I feel secure that he did his best to make me feel secure in my home with all my plumbing needs. Thank you YES, I will be sure to keep your guys/gals coming to service my home.

Great experience from the first phone call to place the appointment to the time the guys left and we paid the bill. We had the pleasure of getting to meet Luis and Ed during their visit to the house in order to fix a clogged sink. They were polite professional and very friendly. Completely happy with the service they provided and also with the quotes and how much we paid for the job. I don t feel that we were taken advantage of or lied to. they diagnosed the problem in a timely manner And finished the job in a timely manner I cannot say enough about this business and their employees that would iterate how happy we are with their services. Having YES do both plumbing and heating/cooling within the last 2 years created several issues that had to be resolved . But I must say this . After a final visit by Mr Jesse Daniels who is a Plumbing Technician , I was completely floored by his expertise in EVERYTHING . This man not only took care of my issue with YES , but our conversations were to the like of high level academia . WOW . Mr Daniel's is a gift to YES and I hope he is compensated properly . And YES , he loves his job .

Phap, the Yes man rep was on time and efficient. Suggested using a coupon from web site to save 50 bucks on the service. Very good rep. Trustworthy.

He checked several avenues to the problem, explained our options to solve this. Chris also gave us all the details up front on the cost, plus the savings offered through Yes. Chris contacted Mike B, Plumbing Repair Specialist, for second opinion on problem. When we met Mike B, Mike was very polite & courteous as well. Mike confirmed what Chris had told us. Before doing any repair they showed me what was wrong & explained in detail what they were going to do. Always great service. Very professional. They will do what they can to help you without forcing you to spend a ton of money. They've checked my A/C units twice and did a quick complimentary fix instead of forcing me to buy an entire control unit. Definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic Company / Technician. Was ahead of schedule and finished in a timely and professional manor. He answered all questions we had without hesitation. Additionally, he is fantastic with animals. Having dogs, keeping the front gate closed is a necessity, and Rich made sure it was closed at all times without having to ask him. The pricing was fair, and service was speedy.

I was trying to get estimate for installing 2 new toilets. Vegas has the worst plumbers. They make u wait for hours and don t show up .
YES technicians were at my door at appointment time. Team off two. Extremely efficient and nice.
Estimate was clear no hidden costs.
I didn t use them . Their were out of my budget .

Radio commercials boast real plastic straws in LV. Company completely lacks social and environmental conscience. Very sad.

Rick Candito was a very friendly and knowledgeable service repair man. He fixed our problem and checked our bathrooms and kitchen to see if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed. He explained his service in detail and did the work satisfactory. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Bill at Yes Air Conditioning and Plumbing was prompt, trustworthy and knowledgable about my Trane AC unit and Thermostat that is provided by the electric company.
He diagosed the problem very quickly and had the know how to fix the problem in a matter of minutes.
I like it when service technicians explains the problem which Bill did very well. He also reminded me about how old my unit is and that I may see some problems with parts failing in the futre...but, he did not try to upsale me and for that and the excellant service, I will use Yes Air and Bill again.

Daron Branch was our plumber today from YES Plumbing. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about our water softener. He recommended that we replace the softener with a whole house filtering system. He explained why the filtering system was better. His explanation made sense an we had him put in the new system and remove the old salt system. We had other small jobs scheduled for him. He was very good to work with and did an excellent job. Very good work, Daron! Thank you. We loved it!

We bought a brand new AC system from them 2 years ago and for some reason I thought there was a problem with one of the ducts in one of the bedrooms and I called them and they said it would be $49 to come out they were so fast they were able to come out within a few hours of me calling them when Rob came out he was great he explained everything what was going wrong and how it wasn't a duct problem it was an air flow problem not enough air was getting under the door to get back to the return, i asked him how much I owed him for coming out he said don't worry about it. Thanks guys you're great!

Jerome did a superb job servicing our HVAC unit. He is a consummate professional, along with being courteous and ethical. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.

The technician who provided service was rude and unprofessional. He was more concerned about collecting the $49 inspection fee than anything else. As the homeowner, I was not there and, while I understand that in a case like that they require payment up front, I still expect professionalism. My brother (who was there) contacted me to let me know and also informed me he told the technician he would provide the $49. The customer service rep (Rayshawn) was quite nice, apologized and explained the situation. I explained to her that I can understand the concern with a new, unknown customer. However, less than a year ago, I spent more than $2,500 on services from Yes! and expected more from them given I was a known customer and this should have been considered repeat service. I pre-paid with Rayshawn, not only for the inspection and the required part and labor, but also the inspection fee for my second unit. She said she would advise the tech and I in turn advised my brother. When I arrived home, my brother advised that when he told the technician that the second AC unit needed to be checked, he responded with "And that's ANOTHER $49!!" in an equally rude, unprofessional way. Needless to say, I will never contact Yes! again for any service. The only good experience was Rayshawn, the CSR.

I was so impressed with Martin, he was on time, told us all he was going to do to clean the ducks, then was soooo very neat about all he did I could hardly believe it, did such a fine job, then did just as good a job in the clean up after. Will use Yes again and will for sure request Martin, thank you thank you

I hired this company off of Angie s List, I left a review there also but it seems here the reviews are more honest. I got charged $547.00 for one hours work! They had to cut into the wall and I understand they have to quote to include if there are problems. BUT when there are no problems charge your customers accordingly!!! $547.00 for one hour....stay away from this company

My husband and I usually rate service workers with a "10" meaning a high score when the service is excellent, but at this time we are rating the entire YES crew with a higher score of "20" meaning over the top !!! Even though we had to bite the bullet and spend a pretty penny on a second new heating & cooling system among a few others services last week, we have never meet a more professional, friendly, skillful and hard working crew before. We are looking forward to a long business relationship with the entire "YES CREW".....................

Both Mike and art were very professional. Art did a good job with the plug sink and Mike was very knowledgeable. Both men would be welcome in my home again for further work. Thank you to both of them and to yes air conditioning and plumbing thank you.

These guys are crooks. I had to get my lawyer to send a demand for the $209 they charged me for doing nothing. I asked them to send a Raini tech out for my tankless water heater. They sent 2 guys to try and sell me a new water heater for $1,600. I could've done that myself for $450. The guy that that fixed my tankless for $100. Took it apart and used compressed air to blow out the dust.

My garbage disposal was clogged. Call YES and asked for a price quote. They said not possible to give a quote until plumber comes out. Appointment was scheduled from 2 to 4. Didn't show up until 5:30. Without doing any investigation, quoted me price of $195 to fix the disposal. Had they told me that over the phone I would have called another company, Paid the service fee and told them I would never use them again.

Awakening in the morning to a wet floor in the master bathroom prompted me to contact Yes! Plumbing which I have used for the past several years. They realized the urgency of my problem and sent out two servicemen, James Insley and Mike Bissell, who arrived within one hour of my initial contact. Both were in clean uniforms and presented themselves professionally and courteously. The put on their "booties", proceeded to the problem toilet. After the inspection and diagnosis, they gave me an estimate of three different options of resolving the problem After selecting my option choice, a new toilet was installed. Their work was performed in a "no mess" manner and was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Yes! to anyone who has plumbing or air conditioning needs..

Extremely overpriced! My husband and I were removing a kitchen faucet and we could not get the last nut that holds the faucet to the sink off. We called Yes and had a tech come out to see if they could help. The tech had to saw the faucet off....took all but 10 minutes. That was all the work that was done and they charged 166.00! We spoke to the office and were told that was labor!!!! And also that was their corporate pricing. No help whatsoever. First and LAST time using this company.

Eddie that does HVAC has totally change my mind about this company he was so professional he took the time to explain everything to me he walked me threw everything and completed the job and he had well manners very respectful wasn t in a hurry and made sure us a customer was happy that man should be promoted today ! No joke that s he s should be a supervisor and his pay should definitely go up big time I ve never had anyone like him thnks to Eddie we are very happy

Alex came out to my house to fix a loud noise that was coming from my furnace unit. He was very thorough in trouble shooting where the noise was coming from. I was very satisfied with Alex s expertise and his attention to details. I highly recommend using Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing.

Phil is very experienced, knowledgeable in his line of work and a fine representative of Yes company. He performed his inspection of the AC system in an efficient manner and then spent a minute or two explaining to me the operation of the system and how to check the system to determine if it was going to fail on a near term basis. I appreciated his input and will recommend him to any of our friends.

From making the appointment with Valetta, to when the Service Tech Jessie, came to my house to service the hot water heater, it was a very positive experience. Both of them were very professional and cared about customer satisfaction. A job well done.

In July 2017, I had 2 a/c units installed at my home. I also purchased a maintenance contract and Jesse came to do our 1st follow-up service.
Jesse answer all my question politely & with understandably answers. He also found 2-3 issues w/ my new units that need to be fixed. We had a great experience with Yes! plumbing. Mark and Chris we very professional. We had to have our whole house re plumbed because of a slab leak. The whole team came in and guided us through the experience. It was a pleasure working with a company that did not look like a bunch of misfits.
After all the work was done they cleaned up and double checked their work.
A week after the work was done the supervisor Mark , came back out and checked on us.
I would highly recommend these company. Also, they gave us a gift basket at the end. We found that to be very thoughtful.

Josh Thompson is a great service tech. He is a great technician. If you have a chance to have him over to check on you a/c unit you will be amazed how great he is.

Bill Cooper was early in my window that was scheduled. He spent about 40 minutes checking out my 2 AC units & on paperwork. Everything checked out OK.

I've been a customer for 3 to 4 years, I have spent 15 thousand dollars on a new air conditioner. On 6/13/2019 they came to my house to inspect and replace just a hose that had corroded. They charged me 311$ to just replace a hose. When they replace the hose one of the technician inspected the faucets and they left saying everything was good. My wife called them back because the water wasn't turning on in the bathroom. They came and charged 275 dollars just to turn my water back on which was working before. It also looks like they didnt actually replace any of the hoses going into my water heater. This happend while I was at work and my wife was at home. I will never use this company ever again! They dont have any customer service at all even though I've used them for 4 years. I felt like I was blindly robbed.

I don't ever post reviews, but I had to post one after hearing the Yes Plumbing commercials on my way home from work each day. I've only used Yes for their plumbing services. The plumbers who came to my house were more interested in selling than in fixing the problem economically. I had a sewer pipe that was completely clogged because I live in an older house. They never identified that as the problem. But, I fell for their sales tactics and spent about $2000 having my sewer pipes pressure washed. They also charged me to fix a pipe behind the clothes washer because they said that the pipe was incorrectly installed. Wrong again, but they didn't refund my money. They just said I would have to have all of the sewer pipes in my house replaced. I'm glad I called an honest, local plumber who correctly identified my problem and fixed it for much less than Yes. Yes got about $3000 dollars from me. Fool me once shame on me. I won't be fooled again by Yes Plumbing. Be extremely wary of their sales tactics.

Very professional service would definitely recommend for all your air-conditioning needs. Alex was very patient and explained my air-conditioning issues in great detail, to which I understood the problems with my system. Yes Air Conditing and Plumbing will be getting my business.

My fridge water valve broke on a Sunday and I needed it fixed the same day. Both my usual plumber and a different so called "24h" company didn't even pick up their phones. Yes came through within 2 hours and did a great job.
That being said. I felt a bit ripped off. They charged $400 for a 20min job (the valve they replaced costs $10). I'm still giving them 5 stars because they showed up and they do offer a 2 year warranty which gives me piece of mind but I probably won't call them again because of the cost.
